in

dues

12.

Members

who

have

seriously

violatedthe

association,

practice

instruction,

rules,regulations

or

criminal

sanctions

by

their

countriesshall

be

voted

to

resign

by

The

C.D.A

shall

reserve

the

rights

topublish

through

media

about

resignation.ARTICLE

Members

rights

and

privileges

shall

not

beshared

or

transferred

to

15.

Dues

and

fees

are

decided

by

council.Member

shall

pay

a

charge

before

15th.

Any

new

no

longer

bemember,

pay

re-election
