Tobesuccessful,studentslearnmanyknowledgesoastomasterasmoreskillsaspossible.Somebelievethatthekeytorealizeourdreamsistoworkhardandotherstreatchanceinthefirstplace.Whiletodayistheinformationworld,theonewhomasterstheall-sidedsourcewillhavemorechancestobesuccessful.Inmyopinion,themostimportantskillisthesocialskill,becauseweneedtomakeconnectionwithothers,wearenotdoingbusinesswithourselves,soitisinneedofhavingrelationshipwithothers.Thegoodsocialskillcanhelpusattractattentioneasilyandimpressthefuturepartner.Ifwearebadinmunicating,howcanweletothersknowouradvantagesandtrustus.Sopromotingourselvesisthefirstjob,fromnowon,don’tbeshy.
Therelationshipofknowledgeandabilityisalong-termdomesticquestionsamonghomeandaboard.Intheargumentputforwarddifferentviews,ofwhichtherearetwoopposingviews.
Oneviewisthatknowledgeisthebasisofability.Thereisnoabilitytomastertheknowledgewithoutknowledge.Therefore,knowledgeismoreimportantthanthecapacity-building.
Anotherviewisthatintoday'stechnologicalrevolution,theeraofknowledgeexplosion,toteachhimtofish,itisbettertoteachhimtofish.Abilityismoreimportantthanknowledge.Althoughholdingthesetwoviewsofthepeoplecanusealotofreasonstodemonstrateapositiveviewoftheirown,itisdifficulttonegateeachother'spointofvieweffectively.Howtorecognizetheabilitytoimpartknowledgeanddeveloptherelationshipbetween?Itisconsideredtobeaconsensusthefollowingareasgenerally:
(1)Toacquireknowledge(includingskills)isthebasisforthedevelopmentofthestudentsonthebasisofabilitytounderstandthemoreprofoundknowledge,graspthemoresolid.Moreskilledtheappropriateskills,thebettercapabilities.Ifyoutalkaboutleavingthegraspingofknowledgedevelopmentability,theabilitytobeeariverwithoutwater,withouttrees.Thatis,arelativelyrichknowledgemayhaveastrongerabilitytonotleavetheabilitytoimpartknowledgetodevelop.
Atthesametime,capacitydevelopmentisanimportantprerequisitetoknowledge.Ifthereisnocertaincognitiveabilities(suchasperception,memory,thinkingability,etc.),youwillnotbeabletoacquireknowledge.
Therefore,theabilityandknowledgeareinterrelatedandmutuallyreinforcing.Bothofthemarethebasictasksofteaching.Theyareimportantandshouldnothavetheseverityoftheother.Thetwoshouldbesimultaneous.
(2)Therearedifferencesbetweenknowledgeandability.Theso-calleddifferenceistheknowledgeandabilityaretwodifferentconcepts.Theycannotbeequated.Knowledgeisthatpeopledothingsandageneralunderstandingofthelawobjectivity.Itissummedupinthesocialpracticeandistheexperienceofmindsystem/.Itisalsoanobjectivelawofreflectioninmind.Itisformedinpracticeandisthelevelofpsychologicaldevelopment.
(3)Theconversionbetweentheknowledgeandabilityofcertainconditionsneedtohavemasteryofknowledgeanditisanindispensableprerequisitefortheformationofcapacity.However,thedevelopmentofstudentabilityisnotintheprocessofimpartingknowledgespontaneouslycarriedout.Theideathatlearningtheknowledgetodeveloptheabilitynaturally,orwiththenaturalabilitytograsptheknowledgeoftheviewsarenotrealistic.Conversionbetweentheknowledgeandabilityistheneedtohavecertainconditions.
