theysetsailwithafairwind.fairwind就是順風(fēng)的意思,也就是有推波助瀾的作用,GIVENafairwind這里相當(dāng)于省略了if,(if)givenafairwind,譯文翻譯成“如果一切順利”感覺還蠻貼切。順風(fēng)還可以說tailwind序走,“thissummerwewillseethecablecarover/above……”1)比如這里就可以像譯文那樣寫:thissummershouldseeacablecar……還是這里的“看見”。這句話想要表達(dá)的不就是“河上面的纜車通車了”:thissummeracablecarwillrunover……3)run這個(gè)詞,很常用,用法也超級(jí)多,后面我會(huì)結(jié)合前面寫過的筆記整理一份分類總結(jié)的筆記,這樣看起來(lái)會(huì)比較容易記憶吧,每篇文章說的內(nèi)容還挺散的,run好像出現(xiàn)好多次關(guān)于這一句,thissummershouldseeacablecar,再說一個(gè)詞,should?indicatingadesirableorexpected
