縣藥監(jiān)局開展文明餐桌行動(dòng)實(shí)施預(yù)案各餐飲服務(wù)單位:為進(jìn)一步深化”講文明樹新風(fēng)“活動(dòng),倡導(dǎo)綠色環(huán)保、節(jié)儉用餐、文明用餐。按照縣食安辦《關(guān)于印發(fā)XX縣文明餐桌行動(dòng)實(shí)施方案的通知》(XX食安辦〔XX〕6號(hào))文件精神,現(xiàn)就開展全縣餐飲服務(wù)單位文明餐桌行動(dòng)通知如下。一、活動(dòng)主題節(jié)約用餐,文明消費(fèi)。二、行動(dòng)目標(biāo)結(jié)合全縣創(chuàng)建國(guó)家級(jí)衛(wèi)生縣城和省級(jí)文明縣城活動(dòng),在開展農(nóng)村餐飲服務(wù)食品安全專項(xiàng)整治和餐飲服務(wù)量化分級(jí)、小餐飲整規(guī)及食品安全示范單位創(chuàng)建等工作的同時(shí),以餐館和機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校食堂為重點(diǎn),全面開展”文明餐桌“行動(dòng)。廣泛發(fā)動(dòng)廣大餐飲業(yè)和群眾發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族幾千年的優(yōu)秀文化和尊重勞動(dòng)、節(jié)約糧食、勤儉持家的傳統(tǒng)美德,從文明餐桌的細(xì)節(jié)入手,切實(shí)做到”三位一體“即:勤儉節(jié)約用餐-吃多少點(diǎn)多少、不剩菜不剩飯;文明禮貌用餐-做文明人、講文明話,不強(qiáng)行勸餐、不強(qiáng)行勸酒;安全衛(wèi)生用餐-不用地溝油、不用變質(zhì)食品,不使用一次性筷子和塑料袋套碗,推廣使用公筷和公勺。三、工作步驟(一)宣傳動(dòng)員階段(3月10日一3月22日)由縣食品藥品稽查大隊(duì)各分隊(duì)分片組織召開餐館和機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校食堂負(fù)責(zé)人參加的”文明餐桌行動(dòng)“動(dòng)員會(huì),印TVprogrammesUnit6Welcometotheunit
