加大截面法砼工程加固技術(shù)相關(guān)規(guī)定設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定1本方法適用于鋼筋混凝土受彎和受壓構(gòu)件的加固。2采用本方法時(shí)，按現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果確定的原構(gòu)件混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)應(yīng)不低于C10。3加固設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，應(yīng)核算原構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力水平Bk:Bk=Sk/Rk式中:Sk——原構(gòu)件荷載效應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值；Rk——原構(gòu)件抗力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。若按上式算得的Bk值超出表1.3的限值，應(yīng)在加荷前進(jìn)行卸荷。表3原構(gòu)件應(yīng)力水平限值應(yīng)力種類應(yīng)力水平Bk的限值軸心受壓、小偏心受壓、斜截面受剪0.80大偏心受壓0.904當(dāng)被加固構(gòu)件界面處理及其施工質(zhì)量符合本規(guī)范要求時(shí)，可按整體截面計(jì)算。5采用增大截面加固鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件時(shí)，其承載力的計(jì)算，除應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50010的基本假定外，尚應(yīng)符合本章節(jié)的補(bǔ)充規(guī)定和要求。受彎構(gòu)件正截面加固計(jì)算1采用增大截面加固受彎構(gòu)件時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)原結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造和受力的實(shí)際情況，選用在受壓區(qū)或受拉區(qū)增設(shè)現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土外加層的加固方式。2當(dāng)僅在受壓區(qū)加固受彎構(gòu)件時(shí)，其承載力、抗裂度、鋼筋應(yīng)力、裂縫寬度及撓度的計(jì)算和驗(yàn)算，可按現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范GB50010關(guān)于疊合層即可滿足承載力的要求時(shí)，也應(yīng)按構(gòu)造要求配置受壓鋼筋和分布鋼筋。3當(dāng)在受拉區(qū)加固矩形截面受用彎構(gòu)件時(shí)，其正截面受彎承載力應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：⑴ C2.3-3）式中:M——彎矩設(shè)計(jì)值（包括加固前的初始彎矩）;一鋼筋強(qiáng)度利用系數(shù);取=0.9;一新增鋼筋的抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值；一新增受拉鋼筋的截面面積；一構(gòu)件加固后和加固前的截面有效高度；x一等效矩形應(yīng)力圖形的混凝土受壓區(qū)高度，簡(jiǎn)稱混凝土受壓區(qū)高度；也頂疽一原鋼筋的抗拉、抗壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值；一原受拉鋼筋和原受壓鋼筋的截面面積；I一縱向受壓鋼筋合力點(diǎn)至混凝土受壓區(qū)邊緣的距離；■一按受壓區(qū)混凝土矩形力圖的應(yīng)力與混凝土軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值之比確定的系數(shù);當(dāng)混凝=1.0;當(dāng)混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為C80時(shí)，=0.94;其間按線性土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)不超過C50時(shí)，取內(nèi)插法確定；■一混凝土軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值；b-矩形截面寬度；■一構(gòu)件增大截面加固后的相對(duì)界限受壓區(qū)高度系數(shù)，按本規(guī)范第2.4條的規(guī)定計(jì)算?！?受彎構(gòu)件增大截面加固后的相對(duì)界限受壓區(qū)高度系數(shù)值，應(yīng)按下列公式確定:"A-—"A-—-1+―5.圣(24-1)042)C24-3)式中：B1
