TheDesignofaEnergy-savingDrinkingWaterMachine

Abstract

Drinkingfountainsasahomeappliances,tobringconveniencetopeople'slives.Withthedevelopmentoftheindustryfountains,traditionalfountainsrepeatedheating,secondarypollutionproblemscausedtopeople'shealthrisks.Basedonthesetwoissues,thispaper"green,lowcarbon,healthy,energy-saving"forthepurpose,inthestructuraldesigndispenserdesignedtobreakthetraditionalwayofthinking,inthetraditionaldrinkingfountainsonthebasisofboldinnovation.

0Theintroduction

Inthesocialbackgroundof"green,lowcarbon,energysaving,health",withtheimprovementoflivingstandardsandthepursuitofqualityoflife,theexistingwatercoolerenergy-saving,healthyproblemhasbecomethesocialharmonyandsustainabledevelopment.Thefirst:inordertoensurethewaterdispenserinthetemperatureofhotwater,purewaterinthetankofwaterdispenseris"repeatedheating"fewerminerals,iron,aluminium,ammoniumnitritecontentsignificantlyincreased,thusposegreatdamagetothepurewaterofwaterqualityandaseriousthreattohumanhealth;Existingwaterdispenserintherepeatedheatingatthesametime,itwillcausealotofunnecessaryenergyloss.Anotherproblemiswhenpeoplefetchingwaterfromwaterdispenser,barrelsofcleanwaterwillbeless,becauseoftheatmosphericpressure,theairaroundthewatercoolerwillbeinthecaseofwithoutanyprocessingintoabigbucket.Whileairenteringthewaterdispenserleadtothebacteriamultiplyagainthatmaycause"secondarypollution".Thelongertimeabucketofwatertodrink,themorebacteriamayreproduce.Asaresult,people'shealthwillsufferseriouschallenges.Aimataboveproblems,wedesignedanewtypeofwaterdispenser.

1Designstructureandworkingprocessofthewhole

Inviewofthehealthriskoftraditionalwaterdispensers,onthebasisoftheexistingdispensersforinnovativetransformation.Wedesignedahealth,energysavingofnewtypewaterdispenser.

1.1Theoverallstructure

1.2Thewholeworkingprocess

Thenewdrinkingfountainscanproducethreekindsofwater:thetemperatureof100heatpreservationheatpreservationinthewaterandnowtheuseofwater.

1.2.1Theworkingprocessofthetemperatureheatpreservationofwater

Whenpressthe"thermalwater"switch,thefirstwaterbottompressuresensorstartingtestofheatpreservationofwatercontents,whensetbelowthewater,microcontrolunitcontrolsolenoidvalveopen1,thenthecontroltotheheatingdevicewithwater,afterwaterinjectionheatingsilkbegantoheat,afterreaching100degreestemperatureswitch,heaterstopheating,electromagneticvalveopen2atthesametime,thewaterintotheinsulationheatpreservationintheoven,pressuresensorsdetectheatpreservationboxwateratanytime,whensetbelowthewater,continuetoexecutecycle.

1.2.2Thetemperatureof100istheworkingprocessofthewater

Whenpressingthe"water"switch,solenoidvalveopen1,microcontrolunittotheheatingdevicewithwater,andthenstartheatingheatingsilk,upto100degrees,temperatureswitch,solenoidvalveopen3,inthewaterintothebucket,thewatercanbeused.

2Internalcircuitdiagram

Herearethedetailsofwaterdispenserinternalcircuitry,includingwaterlevelmonitoringcircuitdiagram(figure2),watercontrolcircuit(figure3)andheatingcircuitdiagram(figure4).

3Concreteimplementationways

Combinedwithfigure1,figure2,figure3forthewaterfountaindodetailedintroduction:

Seefigure1,thenewwatermachineiscomposedofouterframestructureandcontrolcircuit.Externalframestructureisdescribedbythebucketairfilterunit,cold,hotwateroutlet,heatinsulationbarrelsandmugs;Controlcircuitisdescribedbythewaterlevelmeasurementcircuit,controlcircuit,waterheatingcircuit,microcontrolcircuit.

Seefigure2,thewaterlevelmeasurementcircuitdescribedbyrheostaticBR1pressuresensor,connectionofintegratedop-ampU1.Thiscircuitcanmakewaterismappedtotheweightofthecorrespondingvoltage,throughintegratedop-ampU1voltageamplificationcanbefortestingcontrol,voltagevaluethroughPA0portisconnectedtoAmicrocontroller,A/Dconversionoperations.AdjustthesliderheostatR1cansetthewaterlevel.
