摘要

一屏蔽門系統(tǒng)概述

1.1屏蔽門系統(tǒng)定義

屏蔽門系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用在城市軌道交通中設(shè)置于車站站臺邊緣的一種安全裝置。它將列車與車站站臺候車區(qū)域隔離開來,在列車到達和出發(fā)時可自動開啟和關(guān)閉,為乘客營造了一個安全、舒適的候車環(huán)境。1.2屏蔽門系統(tǒng)的類型

屏蔽門可以大致分為以下兩種類型:1.2.1全封閉式屏蔽門

它是一道自上而下的玻璃隔離墻和活動門,沿著車站站臺邊緣和兩端頭設(shè)置,能把站臺候車區(qū)與列車進站??繀^(qū)完全隔離。這種屏蔽門系統(tǒng)的主要功能是增加安全性、儉約能耗以及降低噪音等。1.2.2半封閉式屏蔽門

它是一道上不封頂?shù)牟AЦ綦x墻和活動門或不銹鋼籬笆門。與全封閉式相比,安裝位置基本一致,但結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,高度低,空氣可以通過屏蔽門上部流通,造價也低。它主要是起一種隔離的作用,提高站臺候車乘客的安全,同時它也還能起到一定的降噪作用。1.3屏蔽門系統(tǒng)的門體結(jié)構(gòu)

門體結(jié)構(gòu)由支撐結(jié)構(gòu)、門檻、頂箱、滑動門、固定門、應(yīng)急門和端門組成。(1)支撐結(jié)構(gòu)

支撐結(jié)構(gòu)包括底部支承部件、門梁、立柱、頂部自動伸縮裝置等部分。支撐結(jié)構(gòu)能夠承受屏蔽門的垂直載荷、隧道通風系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的風壓、列車運行活塞風形成的正負方向水平載荷、乘客擠壓力和地震、震動等載荷。底部支承部件分為上

下兩部分,底部下部構(gòu)件表面通過絕緣鍍層處理,采用絕緣安裝,使屏蔽門與建筑結(jié)構(gòu)絕緣。底部上下部分采用橢圓形孔連接,實現(xiàn)前后方向的調(diào)整;與底部預(yù)埋槽鋼協(xié)同,實現(xiàn)縱向調(diào)整。頂部自動伸縮裝置與立柱連接,實現(xiàn)高度方向士30mm的調(diào)整,通過頂部方形墊板上的弧形孔和預(yù)埋件的縱向?qū)Р蹖崿F(xiàn)前后左右的位置調(diào)整。(2)門檻

門檻包括固定門門檻和活動門門檻。固定門門檻承受固定門的垂直載荷,活動門門檻承受乘客載荷。門檻采用不銹鋼材料,表面設(shè)有防滑齒形槽,提高門檻的耐磨性和防滑性。門檻結(jié)構(gòu)中有滑動導(dǎo)槽,與滑動門協(xié)同,導(dǎo)槽底部有直通孔,導(dǎo)槽內(nèi)的雜物和灰塵可以下落。(3)頂箱

頂箱由站臺側(cè)不銹鋼固定板鉸接、不銹鋼蓋板和后蓋板等組成。頂箱內(nèi)設(shè)有門驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)、鎖緊和解鎖裝置、門控單元、配電端子箱、導(dǎo)軌及頂梁等部件.頂箱可以承受各種水平載荷。頂箱前蓋板上設(shè)有門鎖,蓋板周邊有可壓縮橡膠密封條,當蓋板關(guān)閉緊鎖時,形成完整的密封箱體,有效地降低噪聲。(4)滑動門

滑動門(SD)由門玻璃、門框、門吊掛連接板、導(dǎo)靴、門榜相交密封條、手動解鎖裝置等組成。正常運行時,滑動門是乘客上下車的通道,也是車站隧道內(nèi)發(fā)生火災(zāi)或故障時,列車到站后乘客的疏散通道。滑動門上部的吊掛連接板與門機的吊掛板連接,下部裝有導(dǎo)靴,兩扇滑動門靠近中心處裝有橡膠密
