#/29t二18°C,At=95+70-18=64.5°C,K=2.503At0.293=8.49W/m2?°C;n2對(duì)于走廊:t二16°C,At=95+70-16=66.5°C,K=8.56W/m2?°C;n2對(duì)于餐廳:t二20°C,At=95+70-20=62.5°C,K=8.41W/m2?°C。n2對(duì)于樓梯間:t二14°C,At=95+70-14=68.5°C,K=8.64W/m2?°C。n24.2散熱器的布置與安裝散熱器布置布置散熱器應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1、散熱器宜安裝在外墻窗臺(tái)下,沿散熱器上升的對(duì)流熱氣流能阻止和改善從玻璃窗下降的冷氣流和玻璃冷輻射的影響,使流經(jīng)室內(nèi)的空氣比較暖和舒適;2、為防止散熱器凍裂,兩道外門之間,不應(yīng)設(shè)置散熱器。有凍結(jié)危險(xiǎn)的樓梯間或其它有凍結(jié)危險(xiǎn)的場(chǎng)所,應(yīng)由單獨(dú)的立、支管供暖,且不得裝設(shè)調(diào)節(jié)閥;3、散熱器一般明裝,布置簡(jiǎn)單,內(nèi)部裝修要求較高的可暗裝;4、在垂直單管或雙管熱水供暖系統(tǒng)中,同一房間的兩組散熱器可以串聯(lián)連接;貯藏室、廁所和廚房等輔助用室及走廊的散熱器,可同鄰室串聯(lián)連接;5、在樓梯間布置散熱器時(shí),考慮樓梯間熱流上升的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)盡量布置在底層;6、鑄鐵散熱器的組裝片數(shù),不宜超過下列數(shù)值:粗柱型(包括柱翼型)—20片;細(xì)柱型(四柱)—25片;長(zhǎng)翼型—7片。散熱器組對(duì)后,以及整組出廠的散熱器在安裝之前應(yīng)做水壓試驗(yàn)。散熱器安裝底部距地面不小于60mm,通常取150mm;頂部距窗臺(tái)板不小于50mm;背部與墻面凈距不小于25mm。本設(shè)計(jì)采用明裝,安裝在墻面,上加蓋板,A=100mm,即B=1.023同側(cè)連接,上進(jìn)下出,即02-1.0,管道也明裝于供暖房間內(nèi),所以管道散熱量抵消了水冷卻的影響。
4.3散熱器的計(jì)算4.3.1散熱器面積計(jì)算散熱器散熱面積F按參考文獻(xiàn)⑵公式2-2計(jì)算:QK(t—t)pjn卩卩卩4-1)123式中F——散熱器的散熱面積(m2);Q散熱器的散熱量(W);K——散熱器的傳熱系數(shù)[W/m2?°C];t——散熱器內(nèi)熱媒平均溫度(C);pjt――供暖室內(nèi)計(jì)算溫度(C);n0――散熱器組裝片數(shù)修正系數(shù),查參考文獻(xiàn)[2]附錄表2-3。計(jì)算散熱器散1熱面積時(shí),由于每組片數(shù)或總長(zhǎng)度未定,可先假定0=1.0進(jìn)行計(jì)算,計(jì)算出F和n的初始值,然后根據(jù)每組的片數(shù)或長(zhǎng)度乘以修正系數(shù)01,最后確定散熱面積。0――散熱器連接方式修正系數(shù),查參考文獻(xiàn)⑵附錄2-4,0=1.0;220散熱器安裝形式修正系數(shù),查參考文獻(xiàn)[2]附錄2-5,0=1.02。以三樓西邊典型辦公室為例:Q1257F二Q000二——-1.02二2.34肝

會(huì)議室3261.211864.58.496.38282x14資料室234311864.58.494.6201走廊479611666.58.569.02393x13衛(wèi)生間127421864.58.492.32101各樓梯間1890101468.58.643.42151各層散熱器布置情況詳見圖紙。第五章供暖系統(tǒng)水力計(jì)算5.1水力計(jì)算方法上述已說明本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)分為3區(qū),一二區(qū)為水平雙管式系統(tǒng),三區(qū)為上供下回雙管式系統(tǒng),所以水力計(jì)算也要進(jìn)行分區(qū)計(jì)算。采用等溫降法進(jìn)行計(jì)算。雙管同程式系統(tǒng)最不利循環(huán)環(huán)路與各并聯(lián)環(huán)路之間的計(jì)算壓力損失相對(duì)差額,不應(yīng)大于±15%。(1)選擇最不利環(huán)路;(2)計(jì)算通過最不利環(huán)路散熱器的作用壓力;(3)確定最不利環(huán)路個(gè)管段的管徑;(4)確定沿程壓力損失和局部阻力損失;(5)求環(huán)路壓力損失;(6)計(jì)算富余壓力;(7)確定其他立管及干管管徑;(8)求各立管的不平衡率,不平衡率應(yīng)在±10%以內(nèi)。5.2一二區(qū)水力計(jì)算5.2.1一二區(qū)水力計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖如下圖:5.1一二區(qū)水力計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)圖
