TheGTJA202Closureis6in6outclosurethatisdesignedforuseinanyoutsideplantenvironment(directburied,wall-mountingandaerial)forthroughorbifurcationcableconnection.Itcanalsoaccommodatecoupler,FC,SCorLCadapters.Theopentypedclosureismadefromhigh-qualityPC,withmechanicalsealingstructurefilledwithsealingmaterials.Theexternalaccessoriesandfasteningpiecesaremadefromhigh-qualitystainlesssteel.Theclosurecanbeopenedaftersealingandcanbereusedbychangingthesealingmaterials.

Cutthecableentryports,coverheat-shrinkabletubeonthepreparedcable,getk,thecalbethroughtheentryportsandstripoffthecableasChart2,andcleanupthecableandputthemarkingnotesonthefiber.

Measure50mmstrengthencoresfromwhereitisstripprdoff,andcuttheextrapart.

Putthehookofstrengthencoresonthescrewfixure,clingthestrengthencorestothescrew,thenscrewup.

Usescotchtapetofixtheloosesleevetubeswhichareusedinthelockedgloovepartofthesplicetray,theloosesleevetubesshouldbesmoothwithouttwistperm,andgetthecabletiesthroghthelockedglooveparttofixtheloosesleevetube,prepareextra2mmasChart3.

Opentheclosure,puttheuppershellontheworkbench.

Takedowntheadapterbracketandsplicetraybracket,andfixthecoupler.

Thecouplercanbeusedascustomerrequired,itcanbeconnectedwithfiber,orconnectedwithFC,SCorLCpatchcords.

Connectionofadapters:eitheronepartofthepatchcordisconnectedwithfiberorcoupler,theotherpartisdirectlyconncectedwithadapter,whichisconnetedwithcouplerorfiberorusedintheclosureaspigtail(usewithspecialsealingwasherforpigtail)

Fiberconnection:thefibercanbedirectlyused(ascommonuse)orconnectedwithcouplersoradapters.

Checktheinstallation.

Usingfixxingtoolstostrengthenthefiberwashersorpigtails.

Usescrewstoputtheuppershellsandbottomshellstogether.

Whenusedforaerialorwall-mounting,itshouldbeequippedwithhooksandthanintallitontheTelegraphPolesorspecialpipe.
