ThiscardisjointlyissuedCommercialBankofChina.Thecardholdercanhospitalizeatdesignatedmedicalinstitutionandpurchasedrugatdesignateddrugstorebythiscardinthiscity.Thecardholderprovidingthiscardtootherpersonforhospitalizing,purchasingdrugandkeepingaccountsisstrictlyforbidden.Usingotherperson’smedicalcarecardtohospitalize,purchasedrugandkeepaccountsisalsostrictlyforbidden.TheNewRuralCooperativeMedicalCareSystem(NRCMCS)isanewinitiativethatwasestablishedin2003tooverhaulthehealthcaresystem,particularlyintendedtomakeitmoreaffordablefortheruralpoor.rural
