scholarships,shewasabletocoverabouthalfofhercosts.Fortherest,shecouldn’tfindaway

out.That’swhenChristinefoundoutaboutaVOAprogram,whichnotonlypaidforherstudybut

offeredtocovergasandfood.“TheVOAprogramwasarealblessing,”saidChristine.“I
