AccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJianBiao[2006]No.136issuedbytheformer

MinistryofConstruction(MOC)-NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlan(second

batch)ofNationalWorkConstructionStandardsin2006,thiscodeisdrawnupbyChinaMCC5

GroupCo.,Ltd.togetherwithrelatedunits.

Intheprocessofdrawingupthiscode,thedrawing-upteammakesadeepnvestigation,

seriouslysummarizestheinstallationexperiencesofcokingchemicalandmechanicalequipmentover

theyears,andextensivelysolicitstheopinioninrelatedaspectstocompleteapprovaldraft.Finally,

Thiscodeisformulatedwithviewtonormalizingtheinstallationandconstructionofcoking

chemicalandmechanicalequipment,promotingtechnicalprogressandensuringWorkquality.

ThiscodeisapplicabletotheWorkinstallationofmetallurgicalcokingcoalprocessing

equipmentandthemechanicalequipmentofthecokeovensystem,thedryquenchingsystemand

thegaspurifyingandchemicalproductrecyclingsystem.

1.0.3

NotonlytherequirementsstipulatedinthiscodeontheWorkinstallationofcoking

chemicalandmechanicalequipment,butalsothoseinthecurrentrelevantonesofthenationshall

becompliedwith.

2.0.1

Theinstallationofequipmentmustbeperformedbyusingmeasuringinstrumentssubjected

tometrologicalverificationandqualifiedcalibration,andtheaccuracygradesshallmeetthe

requirementsofqualitystandard.

2.0.2

Beforetheinstallationofequipment,thefollowingconstructionworksshallbeprepared:

Theself-examinationandjointcheckupofdrawingsshallbeperformed,andrecordsshall

bekept;

Constructionsiteshallhavethecorrespondingconstructiontechnicalstandardandtechnical

documentsofconstructionorganizationdesign,constructionscheme,etc.,whichareexaminedand

approved;

Technicaldisclosureshallbeperformedtorelatedpersonnelinaccordancewithtechnical

documentsofdesigndocuments,contractagreement,constructiontechnicalstandard,construction

organizationdesign,constructionscheme,etc;

Temporaryfacilitiesofequipmentfoundation,plants,roadsfortransportation,water

installation;

Beforetheinstallationofequipment,rust,dirtandgreaseonthesurfaceofequipmentand

paintonthebottomsurfaceofequipmentbaseshallberemoved,andtherustremovalandcleaning

Theinstallationofequipmentshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththespecifiedworking

procedures,andeachworkingprocedureshallbecheckedafterfinishingtoformrecords.Thenext

workingprocedureshallnotbeperformedincaseofnoapprovedexaminationoftheprevious

workingprocedure.

Concealedworksintheinstallationofequipmentshallbeconcealedafterpassingexamination,and

recordsshallbekept.

2.0.6

Equipment人人文庫protectivemeasuresshallbeensuredintheprocessesofequipmentinstallation

andhoistingtoavoiddamagetoequipment.Afterbeinginstalled,equipmentshallbeprotected

well.

2.0.7

Theinstallationofdryquenchingwasteheatboilershallmeettherequirementsofdesign

TechnicalSupervisionRegulationforSafetyofBoilerTechnical

documentsandTSGG0001and

SpecificationforElectricPowerConstructionPartBoilerUnit

standard.

3EquipmentFoundation,AnchorBoltsandShimPlates

3.1EquipmentFoundation

3.1.1

Beforebeinginstalled,equipmentfoundationshallbesubjectedtohandoveracceptance,and

onenotsubjectedtohandoveracceptanceshallnotbeinstalled.

3.1.2

Thehandoveracceptanceofequipmentfoundationshallbeincompliancewiththefollowing

requirements:

Basicacceptancematerialshallbecomplete;

Thestrengthgradesoffoundationconcreteshallmeettherequirementsofdesign

documents,andacceptancematerialandrecordsshallbereserved;

3CodeforConstruction

Thepositionandsizeoffoundationshallmeettherequirementsof

andAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationWork

GB50231asnationalstandard;

Formworkonthesurfaceoffoundation,anchorboltfixingframe,etc.shallberemoved,and

laitance,oilstain,brokenstone,mud,accumulatedwater,etc.onthesurfaceoffoundationandin

anchorboltholesshallberemoved;

Built-inanchorboltsshallhavenodamage,threadsshallbecleanedandcoatedwithgrease

andhavetheprotectivemeasures.

3.1.3

Designdocumentsandrelevantspecificationsandprovisionsshallincludeequipmentfoundation

subjectedtosettlementobservation,settlementobservationrecordsandsettlementobservationpointsshall

behandedover,andsettlementobservationshallbeproceededtoperformintheprocessofequipment

installation.

3.2DatumLineandDatumMarkforInstallationofEquipment

3.2.1

Beforetheinstallationofequipment,thedatumlineanddatummarkofinstallationshallbe

set,whichshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Drawthearrangementdiagramsofdatumlineanddatummarkinaccordancewithdesign

documents;

2

Setcentraltargetanddatummarkinaccordancewithbasichandovermaterialandthe

arrangementdiagramsofdatumlineanddatummark;

3

Surveydatumlineanddatummarkinaccordancewithsitesurve人人文庫yingcontrolnetwork;

4

Mainbodyequipmentshallbeembeddedwiththecentraltargetandtheperpetualdatum

mark;

5

Aftersurveying,themeasuringresultreportshallbesubmitted.

3.2.2

AftertheequipmentinstallationWorkisfinished,theperpetualcentraltarget,the

perpetualdatummarkandarrangementdiagramsthereofshallbehandedoverconstructionunits.

3.3AnchorBolts

3.3.1

Theinstallationofanchorboltswithpreformedholesshallbeincompliancewiththe

followingrequirements:

Beforeinstallation,oilstainandoxidescalesonanchorboltsshallberemoved,andthreads

shallbecoatedwithgrease;

Anchorboltsshallbeverticalinperformedholes,thedistanceofanyonepartfromhole

wallsshallbelargerthan15mm,andanyonepartshallnotcontactholebottoms;

3

Groutingofreservedanchorboltholesshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndocuments

CodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationWork

andGB50231

asthecurrentnationalstandard;

Theanchorboltscanbefastenedonlyafterthestrengthofgroutingconcreteinperformed

holesshallreach75%ofdesignstrength,andthefasteningforceofeachboltshallbeuniform;

Contactbetweennutsandgasketsandbetweengasketsandequipmentshallbetight.

3.3.2

Theinstallationofbuilt-inanchorboltsshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Beforetheinstallationofequipment,thepositionsandsizesofbuilt-inanchorbolts

shallbecheckedinaccordancewiththeactualpositionsandsizesofboltholesofequipment

base;

2

Partsofanchorbolts,exposedoutofthefoundationshallbevertical,equipmentbaseshall

haveadjustmentmarginwhensleevedintheanchorbolts,andeachanchorboltshallnotbe

jammed.

3.3.3

TheinstallationofanchorboltswithT-shapedheadsshallbeincompliancewiththe

AnchorboltswithT-shapedheadsandanchorplateshallbematchedinaccordancewith

designdocuments.

Beforeequipmentisinposition,trialfittingofanchorboltswithT-shapedheadsshallbe

performed,andthedirectionsofT-shapedheadsshallbemarked.Duringinstallation,T-shaped

headsshallbecorrectlyembeddedintotherectangulargrooveoftheanchorplate.

Partsofanchorbolts,whichdonothavethreadsandtheanchorplateshallbecoatedin

accordancewithdesigndocuments.Whendesigndoesnothaverequirements,rust-proofpaintshall

becoated.

Sealedfillersshallbepackedintheperformedholesorprotectivepipeinaccordancewith

designdocumentsbeforesecondarygrouting.

3.3.4

Thefasteningofanchorboltswithrequirementsonfasteningforceshallmeettherequirementsof

designdocuments,andafterbeingfastened,boltsshallexposenutsorshallbelevelwithnuts.

3.4ShimPlates

Thearrangementofshimplatesshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndocuments.When

thedesigndoesnothaverequirements,bed-mortarmethod,installationmethodwithoutshim

plates,etc.canbeadopted.

3.4.2CodeforConstructionand

Theinstallationofshimplatesshallmeettherequirementsof

AcceptanceofMechanicalEquipmentInstallationWork

GB50231asnationalstandard.

3.4.3

Beforeequipmentbaseisinposition,thesize,groupnumberandplacingpositionofshim

platesshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththeshapeandsizeofbase,thediametersofanchor

bolts,thecompressivestrengthoffoundationandequipmentweight.

4EquipmentandMaterial

4.1Equipment

4.1.1

Equipmentapproachplanshallbeformulatedinaccordancewithequipmentdeliveryscheduleand

constructionschedulefororganization.

4.1.2

Theopen-boxinspectionofequipmentshallkeeprecordsandshallbeincompliancewith

thefollowingrequirements:

1

Checkboxnumber,boxnumberandpackagingcondition,andpackageappearanceshallnot

haveobviousdamage;

2

Equipmentname,modelandspecificationshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndocuments;

3

10.2InstallationofWalkingStructure

10.2.1

Datumanddatummarkshallbesetonthewalkingrailwithdatumsection,wheeltrackline,

spanlineandcokepushingcenterlinearesetbytakingthecenterlineofwalkingrailontheovensideas

datum,andthecokepushingcenterlineshallbeperpendiculartothecenterlineofcokeoven.

10.2.2

Theinstallationcenterofwalkingstructureshallbeadjustedbytakingthefactorymark

onthewalkingbeamasdatum.

10.2.3

Fortheinstallationofthewalkingstructure,wheelpartsshallbeputonthesteelrailsand

supportedbyusing人人文庫thetemporarysupport,andwalkingbeamisinstalledafterthelevelingofwheel

parts.

10.2.4

Adjustingshimplatebetweenthebaseofeachtransmissionmechanismandequipment

shallbecushionedcompactly,andtheconnectingboltsshallbeconsistentinrun-throughdirection

andshallbefastenedintime.

10.2.5

Theinstallationofwalkingstructureshallbeincompliancewiththefollowingrequirements:
