1.在本工藝安裝前,螺旋槳及與其相配的螺旋槳軸均已經(jīng)精加工好,并經(jīng)驗(yàn)船師和船東認(rèn)可完畢。Propellershaftandsterntubesealtobepreinstalledaccordingtothedrawingrequirementandconfirmedbyowner&surveyor.2?螺旋槳錐孔與尾軸錐體的刮配ScrapingfittingjobforinterfacebetweenPropellerconeholeandtailshafttaper螺旋槳放在碼頭上,如圖:放置錐孔大端朝上,葉片用木墩墊好,用水平儀將轂朝上端面調(diào)正到水平位置,確保水平度在0.5/1000范圍內(nèi),然后用吊車將吊鉤吊在專用吊環(huán)上吊起尾軸,用框式水平儀將尾軸校垂直,并對(duì)準(zhǔn)螺旋槳錐孔的軸中心線,慢慢地把尾軸放下使尾軸錐體恰好插入錐孔內(nèi),將尾軸吊起,在尾軸錐體上涂色油,再放下尾軸螺放槳錐孔與呢軸錐體劭配示意圖當(dāng)尾軸錐體與螺旋槳錐孔配合的相應(yīng)位置距離等于50~100MM時(shí)急放吊車剎車,使尾軸借自重快速落下插入錐孔內(nèi)再吊起刮削,反復(fù)進(jìn)行,從粗刮到精刮,直至尾軸錐體與螺旋槳錐孔的接觸面積在75%以上,且每一平方英寸的面積上不少于3~4點(diǎn),并且接觸面應(yīng)該用0.03mm的塞尺檢查,錐孔大端接觸面應(yīng)好于小端,即大端接觸點(diǎn)要略硬。本螺旋槳為無(wú)鍵連接,但尾軸與螺旋槳的配刮時(shí)的方向同樣要固定,以便安裝時(shí)照此方向。PutthePropelleronthedockandsupportbywoodenpiecesandkeepithorizontalasfigure.HavethelargetaperholeofPropellerupward,andkeepthehorizontaldeflectionofthelargetaperholeplaneofthepropellerintherangeof0.5/1000,Liftthetailshaftusinghookandspecialliftingring,adjusttailshaftverticalbyframegradienterandkeepitscenterlineassameasthepropeller,thenlowerthetailshaftslowlyandmakethescrewshaftconeinsertintothetaperholeofpropeller,liftthetailshaftandputsomeblueoilontheslopefaceofthetailshaft.loweritslowlyuntiltheheighttothepropellertopisabout5o-100,thenloweritasfastaspossible.letthetailshaftfallendownbyitsweight,afterthis,liftthetailshaftandscrapethetaperholeofpropeller,putblueoilonthetaperfaceagain,letthesternshaftfallendownagain,scrapethetaperholeofpropelleragainuntiltheinterfacemorethan75%,andkeepatleast3or4pointinpersquareinchtobefoundandthecontactfaceofthetaperholelargeendisbetterthantheotherend.Theinterfacealsoshouldbecheckedbyfeelerofthickness0.03mm.Afterthesesteps,wecansaytheinterfacebetweentheslopefaceoftailshaftandthetaperholeofthepropellerisOK.Asthepropelleriskeylessconnectionsomarksshouldbemadeandpainattentiontowhenmatching,sothatinstallaccordingtothemarks.3.螺旋槳安裝時(shí)的準(zhǔn)備條件Requirementsbeforeinstallation前后軸承按要求安裝到位,尾軸及前密封暫時(shí)布置到相對(duì)準(zhǔn)確的位置,放入尾軸管內(nèi),并經(jīng)船檢和船東認(rèn)可。Afterandforebearingshouldbefittedcompletely,andpropellershaftandforesealequipmentshouldbesetinthesterntube.AndthesejobsmustbeinspectedandapprovedbyRINAsurveyorandshipowner.在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)船師和船東代表的監(jiān)督下先將艉密封裝置布置于艉軸上,暫不固定,然后將螺旋槳安裝到艉軸上,(安裝螺旋槳時(shí),請(qǐng)調(diào)整好螺旋槳與尾軸的徑向位置,左右偏差不能超過(guò)5mm),并將液壓螺母安裝到位(參照軸系布置圖M252-104)。PuttheaftersealequipmentontheshaftunderRINAsurveyorandshipowner'surveillance,(itcannotfixednow),thenputthepropellerontheshaft.Adjustthemarkonthecircumferentialdirectionandkeepthedeviationwithin5mminrightandleftdirection.Nowwecansecurethehydraulicnuttothecorrectpositionaccordingtothedrawingofshaftarrangement(drawingNo.:M252-104).將泵接到槳?dú)ず鸵簤郝菽干?,注入液壓油,直到放氣口有液壓油溢出即可,同時(shí)擰緊放氣旋塞。Connectflexiblehoseasattacheddrawingpipingsystem.Thenventoutairinthehyd.nutandinthepropellerbossbyusingthemanualpump,afterthattightentheplugsonthepropellerandhydraulicnut.4.螺旋槳的安裝Installationofpropeller根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的環(huán)境溫度(用點(diǎn)溫計(jì)點(diǎn)取每片槳葉的根部和尾軸的溫度),確定出螺旋槳的實(shí)際壓入量:即0°C時(shí)的壓入量為15.47mm,35°C的壓入量為13.48mm。其他溫度對(duì)應(yīng)的壓入量見下表見表:壓入量L(mm)與環(huán)境溫度t(C)。Accordingtotablepush-updistance&temperature,decidethedistancebasedonthetemperatureofthehyd.nut&propeller.(Locationistobebetweeneachbladerootandontheshaft.)AccordingtomessagesuppliedbymakerHHI,thepush-updistanceis15.47mmattemperature0°C,andthedistaneeis13.48mmattemperature35°C.Others
