混凝土檢查井ConcreteInspectionWellsConstructionPlanforReinforcedConcreteInspectionWellsI.ReinforcedConcreteInspectionWellsConstructionSequence:CushionConcrete→FoundationConcrete→PouringofSideWallsBelowthePipeTopSurface→FlowChannel→PouringofConcreteAbovethePipeTopSurface→InstallationofSteps→InstallationofPrecastConcreteCoverPlate→InstallationofPrecastConcreteWellTube→InstallationofWellCover.1.Reinforcement①ProcessingandStorageofReinforcementTheprocessingandformingofreinforcementshouldstrictlyfollowthedimensionsandrequirementsofthedrawings,andthereinforcementcuttinglistshouldbepreparedaccordingtoitsrequirements.Thereinforcementshouldbestraightenedandrust-proofedbeforeprocessingtoensurethecleanlinessofthereinforcementsurface.Afterthereinforcementisformed,itshouldbelabeledwiththeusedparts,model,andgrade,andclassifiedandplacedneatly.Theformedreinforcementisgenerallytemporarilystoredintheprocessingplant;duringconstruction,itshouldbetransportedtotheconstructionsiteinbatchesaccordingtotheconstructionplanandsiterequirements,andonlyasmallamountofformedreinforcementneededfortheprojectshouldbetemporarilystoredattheconstructionsite.Thetransportedreinforcementshouldbeneatlystacked,withregistrationsigns,andthebottomshouldbepaddedwithsquarewoodandkeptawayfromtheground.②BindingandInstallationTheon-sitebindingandinstallationofreinforcementshouldstrictlyfollowthedimensionsandrequirementsofthedesigndrawings.Thepositioningofthereinforcementofthewellroomfloormustbemarkedwithaline.Forthereinforcementofthewellroomfloorandtopplate,thereinforcementshouldbeplacedatintervalsof1000mmtocontrolthespacingbetweentheupperandlowerlayersofreinforcement.Theprotectionlayerofthereinforcementshouldbestrictlycontrolled.Cementandsandwiththesameratioastheconcretepouredbetweentheformworkandthereinforcementshouldbeusedasthecushionblock.Thenumberofcushionblocksshouldnotbelessthan2pieces/m2.Duringbinding,plankoperationshouldbeused,anditisstrictlyforbiddentostepontheboundreinforcement.Thepositionandnumberofjointsduringreinforcementinstallationshouldmeettheacceptancecriteriaandregulationsofthenationalstandard.Thejointsofthewellroomfloorandtopplateinthesamesectionshouldbestaggeredfromeachother,andthenumberofjointsshouldnotbegreaterthan50%.Thejointsofthewallinthesamesectionshouldbestaggeredfromeachother,andthenumberofjointsshouldnotbegreaterthan25%.2.ScaffoldingWhenconstructinginspectionwells,steelpipescaffoldingshouldbeerectedaroundtheminadvance.Thescaffoldingonthemanureditchshoulduseabowlbuckletypesteelpipeseriesscaffoldingsystem,andasingle-rowframeshouldbeused.Thebottomofthescaffoldingshouldbeequippedwithadjustablesupports,anda50mmthicklargeboardshouldbeplacedunderthesupportlegs.Thewidthofthelargeboardshouldnotbelessthan200mm.Theinnersideofthescaffoldingshouldbe700mmawayfromthestructuralwall,thewidthofthescaffoldingshouldbe900mm,thedistancebetweentheuprightsshouldbe900mm,andthedistancebetweenthehorizontalbarsshouldbe1200mm.Whensettingupthescaffolding,bowlbuckletypediagonalbracesshouldbeused,andaheighthorizontalbarwithadistanceof600mmshouldbesetupontheupperpartofthescaffoldingasaguardrail.3.Concrete①PouringSequenceThepouringsequenceofthewellroomconcreteis:cushionconcrete→foundationconcrete→sidewallconcrete.②PouringMethodThecushionconcreteandfoundationconcreteofthewellroomshouldbepouredbytheash-slurrypouringmethod,andthesidewallandtopplateconcreteshouldbepouredbythepumptruck.Beforepouring,thesiloshouldbeblown,andinnon-winterconstruction,itshouldbemoistenedwithcleanwater.Duringthepouringofconcrete,theconstructionteamshouldstrictlycontroltheashspeed,whichshouldnotbegreaterthanh.Theconcretevibrationshoulduseaninsert-typevibrationrodforvibration,andthevibrationrodshouldbeinsertedinacrossshape,withamovingdistancenotgreaterthantheradiusofaction.混凝土養(yǎng)護工作需要專人負責，在非冬季進行澆水養(yǎng)護，而在冬季需要覆蓋塑料布和防火草簾來保溫。為了檢查井基礎的建設，我們選用SZ系列模板。圓形污水檢查井墻體采用加工異型模板，而三通、四通支線及垂直跌落井方形墻體部分采用SZ系列模板，圓形墻體
