英文藝人經(jīng)紀(jì)合同范本

ArtistManagementContract

ThisArtistManagementContract(the"Contract")isenteredintoon[Date](the"EffectiveDate")between[ArtistName](the"Artist")and[ManagementCompanyName](the"Manager").

1.Appointment

TheArtistherebyappointstheManagerasitsexclusiverepresentativeforaperiodof[Duration]commencingontheEffectiveDate.TheManageragreestodiligentlyandfaithfullyrepresent,promote,andmanagetheArtist'sprofessionalcareerasanEnglish-speakingartist.

2.Services

2.1TheManagershallprovidethefollowingservices:

a)Negotiatingandsecuringcontractsforperformances,recordings,endorsements,andotherrelatedopportunitiesonbehalfoftheArtist.

b)AdvisingtheArtistoncareerdevelopment,includingbutnotlimitedtoimage,branding,andmarketingstrategies.

c)ManagingtheArtist'sschedule,includingbookings,rehearsals,andappearances.

d)AssistingintheselectionandcoordinationofotherprofessionalsnecessaryfortheArtist'scareer,suchasagents,lawyers,andpublicists.

e)MonitoringandcollectingallincomeduetotheArtistandprovidingregularfinancialreports.

f)ProvidingguidanceandsupportintheArtist'spersonalandprofessionaldecisions.

g)PromotingandpublicizingtheArtist'sworkthroughvariousmediachannels.

2.2TheArtistshallcooperatewiththeManagerandprovideallnecessaryinformationandmaterialstoenabletheManagertofulfillitsobligationsunderthisContract.TheArtistshallpromptlyinformtheManagerofanychangestoitspersonalorprofessionalcircumstancesthatmayaffecttheManager'srepresentation.

3.Compensation

3.1InconsiderationfortheManager'sservices,theArtistshallpaytheManageracommissionof[CommissionPercentage]onallgrossincomereceivedbytheArtistfromactivitiesnegotiatedorsecuredbytheManagerduringthetermofthisContract.Thecommissionshallbepayablewithin[PaymentTerms]fromthereceiptofsuchincome.

3.2TheManagershallbeentitledtoreimbursementforallreasonableandnecessaryexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeperformanceofitsservicesunderthisContract.SuchexpensesshallbesupportedbyappropriatedocumentationandapprovedbytheArtistbeforereimbursement.

4.TermandTermination

4.1ThisContractshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandcontinueforaperiodof[Duration].EitherpartymayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]writtennoticetotheotherpartyincaseofmaterialbreachoruponmutualagreement.

4.2UponterminationofthisContract,theManagershallbeentitledtoreceiveallcommissionsandreimbursementforexpensesdueupuntilthedateoftermination.

5.Confidentiality

Bothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyinformationdisclosedtothembytheotherpartyduringthecourseoftheirworkingrelationship,includingbutnotlimitedtofinancialrecords,businessstrategies,andpersonalmatters.ThisobligationofconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationofthisContract.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingunderorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].

7.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriordiscussions,nego
