ernancepr iplesandactivities,anditsfinancialandnon-financialperformanceinthelatestfinancialyear.TheCFOhasaskedyoutoassisthiminpreparingforhispresentation.PrepareabriefingnotefortheCFOThespecificnatureofthe Iamwritingtoexinthenatureofagencyrelationship,thebenefitoftwotierboardandhowdoesourmissionmeettheneedsofkeystakeholders.natureofagencyasacharity(BCO),animportantagentrelationshipbetweenboardoftrustees(pripal)andmanagementTheernanceoftheBCOisvestedinourboardoftrustees,whichhasoverallcontrolofthecharityandisresponsibleformonitoringitsstrategicdirectionandensuringitisinlinewithourmissionandobjectives.Itisalsoresponsibleformonitoringtheriskstowhichthecharityiposedthroughtheriskcommittee(copyfrom“aboutuspage”,整改)Ourhighlyexperiencedanddedicatedmanagementboardisresponsiblefortheday-to-daybusinessoftheBCO.It’smaindutiesaretodevelopandproposestrategiestoachieveourmissionandobjectivesandtomeasureandreportontheBCO’sperformance.Ittakesresponsibilityforthemanagementanddeliveryofouractivities.(copyfrom“aboutuspage”,整改)Thereisanagencyrelationshipbetweendonors(pripal)whocareabout&animalsliveinthewildlifehabitats&visitorsofparkandboardoftrustees(agent).DonorsareresponsibleforprovidingfundforBCOtorunthebusinessandboardoftrusteesisresponsibletosatisfythosesponsorsbymeetingtheirneedstoprotectanimals.benefitoftwotiersegregationofboardoftrusteesisresponsibleformanagementboardisresponsibleforoperatingthe=>doublecheck,improvethequality, reaseexternalstakeholders’Boardoftrusteesisbehaveofexternalstakeholders,toensuretheirinterestis=>MoreHowtomeetstakeholders'needsbymissionandOurmissionProtectingandconservingourwildlifeforfutureBCOworksforawiderrangeofstakeholderandourmissionisnotfocusonprofitability,focusonprotectingandconservingtheworld’swildlifeforthefuture.ThismeetstheneedsofkeyWehavesetoutthreeclearstrategicobjectivesforthenextfiveyears.These–Ensurethat100threatenedspeciesareprotectedandreturnedtotheirnaturalthreatenedspeciesarekeywhatistheirneeds:survive/backtomeet:–Investin100wildlifehabitatprojectsacrosstheworld,throughprovidingtrainingandeducationforlocalstaff,volunteersandcommunities.localstaff,volunteersandcommunitiesarekeywhatistheirneeds:requirespecificknowledgeandskillstoensurethehabitatsprojectsarerunmeet:providing–Ensureonemillionpeoplear terconnectedwithnature,througheducationandawarenessofthenaturalworldtheyliveinwidercommunitiesarekeywhatistheirneeds:understandthenaturalworldtheylivein,positivelycontributetotheprotectionprojectsan turalworldandthreatedspeciesmeet:providingeducationtoimprovetheirysesthefinancialandnon-financialperformanceoftheBCOinthelatestfinancialyear,20X1,providingreasonsforandimplicationsoftheresults.(13marks)Professionalskillsmarksareavailablefordemonstratingysisskills eineducationprogramdecreasesbyOnereasonforthis:ranfewerexternaleducationprogrammesin20x1(145vsDoesnotalignwithstrategicobjectiveofprovidingmoreeducationtoourInvestmoreinFifthly,Donations,grantsandlegaciesreducedby15.6%,still35%oftotal e.=>payattentiontothisdecline.Economicrecession(reasonforBCOuseothersourceof etocompensatethisdecline,e.g.saleofproperty.however,thiskindof
