年度安全教育培訓(xùn)計劃

AnnualSafetyEducationandTrainingPlan

Safetyeducationandtrainingisanimportantpartofourstation'ssafetymanagementwork.Itisanimportantmeasuretofundamentallyeliminateunsafebehaviorandoneoftheimportantmeanstopreventandcontrolaccidents.Inordertocarryoutthisyear'ssafetyeducationandtraininginaplanned,targeted,andpurposefulmanner,wehavedevelopedthisplan.

I.BasicIdeas

1.Strengthentheeducationof"safetyfirst,prevention-oriented"safetyawareness.Educateemployeestocorrectlyunderstandandconscientiouslyimplementrelevantsafetyproductionrulesandregulations,strengthentheirownprotectionawareness,donotviolateregulations,donotviolatelabordiscipline,andachievethegoalof"noharminthreeaspects."Atthesametime,carryoutsafetyresponsibilityawarenesseducationforallemployeesofourstation,attachimportancetosafetyproduction,andeliminatethe"threeviolations."

2.Integratesafetyeducationandtrainingthroughouttheentireproductionandoperationprocessofourstation,strengthentheenthusiasmofallstafftoparticipateandthelong-termnatureofsafetyeducationandtraining,andimplement"allstaff,all-round,andall-process"safetyeducation.

3.Carryoutvariouschannelsandformsofsafetyeducationandtraining,adoptflexibleanddiversewaysthataretailoredtolocalconditions,varyfrompersontoperson,andareinlinewithpeople'scognitivecharacteristics,interests,andeasytoaccept.Inviewofthespecificsituationofthegasstation,thefollowingtrainingformswillbemainlyused:

(1)Meetingform.Mainlyinclude:monthlysafetymeetings,safetyknowledgelectures,etc.

(2)Hangingform.Mainlyinclude:safetypropagandabanners,slogans,signs,pictures,safetypropagandacolumns,etc.

(3)Audio-visualproducts.Mainlyinclude:safetyeducationCDs,safetylecturevideos,etc.

(4)On-siteobservationanddemonstrationform.Mainlyinclude:safetyoperationmethoddemonstration,firedrill,visitandstudy,etc.
