一種基于結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯分析的精確重命名方法(英文Title:AnAccurateRenamingMethodBasedonStructuralandLexicalAnalysisProgramsundergonumerouschangesovertime,andrenamingbecomesanessentialissueinsoftwaremaintenance.Renamingfacilitatesprogramunderstanding,promotessoftwareevolution,andimprovescodequality.Anaccuraterenamingmethodcansignificantlyreducemaintenancecosts,enhancemaintainability,andimprovesoftwaredevelopmentproductivity.Inthispaper,weproposearenamingmethodbasedonstructuralandlexicalanalysisthataimstoachievehighprecisionandreducethepotentialimpactonsoftwareevolution.Wepresenttheimplementationdetailsandevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodonalargeindustrialproject.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratethatourmethodcanefficientlyidentifyandreplacerelevantentitiesincode,shortenprogramupdatecycles,andimproveprogramcomprehension.Keywords:renaming,softwaremaintenance,programunderstanding,softwareevolution,codequality.Softwareevolutionisaninevitableprocessinsoftwaredevelopment,andprogramsneedtobemodifiedtomeetchanginguserrequirements,fixbugs,andimprovesoftwarequality.Softwaremaintenanceisanessentialactivityinsoftwareevolutionandinvolvesmanytasks,suchaserrorcorrection,coderefactoring,andenhancement.Amongtheseactivities,renamingisacommonoperationinsoftwaremaintenancethataimstomodifyidentifierstomoremeaningfulnamesthatreflecttheirintendeduse.Renamingimprovessoftwarequalitybymakingcodemorereadable,understandable,andmaintainable.Renamingcanalsohelpreduceconfusionandavoiderrorswhenworkingwithlargesoftwareprojects.Therefore,thereisanincreasingdemandforaccurateandefficientrenamingmethodsthatcanperformrenamingoperationswithminimumimpactonsoftwareInrecentyears,manyresearchershaveproposedvariousmethodstotackletherenamingproblem.Themostcommoncategoryofthesemethodsisbasedonstringsimilarityandfrequencyanalysis.Thesemethodsusestringdistancemeasures,frequencyanalysis,andsemanticsimilaritytoidentifypotentiallyrelevantentitiesandperformrenamingoperations.However,thesemethodsmayhavelowprecision,maynotcapturethesemanticsofthecode,andmayhaveahighimpactonsoftwareevolution.Inthispaper,weproposearenamingmethodbasedonstructuralandlexicalanalysisthataimstoachievehighprecisionandreducethepotentialimpactonsoftwareevolution.Ourmethodusesvariousprogramanalysistechniques,suchasabstractsyntaxtree(AST)traversal,scopeanalysis,andtypeinferencetoidentifyandanalyzetherelevantentitiesandtheircontext.Ourmethodalsoemployslexicalanalysistechniques,suchastokenizationandpart-of-speechtagging,tocapturethesemanticsofthecodeandimprovetheaccuracyoftherenamingoperation.WepresenttheimplementationdetailsandevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodonalargeindustrialOurrenamingmethodisbasedonthefollowingASTtraversalandscopeWefirstconstructtheASToftheprogramandtraverseittoidentifytherelevantentitiesthatneedrenaming.Weanalyzethescopeofeachentitytodetermineitsvisibilityandaccessibility,asrenamingsomeentitiesmayaffectthefunctionalityoftheprogram.TypeAfteridentifyingtherelevantentities,weapplytypeinferencetechniquestodeterminethedatatypesofthevariablesandparameterstoensurethattherenamingoperationisconsistentwiththeprogramTokenizationandpart-of-speechWethentokenizethecodeandapplypart-of-speechtaggingtoidentifyandgroupwordswithsimilarmeanings.Wealsoapplyentityrecognitiontechniquestoidentifythenounsandpronounsrelatedtotheentitiestoberenamed.LexicalanalysisandsimilarityWeuselexicalanalysistechniquestoanalyzethecontextoftherelevantentitiesandgenerateasemanticrepresentationofthecode.Wealsoperformsimilaritymatchingbetweentheextractedsemanticinformationandapredefinedvocabularytoidentifythemeaningoftheentitiesandsuggestpossiblenewnames.ThesimilaritymeasureisbasedonstringdistancemetricssuchasJaccardsimilarityandcosineCandidateselectionandWethenselectthecandidatenamesfromthesuggestednamesbasedontheirrelevancetotheentitytoberenamed.Werankthecandidatenamesbasedontheirsimilaritytotheoriginalnameandtheirrelevancetotheprogramcontext.Finally,weapplytheselectednametotheentitytorename,updatetheprogramcode,andperformcodeanalysistoverifythattherenamingoperationdoesnotaffecttheprogram'sfunctionality.ResultsandWeappliedourrenamingmethodtoalargeindustrialprojectwithtensofthousandsoflinesofcode.Weselectedafewrepresentativecodesnippetstoevaluatetheeffectivenessandaccuracyoftheproposedmethod.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatourmethodcanidentifyandrenamerelevantentitieswithhighprecisionandminimizethepotentialimpactonsoftwareevolution.Ourmethodcanalsoshortentheprogramupdatecyclesandimproveprogramcomprehensionbyenhancingcodereadabilityandmaintainability.Renamingisessentialinsoftwaremaintenance,andanaccuraterenamingmethodcanimprovesoftwarequalityandproductivity.Inthispaper,weproposedarenamingmethodbasedonstructuralandlexicalanalysisthatachieveshighprecisionandreducesthepotentialimpactonsoftwareevolution.Ourmethodusesvariousprogramanalysisa
