2756.2—譯工具,提供多國(guó)語(yǔ)言翻譯服務(wù)。5.1.6 自覺(jué)接受顧客監(jiān)督,聽(tīng)取顧客意見(jiàn),提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量。5.2 業(yè)務(wù)技能5.2.1 掌握卷煙和非煙商品的質(zhì)量保管方法、食品安全等基本知識(shí)。5.2.2 熟知所經(jīng)營(yíng)商品的分類(lèi)、品種、性能、價(jià)格、布局、陳列、使用方法及服務(wù)程序等。5.2.3 熟練使用配備的設(shè)備和相應(yīng)的設(shè)施。5.2.4 熟練掌握各類(lèi)儲(chǔ)蓄卡、信用卡、支票等支付方式,以及偽鈔識(shí)別、現(xiàn)金找零等技巧,結(jié)帳服務(wù)快捷準(zhǔn)確。5.2.5 宜掌握一定的旅游知識(shí),熟悉當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源。6
服務(wù)內(nèi)容6.1 卷煙品牌推介6.1.1 根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)匚穆锰厣诰頍煴彻瘛⑶肮?、島柜等卷煙與雪茄陳列區(qū)打造主題突出的特色陳列。6.1.2 結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)靥厣穆卯a(chǎn)品、門(mén)店經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)商品陳列。6.1.3 6.1.4 宜在卷煙價(jià)格標(biāo)簽上定制包含當(dāng)?shù)匚穆锰厣钠放瀑u(mài)點(diǎn)二維碼。6.1.5 宜結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)匚穆锰厣O(shè)計(jì)制作主題伴手禮盒,將不同卷煙規(guī)格、雪茄定制包裝,或?qū)⒕頍煛⒀┣雅c文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品聯(lián)合定制包裝。6.2 旅游特產(chǎn)推廣6.2.1 宜與當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地、農(nóng)村合作社開(kāi)展合作,為游客提供旅游特產(chǎn)及鄉(xiāng)村好物。6.2.2 在旅游特產(chǎn)區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)村振興區(qū)展示地方特色零食小吃、本地水果、臘貨等鄉(xiāng)村好物,向游客介紹并推廣本地特產(chǎn)。6.2.3 宜制作旅游特產(chǎn)及鄉(xiāng)村好物二維碼標(biāo)簽,為游客提供掃碼介紹、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)下單及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提貨或快遞到家服務(wù)。6.2.4 宜向游客提供帶有當(dāng)?shù)靥厣?/p>
