technicalspecificationDB21/T1792 2【2010】10各市建委、有關(guān)單位:由遼寧省建筑節(jié)能環(huán)保協(xié)會(huì)和遼寧太陽能研究應(yīng)用有限公司會(huì)同有關(guān)單位編制的《太陽能光伏與建筑一體化技術(shù)規(guī)—2010,現(xiàn)予以發(fā)布,自2010年3月24日起施行。節(jié)能環(huán)保協(xié)會(huì)和遼寧太陽能研究應(yīng)用有限公司負(fù)責(zé)解釋。遼寧省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳二O一O年三月九日3 建【2009】95號(hào))的要求,在深入調(diào)查研究國內(nèi)外太陽能光伏與建筑一體化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用情況和全省地理、氣象參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真總結(jié)了多年來國內(nèi)外太陽能光伏與建筑一體化技術(shù)應(yīng)用推廣和工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)及有關(guān)專家意見編制而成。

;無脫焊、虛焊、漏焊(焊盤少焊)、焊錫渣點(diǎn)等現(xiàn)象,焊點(diǎn)平滑,無明顯褶皺或凸起;表面清潔、無劃傷、無助焊劑斑痕;無明顯鼓泡、不平;電池片片間焊帶無于1處,深≤1mm、寬≤3mm、長≤50mm不多于2處。3PVB(EVA)膠層清潔透明,無變色、污點(diǎn)、斑痕、缺損等缺陷,無脫層、斷續(xù)現(xiàn)象。4硅膠密封缺膠、堆膠現(xiàn)象。5接線盒及安裝修邊位置符合圖紙要求,連接牢固、端正、極性標(biāo)識(shí)正確、二極管安裝正確、引線長度符合圖紙要求;接線盒與焊帶粘接牢固;接線端子完整;接線盒固化后要保持安裝位置適中正確,接線盒應(yīng)與玻璃平面平行,并要整齊規(guī)范;安裝位置偏移不超過2mm,角度偏移小于3°;不允許有盒內(nèi)封裝件引出線被灌封膠密封,粘結(jié)膠溢出可見并且均勻;膠層要充實(shí),無缺膠、膠花、斷膠等現(xiàn)象;玻璃、膠層、接線盒要層次分明、干凈,膠層無毛刺,組件邊部上不得粘有殘膠;從組件的正面觀看,不允許接線盒底部有缺膠少膠及焊帶裸露現(xiàn)象;接線盒壁在焊接時(shí)不允許存在影響盒蓋被烙鐵燙壞的烙鐵??;焊點(diǎn)要充實(shí),不允許存在漏焊、虛焊現(xiàn)象;保持接線盒的干凈整潔。附錄C
