%canbeconvertedintoforeigncurrencyonamonthlybasis.Pleaseseetheappendixfortermsandconditionsonotherremunerationsandbenefitsconcerned.PartyA’sPartyAshallinformPartyBofrelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaaswellasanyinstitutionsandadministrativestipulationsconcernedwithPartyB’semploymentashereinprovided.PartyAShallconductregularsupervision,inspectionandreviewofPartyB’sWorkingPartyAshallprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingPartyAshalldeployfellowstaffforPartyBforcoordinationPartyAshallPayPartyB’ssalaryasPartyB’sPartyBshallobserverelevantlawsandregulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandshallnotinterfereinChina’sinternalaffairs.PartyBshallobserveanyinstitutionsandadministrativestipulationsconcernedwithitsemployment,andshallbesubjecttoPartyA’sarrangements,supervision,inspectionandreviewofhis/herworkingperformance.WithoutPartyA’sconsent,PartyBshallnotconductanypart-timejobassignedbyanyotherparty.PartyBshallfulfillthetasksassignedtohim/herwithhighstandardswithintheprescribedtimePartyBshallrespectChina’sreligiouspolicies,andshallnotconductanyreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewithhis/herstatusasaforeignexpert.PartBshallrespectChinesepeople’sethicsandRevision,CancellationandTerminationoftheBothPartiesshallabidebythecontractandshallrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orthecontractwithoutmutualRevisionofthecontract.Thiscontractcanberevisedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.Cancellationofthecontract.Thiscontractcanbecanceledwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshallbestrictlyobserved.Underthefollowingconditions,PartyAshallhavetherighttoinformPartyBinwritingofcancellationofthisPartyBfailstofulfillthiscontractoftheobligationsandagreedconditionsashereinstipulated,andfailstoamendhis/heractionsafterPartyAhaspointeditout;Onthebasisofthephysician’sdiagnosis,PartyBfailstoresumenormalworkafterasickleaveforaperiodofsuccessive30days.PartyBhastherighttoinformPartyAinwritingofCancellationofthiscontractunderthefollowingconditions:PartyAfailstoprovidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthiscontract;PartyAfailstopayPartyBasInCaseeitherpartyaskstoterminatethiscontract,itshallgivea30daynoticetotheotherpartyinwriting,andthecontractshallonlybeterminatedafter30days.ThiscontractcanbeterminateduponmutualagreementbybothTerminationoftheThiscontractshallbeterminatedonceitThiscontractmaybeterminatedwithmutualconsentofbothparties,anditshallbestrictlyobserveduntilbothpartiesreachanagreementotherwise.BreachWheneitherpartyfailstofulfillanypartoralloftheobligationsasstipulatedinthiscontract,thatis,intheeventofbreachofthecontract,thesaidpartyshallpayabreachpenaltyofUS$8003000orequivalentto3to10timesPartyB’smonthlysalaryinRMB.Ifbothpartiesconsideritnecessarytodetermineanexactsumofthebreachpenalty,ortodetermineabreachpenaltyhigherandlowerthantheabove-mentionedamount,itshallbeexplicatedintheappendixofthiscontract.WhenPartyBclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,itshallproducecertifyingdocumentsissuedbycompetentauthorities;afterthecontractiscancelledwithPartyA’sconsent,PartyBshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyBfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelthiscontract,itshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyAasstipulatedinthiscontract.WhenPartyAclaimstocancelthiscontractduetoforcemajeure,andthecontractisthuscancelledwithPartyBconsent,itshallbearPartyB’stravelingexpensesthusincurred;andwhenPartyAfailstoprovideanyvalidreasontocancelthiscontract,itshallbearthetravelingexpensesthusincurredtoPartyBandpaythebreachpenaltytoPartyBasstipulatedinthiscontract.Theappendixofthiscontractformsanindispensablepartofthiscontractandshallhavethesamelegaleffecttithetextofthiscontract.Wheneitherpartyrequiressigningarenewedcontract,itshallforwarditsrequesttotheotherparty30dayspriortotheexpirationofthiscontract,andbothpartiesshallsignthenewcontractthroughconsultationsandmutualconsent.Upontheexpirationofthecontract,PartyBshallbearalltheexpensesincurredduringthisownstayinChina.SettlementAnydisputeinconnectionwiththiscontractshallbefirstofallsettledbetweenbothpartiesconcernedthroughfriendlyconsultation.Incasenosettlementcanbereachedthroughconsultationsorintermediation,bothpartiesshallsubmitthesaiddisputeforarbitrationwithlocalpersonnelauthoritiesorthelocallaborarbitrationsystem.Incaseeitherpartyrefusestoacceptarbitrationaward,itmaybringanactionbeforethepeople’scourt.Thiscontractissignedbybothpartiesat
