(文檔含英文原文和中文翻譯)中英文對照外文翻譯DevelopmenttrendofChineseautomobileindustryFirst,thetrendofglobalizationofautomobileindustryandtheinternationalpatternofgrowthindemandforcarsFocusonthecharacteristicsofglobalizationofautomobileindustry:oneistheautomobileindustrychain,includinginvestment,production,purchasing,salesandafter-salesservice,researchanddevelopment,andothermajoraspectsofincreasinglyglobalconfiguration.Forexample,multinationalcompaniesestablishedinthecountryandmaintainingresearchanddevelopmentinstitutionsinthepast,forthetargetmarkettotakereplicationproductforinvestment,andnowyoutakeeachfunctionalactivitiesandcapacityassignedtotheglobalmarket.Whichledtotheemergenceofnewcollaborationspecializationpatterns,particularlycarAssemblyandpartsseparationtrendsintheenterprise,moreandmorepartsofmultinationalcorporations,carAssemblyandpartscompaniestocontractasalinkbetweenenterprisesofnetworkorganizationstructureisbecomingincreasinglyobvious.Vehiclepartsglobalsourcingandmanufacturingenterprisesofpartsindustrialinternationalization,blurredtheautomotiveproductsofthe"nationalcharacteristics",makingitatypicalproductofglobalization.Second,massiverestructuringofthegiantvehiclebetweenenterprises,forming"6+3"patternof9majorautomobileGroup'sproductionhasmorethanworldcarproduction80%.Autoenterprisesintheworldofmassiverestructuringofthesubstantivechangestothetraditionalpatternofresourceallocation,industrycompetitionandthestructureofindustrialorganization,andenablecountries,particularlyindevelopingcountriesofautomobileindustrydevelopmentstrategyandrelatedpoliciesinthepastfacedseriouschallenges.Fromtheperspectiveofgeographicdistributionofautomobileproductionandsales,Europeandthedevelopedcountries,generallyaseriousmarketweakness,withdevelopingcountries,especiallyAsiansituationlookgood.InAsia,Korea,andThailandandChina,withitsgoodgrowthandhugepotential,continuetobethehighlightsofworldautomotivemarket.Itispredictedthatfrom2002to2010,globalcarproductionwillincreaseby11millionvehicles,Asia-Pacificregionwilladdmorethan7millionvehicles,accountingfor65%,andhalfofthemfromChina.Second,thescaleofChineseautoindustryinrecentyearsandchangesinmarketstructureDevelopmentofChineseautomobileindustryaftermorethan40years,havebecomeimportantindustriesofthenationaleconomy.Withtheincreasinglevelsofeconomicdevelopmentandthecarcameintothefamily,Chinahasbecomethemostrapidlygrowingmarketsintheworld,haveabigimpactontheglobalautomotiveindustry.Cumulativeproductioncarsfortheyear2002325,38overthesameperiodin2001.49%,sellingautomobile324.80,000unitsoverthesameperiodin2001,up37.1%,industrialaddedvalueof151.5billionyuan,anincreaseof60.94%.Automobileconsumptionbethemajorforceineconomicgrowthin2002.Havethelegalstatusofautomobileproductionplanthasmorethan120companies.2002,Faw,Dongfeng,Shanghai3majorautomobilegroupssuchasconcentrationofproductionis57%thanin2001by8%;entryandcompetitiveChinesecarenterprises,top3insalesofShanghaiVolkswagen,FawVolkswagenandShanghaiGMtotalsalesof53.4%,3marketsharethan2001yearsagofell6.8%;concentrationofproductionofothertypesofvehiclesinGeneralcomparedto2001thereisacertaindegreeofdecline.,Inrelationtoasinglescale,top4oftheautomotiveindustryofChinaFaw,Dongfeng,SAIC,Changanautomobileproductioncapacityin4majorgroupsbetween300,000-600,000units,scalestartingtobeseen.Nevertheless,comparedwithworld-classautomobileproductionenterprises,Chineseautoindustryisstillrelativelysmall.Directimpactoffiercemarketcompetition,isthatcarpricescontinuetodeclineandultimatelyachievereasonableprice;second,expandingthefieldofcompetition,includesnotonlytheproductprice,quality,performance,marketing,after-salesservice,marketadaptabilityareinvolvedinallaspectsof;threeistechnologicaldevelopment,productresearchanddevelopmentwillbecomeafocusofcompetition.Throughthefullandeffectivecompetitiveenterprisesofthefittest,unstoppableandwillbecometheleadingforceinpromotingthehealthydevelopmentoftheindustryasawhole.Third,Chineseautoindustrymarkets,investmentopportunitiesandprofitforecastInfluencefutureperiodsastheChineseAutomarketdemandprice,income,carcredit,consumptionandconsumptionstructureimprovementoftheenvironment,inparticulartransnationalcorporationsdominatedbyautomobilejointventureeverlaunchedintheworldtomeetthemarketrequirementsofnewproducts,willplayagreatroleinpromotingmarketsforthefuture.Next10-15Chinaisexpectedtogrowastheworld'sbiggestmarket,salesreached17millionunits,carownershipinmorethan100millionvehicles.Inrecentyears,themultinationalcompaniestospeedupthepaceofenteringtheChinesemarket,promotingthenewroundofmergerandreorganizationofthedomesticautomobileindustryboom.OftransnationalcorporationsinChinainthefuturecontestisexpectedtobemoreintense,domesticmajorautomobilegroupsrelyontherapidexpansionoftransnationalcorporations,willfurtheracceleratealltypesofvehicleandpartsproductionenterprises,especiallysmallandmediumenterprisesmergerandreorganizationofpatternsofviolentchangesinthemarket,investmentandmergerandacquisitionopportunitiesareemerging.Atpresent,Chineseoverallprofitmarginhigherthantheinternationalstandardintheautomobileindustry,withthedeclineinproductprices,whichmayreducetheindustryprofitmargins,butfallingpricesatthesametime,costs,reducedcostsalsohavealargerspace,aggregatessuchastotalprofitislikelytoremain,mightevenincrease.Countriesfurtherreducesometaxesandfees,forthepriceofmostbusinessesintheindustrytoprovidespace,ifenergypricesareeffectivelyexpandedthescaleofproductionandmarketing,scaleeffectswillplayout,willkeepthetradebenefitstoabetterlevel.Atthesametime,partsfallinimportduties,whichfellsomemanufacturersimportcosts,effectsonimportedpartsmorehigh-endproductsmorevisible.IndustrialfastestcarsintheautomotiveindustryinChina,notonlyyieldgrowthhigherthanthegrowthinoutputintheautomobileindustryasawhole,greatlyspeedingupthepaceoftechnologicalprogress.Judgingfromtheindustry,cars,autopartsandaccessoriesenterpriselevelofprofitabilityintheindustry-leading,withahigherreturnoninvestment.Four,Chinasautomotiveindustrydevelopmenttrendandpolicyorientation1.ThedevelopmenttrendofChineseautomobileindustry(1)next10-15yearChinawasexpectedtobecometheworld'slargestautomotiveconsumer.Internationalexperienceshowsthatthecorrelationbetweenpercapitaincomelevelsandpenetrationtherearesignificant.Chinese2002GDPpercapitawas$7,972,calculatedaccordingtotheofficialexchangerateequivalenttomorethanmorethan910dollars,whiletheWorldBankestimatesofpurchasingpowerparitymethodiscloseto$4,000.Insomedevelopedcity,quiteanumberofareasofsoutheasternChina,percapitaGDPcalculatedaccordingtotheofficialexchangeratereachedfourthousandorfivethousanddollars,renderingobviousisabouttoentertheautomobilesociety'scharacteristics.Chinaisexpectedtogrowinthenext10-15yearssalesreached17millionoftheworld'slargestcarmarket.(2)automobileproductionandconsumptionforalongtimeinthefuturebecomeanimportantforcepromotingChineseeconomicgrowth.Automobileindustryisthebroadestscopeandspreadtotheeffect'slargestindustry.Onsteel,andnonferrousmetals,andrubber,andplastic,andglass,andcoatings,rawmaterialsindustrial,cast,andforging,andhot,andwelding,andstamping,andmachineprocessing,andpaint,andelectroplating,andtest,anddetection,devicemanufacturing,machinery,andelectronic,andelectrical,andchemical,andbuildingmaterials,andlightindustry,andtextile,supportingproductsandparts,highwayconstruction,andenergyindustrial,andtraffictransportandservices,,willproducedhugedemand,topromotetheseindustryofdevelopment.Eachofthenext10yearsisexpectedGDPincremental,one-seventhpercentprovidedbytheautomobileindustry.(3)isexpectedtobecometheworld'sautomobilemanufacturingcenterinChina.Chinahasinitiallyformedarelativelycompletesystemoftheautomobileindustry.ThisisanewstartingpointforthedevelopmentofChinaautomobileindustry.Inaddition,thedevelopmentofChinaautomobileindustryalsohasthefollowingadvantages:alargemarketadvantage;second,labourcostadvantagethreematchingcapacityisastrongmanufacturingindustry.Isexpectedinthenext10-15years,oneisexpectedtobecometheworld'smajorautomobilemanufacturingbaseinChina.2.ThepolicyorientationoffuturedevelopmentofChinaautomobileindustry(1)createapositiveandfullof,domesticcompetitionenvironmentconducivetoimprovingtheinternationalcompetitivenessoftheautomotiveindustry.Varioustypesofenterprises,especiallyprivateenterprisesshouldbeencouragedtoentertoattractforeigndirectinvestment,especiallymultinationalcorporationsdirectinvestment,giventhedifferentnatureoftheenterprisetoequalopportunitiesincompetitioninthemarket,ofbythefittestcompetitioninthemarketprocess,formingstrongcompetitioninthemarketstructuretodrivefundamentalimprovementofinternationalcompetitivenessofChineseautomobileindustryandenterprise.(2),restructuring,reorganizationisbasicpolicyorientationofChineseautomobileindustrialorganizationinthenewperiod.Intheopen,onthebasisofcompetition,promotingtherestructuringandreorganizationofChineseautomobileenterprises.Intheprocessofreform,totakeavarietyofwaystoaddresstheprevalenceofenterprisecommunity,excessivepersonnel,heavydebtburden,inadequatesocialsecuritysystemandotherproblemsleftoverbyhistory,promotethediversificationofpropertyrightsofenterprises,establishaneffectivemechanismofcorporategovernance.Enterpriserecombinantcaninfollowingaspectsfocuspromoting:aisintegrationcarresources,toincrementalenlivenstock,improvecarindustrialassetsutilization;secondisfurtherstrengtheningandcartransnationalcorporationsofmultifacetedcooperation;threeispromoteState-ownedenterpriseandnon-State-ownedenterpriseZhijianofcooperation;fourisondifferenttypeofcarproductstakedifferentofrecombinantstrategy;fiveisinstressedrelaxenteredlimitofwhile,tovigorouslyexcludedexitobstacles;sixisactivelyusingcapitalmarketspromoteindustryrecombinant.(3)somethingtodo,anddoes.Progressiveintegrationintotheglobalcarmanufacturingdivisionoflaborintheopen.Changeinautomobileindustrychainconfigurationsrelymainlyonthedomesticmarketanddomesticresources,phasedandgradualintegrationintheautomotiveindustryinglobalsourcing,manufacturing,sales,researchanddevelopmentsystem,andgraduallyadvancinginthefieldtoahigher.InwholecarShanghasintohasout,concentratedforcesdevelopmenthasmarketandresourcesadvantageofpartproducts;tofullusingChinamarketofmorelevelssexualtoproductioninthelow-levelothercarasfutureperiodcarindustryofstrategyfocus,graduallyimplementationscaleadvantageandcostadvantage,inmeetdomesticmarketofwhileoccupationarounddevelopingcountries;whiletousingexistingoflaboradvantage,fosterdomestichasconditionsofpartsmanufacturerstoassoonaspossibletoglobalsupplierofrolechange.DevelopmenttrendandcountermeasuresofChineseautomobileindustry2009-11-06In2002afterfacingtheautomotiveindustryinChinaintotheWTOimpact,developrapidly.However,Chineseautoindustryonthewhole,continuestobeaweakerinternationalcompetitivenessofindustry.AddaftertheWTOmoreopenmarketenvironment,graduallyfrommanufacturing,researchanddevelopmentofChinaautomobileindustry,marketingservices,autocredit,comprehensivesystemofautoindustryintotheworld.Bymakingitselffullyintotheworldautomotiveindustry,willobtainmorerapiddevelopmentofChinaautomobileindustry,andgraduallybecameoneoftheworldautoindustrythemainmanufacturingbase.Thelongterm,willalsohelpgettheindependentdevelopmentabilityofChineseautomobileindustry,andgraduallyprogressintheirpositionintheworldautomotiveindustry.Developmenttrendofautomobileindustry/First,theoverallsituationofChineseautoindustry1theoverallscaleofChineseautomobileindustryin2002,Chineseautoindustryannualproducing3.25millionnewTrojan,38%overthesameperiodoflastyear;sold3.248million,increaseof37.1%overthepreviousyear.whereproductionandmarketingofcarbreakthroughbaiwanliang,1.126millionand1.09million,respectively,thanthe2001growthand55%,respectively.growthincommercialvehicleisalsoveryimpressive.Significantprogressintheautomobileindustrystatistics,completedtheindustrialaddedvalueof151.5billionyuan,anincreaseof28.7%;completedsalesinto646.5billionyuan,anincreaseof30.8%;completeandtotalprofit$43.1billion,anincreaseof60.94%.mainpneumaticautomobileconsumptionbethe2002economicgrowth.FromtheperspectiveofChineseautoindustryoutput,hasbeenlivinginthe5thplaceintheworld,2004May4th.Wherecaroutputin8thplaceintheworld.However,weshouldalsosee,5thplaceintheworldofproductionscaleandthe1thand2ndplaceintheworldisverydifferentfrom.20011thplaceintheworldoftheUnitedStatesautomobileoutputof11.42million,ranking2ndintheworldofJapanAutooutputto9.77million.Istobenotedthat,in2002ChineseautoindustryoutputtoCKD,SKDAssemblyofcarsisincreasing.2industrialorganizationstructureofChineseautomotiveindustryandcompanysizeautomobileindustrysystemintheworldhaveformedaso-called"6+3"format.GM,Ford,DaimlerChrysler,Volkswagen,Toyota,BMW,Citroen,Renault,Hondaandothermajorgroupsforglobalproduction.IndustrialorganizationstructureofChineseautomobileindustryisstillfragmented.Havethelegalstatusofautomobileproductionplanthasmorethan120companies.Fromaholdingrelationship,ofcourse,therearedozensofautoplantswereenteredintotheFaw,Dongfeng,Shanghai3majorgroups,butonthewhole,industrialorganizationstructureofChineseautomobileindustryitisquitedispersed.In2002,the3majorautomobilegroupssuchasFaw,Dongfeng,Shanghaiproductionconcentrationas57%,is8%progressin2001.Chinesecarsalestop3enterprisesofShanghaiVolkswagen,FawVolkswagenandShanghaiGM,respectively,their55.23%percentoftotalsales,comparedwiththe2001year3'smarketsharedropped5%before.,Inrelationtoasinglescale,top4ofFaw,DongfengautomobileindustryinChina,SAIC,ChangAnAutomobileGroupproductioncapacitybetween300,000to600,000units,scalestartingtobeseen.Nevertheless,comparedwithworld-classautomobilemanufacturingenterprise,enterpriseofautomobileindustryinChinaisstillrelativelysmallscale,bigcarcompaniesintheworldrankinglaterinKoreaHyundaiMotorCompanyhasaproductioncapacityof2.5million.Asia,Chineseinfluenceisalsoalackofcarcompanies.Onsomemodels,oftheproductivecapacityofChineseautomobileindustryenterprisesisconsiderable.Forexample,Faw,Dongfenggroupofmediumandheavytrucks,productioncapacityandscaleintheforefrontintheworld.In2002,Fawgroupandheavytrucksalesexceeded200,0001thplaceintheworld.Fawcompanythroughtechnicalinnovationanddevelopmenttotransformintotruckproductionbaseintheworld.Chinesecoach,"pick-up"cars,minicarsonthescaleofproductionintheworldisrelativelylarge.Chineselargestautomobilecompanyspecializationisstilllowcomparedwiththeinternationalautomobilecompanies.Chinaautopartsmanufacturersarestillmainlyaroundthedevelopmentofagroupofsmaller,hasnotyetformedindustry-wideorinternationalmarketofautomobileparts-orientedproductiongroups.In2002,thissituationhasbeenchanging.MajorautomobilecompaniesinChinabeganinaccordancewiththemodelorganizationprofessionalcarcompany,forexample,thefirstautomobilefactoryofChinafirstautomobilegroupcompanytotheoriginalmainfactoryisbasedonestablishedFawJiefangautomobilelimitedcompany,specializinginmediumandheavytruckproductionandsales,totalassetsof$19.1billion.Chineselargestautomobilecompanybeganindependentautopartsmanufacturers,developedintoafull-lineofbusiness-oriented.Forexample,DongfengMotorCorporationindependentofaxlefactory,setupDongfengcarslimited,specializedintheproductionoftheaxle.3ChinaautomotiveindustryautomotiveindustryinChinacommercialvehicledevelopmentcapabilitieswithacertainlevelandexperiencegapwiththeworld'sadvancedlevel5-10years.Onthebasisoftheproductseries,Chineseautoindustrycompanieshaveintroducedalargenumberofnewproductseveryyearcanbedone.DongfengAutomobileCompany,forexample,from2000to2001tocompletethenewdeclarationof1215.Chineseautomobileindustrialenterpriseshavebeenabletomakesomedevelopmentofcarbodydesign,butstilldoesnothaveamature,highlevelsofoverallcardevelopmentabilities.MajorcarmanufacturersinChinainnewproductdevelopmentisthemaincommitmentinlocalizationworkingmodelsoftransnationalcorporations,forcertainproductshaveacertainabilitytoupgrade,andsomeparticipatedinthejointdesign.Becausethereisnocompleteindependentdevelopmentabilityofcars,Chinesemaincarproductsdonothavetheirownintellectualproperty.Inthetechnicaldevelopmentofautomobileparts,Chineseenterpriseswithregardtocertainlowvalue-addedproductsintheautomotiveindustryhasconsiderablecapacitydevelopment;intermsofkeyautopartstechnologydevelopmenthasacertainability,butwiththeinternationaladvancedlevelisalargegap.Manyofthekeypartsareonlyimitationofforeignproducts.Acasestudyofautomobileengine,themostadvancedautopartsproductionengineemissionsmeetEuro2standardsonly,whilethedevelopedcountriesisalreadytheEuro4standard.Chineseautomobilesparepartenterprisesengineonlyinternationalinthe1990ofthe20thcenturymassproductionlevel.2001Chineseimportofautoenginewas246,087,greatlyexceedingthenumberofautomobileimports.Istobenotedthat,indecidingonthecoretechnologyofthe21stcenturyinternationalautoindustrycompetition---developmentoffuelcellvehicles,fromtheperspectiveofGovernmentsupportforresearchanddevelopment,Chineseautomotiveindustryandautomotiveindustriesindevelopedcountriesisalmostthesamelevel.Ifthepathtogoodgraspoftheindustrializationlevelofcompetition,Chinaautomotiveindustrymightleapinenginedevelopment.4marketoperationofChineseautomobileindustryenterprisesasChinaintotheWTO,eachenterpriseincreasetheintensityofthepromotion.2001salesofgrowthoftheautomobileindustryasawholeintohighersales,growthofnearly20%.Chinaautomobilesalesmaintenancesystemofconstructionwasaccelerated.Chinesemajorautomobilemanufacturershadestablishedarelativelycompletesalessysteminthecountry.Nevertheless,comparedwithinternationalmajorcarcompanies,salesofChineseenterpriseservicesarestillrelativelybackward.Internationalwhichdevelopedaroundthecarsalesoncredit,financial,insurance,leasinghasbeenaconsiderableimprovement,majorautomobilegroupsindevelopedcountrieshaveaverystrongstrengthinthisregard,Chineseautomobileenterprisesintheseareashasjustbegun.Todate,automobiledistribution,after-salesservice,includingmaintenance,carmarket,carrental,salesandothermeanstocompareasingle,carhireorsalesmeansoffinancingarenotfullycarriedout.Domesticmanybrandautomobileproductionandsalesandafter-salesserviceisout.Partoftherelationshipbetweenmanufacturersanddealersrelationshipsisnotacommunityofinterests,butbasicallyshiftedtoadealermarketrisks,mainincomebymanufacturersofdistributorsbysalesforyear-endrebate,incentiveandnewcarsalesofdecoration,beauty,insuranceandotherservices.Chinaautomobiledealersonlypayattentiontosalesoutletsandbusinessofficebuilding,forlessputitintothecorrespondingmaintenanceservice.Agentdistributionnetworkmoresingle,manyautomobilemanufacturershavetore-buildanotherDepot,repairpartstradingnetwork.Dealerssoldcarsseparationoffunctionandmaintenanceservices,directlyaffectingautomobileproductionenterprisestoexpandmarketshare.5Chinaautomotiveindustrymanufacturingcapacityfromproductiononthescaleoftheenterprise,Chineseautoproductionenterprisestheprogressiveapproximationofminimumeconomicscaleoftheinternationalautomobileindustrialenterprises.However,productivityisstilllow.Labourproductivitypercapita2002,Dongfengmotorcompany3,percapitaproductionin1993,theworld'smajorautomotivecompanies:Chrysler24.75General10.38,Toyota,Ford18.33,32.93.LowproductivityinmanyareastooffsetthecheaplaborofChineseautomobileindustrytheupperhand.ChinaAutomobileindustrialenterprisesdigestandabsorbimportedtechnology,theintroductionofmodelsmadeeffortstomakerapidprogress.Whenintroducedaconsiderablenumberofmodelsinthemarket,domesticrateof40%percent.Introducedinthe1980ofthe20thcenturyamodelfrom40%percentdomesticrate,7-8years,nowtakes3-4years.Chinaautopartsindustryenterpriseshasbeenprogress.Inlow-value-addedautomobilepartsmanufacturingasprivateenterprisesintomore,intherapidreactioncapacityonthemarket.BecauseoftheChineseautoindustryenterprisesandinternationalcarcompanyconductedacomprehensivejointventure,inthemainautomobileproductionplant,themainsectorsofthemanufacturingprocessandequipmentlevelhasbeengreaterprogress.Quiteanumberofjointventureproductionlineequipmentwasintroducedinaccordancewithproductionstandardsoftransnationalcorporations.Someenterpriseshaveintroducedflexibleweldingline.Duetothejointventuretoorganizeproductionaccordingtomultinationalrequirements,inputintotheglobalgovernanceoftransnationalcorporation
