membership:

Chinese

detectivpractitioners

stakeholders,

support

the

bylaw

ofC.D.A,

his

job,

has

a

certain

influence

theindustry,

satisfy

by

two

member:

intention

to

help

the

association

toachieve

the

goal,

sponsoring

individuals

who

provide

acertain

number

of

organizations

in

terms

of

funds

andresource.Honorary

member,

invited

industry

and

activelysupport

the

work

of

the

C.D.A’s

outstanding

privatedetectives

and

other

professionals.We

shall

not

absorbed

any

corporation

or

individualwho

manage

resources,

Entry

procedures:

those

who

join

theC.D.A

voluntarily,

submit

application

forms.

discussion,

Members

shall

recommend

two

representatives.

Inviting,

Membership

Members

resignation,

membership

IfMembers

not

comply

duty

with

extremely

shall

removed

of

C.D.A

immediately.Absent

from

routine

activities

more

than

one

yearwithout

any

proper

reason

shall

be

resign.

Victims

ordeath

shall

in

resignation.

Any

member

who

isdelinquent

in

dues

payment

long

after

April

1

yearsshall

be

resigned

by

the

discussions

within

MembershipSECTION

12.

Members

who

have

seriously

violatedthe

association,

practice

instruction,

and

rules,regulations

or

criminal

sanctions

by

their

countriesshall

be

voted

to

resign

by

council.SECTION

13.

The

C.D.A

shall

reserve

the

rights

topublish

through

media

about

resignation.ARTICLE

MembershipSECTION

14.

Members

rights

and

privileges

shall

not

beshared

or

transferred

to

others.SECTION

15.

Dues

and

fees

are

decided

by

council.Member

shall

pay

a

charge

before

Jan

15th.

Any

new

comershall

pay

totally

fee

of

the

year.

Once

no

longer

bemember,

pay

shall

not

be

returned.SECTION

16.

Any

member

shall

no

long

be

entitled

withmembership

right

as

long

as

arrears

of

pay

for

more

thanone

month.

The

right

shall

be

reactivated

two

mother

aftepaying

the

full

up

C.D.A.

shall

be

managed

by

councilThe

council

is

composed

of

31

members.

On

annual

generalcongress,

members

who

was

elected

last

year

or

even

five

yearsthe

longest

of

the

elected

council

members

directors

shouldresign,

but

they

are

still

eligible

to

apply

for

re-election

at

thtime.

If

working

life

are

the

same,

draw

lots

to

decide

theresignation

of

candidatesIf

any

council

vacant,

Council

has

the

right

to

add

new

comer.The

addition

of

directors

is

to

be

held

next

year,

all

themembers

of

the

congress,

keep

right

to

participate

in

the
