一、教材分析

(-)本單元的基本要求

《英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》指出:“英語(yǔ)課程的學(xué)習(xí),既是學(xué)生通過(guò)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)

踐活動(dòng),逐步掌握英語(yǔ)知識(shí)和技能,提高語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力的過(guò)程;又是他們磨

礪意志、陶冶情操、拓展視野、豐富生活經(jīng)歷、開(kāi)發(fā)思維能力、發(fā)展個(gè)性和提高

人文素養(yǎng)的過(guò)程。”因此,在教學(xué)中我們始終要堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為主體,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自

主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)的能力,使英語(yǔ)作為學(xué)習(xí)的載體,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才。

由于本單元的主題是“生日”,與生活聯(lián)系非常緊密,我們要充分開(kāi)發(fā)課程資源,

結(jié)合實(shí)際,盡量讓學(xué)生參與到課堂中,發(fā)揮他們的積極性和主動(dòng)性,力圖使學(xué)生

自己輸入的語(yǔ)言和信息成為主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容資源,并成為整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程的中心,真

正做到“在用中學(xué),在學(xué)中用,學(xué)以致用“。同時(shí),我們還要針對(duì)本班學(xué)生特點(diǎn),

對(duì)教材進(jìn)行整合、取舍并擴(kuò)充必要材料充實(shí)課堂教學(xué)內(nèi)容。

(二)本單元內(nèi)容的知識(shí)體系

1、教學(xué)內(nèi)容

本單元是Goforit七年級(jí)上冊(cè)第八單元“Whenisyourbirthday?”。本

單元的核心話題是談?wù)撊说某錾掌?主要學(xué)習(xí)序數(shù)詞的構(gòu)成以及運(yùn)用序數(shù)詞表

示日期的方法;學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用when引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句詢問(wèn)日期;學(xué)習(xí)名詞所有格

(,s所有格)的構(gòu)成和使用。SectionA是本單元的重點(diǎn)部分,也是核心

教學(xué)內(nèi)容,為口語(yǔ)練習(xí)課,主要學(xué)習(xí)日期的詢問(wèn)與表達(dá);通過(guò)談?wù)撟约骸⑼瑢W(xué)以

及父母家人的生日,理解生日更多的含義。它上承Unit7的數(shù)字教學(xué),下接

SeCtiOnB與以后有關(guān)日期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。因此,本部分是前后知識(shí)的載體,在本

單元以及今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中都占重要的地位。SeCtiOnB的主要內(nèi)容是復(fù)習(xí)、鞏

固“日期的詢問(wèn)和應(yīng)答”;學(xué)會(huì)談?wù)撟约?、同學(xué)以及父母家人的生日;并學(xué)會(huì)自

己安排作息時(shí)間。這一部分主要學(xué)習(xí)如何安排課內(nèi)外的一些活動(dòng),非常貼近學(xué)生

的學(xué)習(xí)生活。通過(guò)互相詢問(wèn)課內(nèi)外活動(dòng)的安排日程,不僅可以增進(jìn)同學(xué)之間的了

解和友情,而且還能學(xué)會(huì)合理地安排自己的作息時(shí)間,養(yǎng)成有規(guī)律地生活、學(xué)習(xí)

的好習(xí)慣。SelfCheCk部分引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)、鞏固“詢問(wèn)和談?wù)撊掌凇钡哪繕?biāo)語(yǔ)

言并運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)安排活動(dòng)。

2、教材的地位及作用

本單元旨在創(chuàng)造一個(gè)輕松、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)、交流環(huán)境,通過(guò)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)來(lái)

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)的能力。并讓學(xué)生能在“做中學(xué)”(Iearningby

doing),通過(guò)有限的課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng),使學(xué)生能根據(jù)實(shí)際情景做出正確的反應(yīng),能

準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)。

本單元是人教版新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)七年級(jí)(上)第八單元,由SeCtionA,Section

B和SelfCheCk三大塊組成。主要圍繞"Whenisyourbirthday?,,這一主題

展開(kāi)各種教學(xué)活動(dòng),主要學(xué)習(xí)日期的表達(dá),這是本單元的重點(diǎn)部分,也是核心教

學(xué)。它上承Unit7的數(shù)字教學(xué),包含了相關(guān)日期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué),并為以后的日期

的運(yùn)用打下基礎(chǔ)。因此本單元是前后知識(shí)的載體,在本單元以及今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)

中都占重要的地位。

二、學(xué)情分析

本單元的主題是詢問(wèn)和談?wù)撊掌?,圍繞這一主題進(jìn)行一系列的交際活動(dòng),使

學(xué)生掌握日期的表達(dá)法,正確使用when引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句對(duì)日期進(jìn)行詢問(wèn)。在

學(xué)習(xí)日期的表達(dá)法時(shí)要先學(xué)習(xí)序數(shù)詞的構(gòu)成,學(xué)生在以前的課程里已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了基

數(shù)詞,對(duì)于兩種數(shù)詞之間的區(qū)別一定會(huì)令學(xué)生感到頭痛,教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用對(duì)

比的方法,找出構(gòu)成規(guī)律,總結(jié)特殊變化,對(duì)比強(qiáng)化記憶。

在本單元的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,學(xué)生要學(xué)會(huì)談?wù)撟约?、同學(xué)以及父母等的生日。培

養(yǎng)學(xué)生關(guān)心家人、關(guān)心同學(xué)朋友的良好情感品質(zhì),并理解生日更多的含義。本單

元交際的話題主要圍繞"Whenisyour/yourmother,s/yourfather,s/???

birthday?My/Her/Hisbirthdayis./It,s.”和詢問(wèn)年齡”How

oldareyou?”展開(kāi)的。一提到生日,學(xué)生就會(huì)聯(lián)想到生日party、蠟燭、蛋

糕、同學(xué)歡聚等浪漫而又輕松熱鬧的場(chǎng)面,是學(xué)生感興趣的話題,而SeCtiOnB

部分關(guān)于學(xué)校里的一些活動(dòng)安排也是學(xué)生所津津樂(lè)道的。因此,創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,以興

趣刺激學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性和交際的主動(dòng)性,可以讓本單元的教學(xué)顯得輕松、有趣,

提高學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與課堂活動(dòng)的積極性。

我們教學(xué)的對(duì)象是七年級(jí)學(xué)生,他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)既感到好奇又擔(dān)憂,希望能得

到他人的肯定。因此,在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中我們要盡量讓他們參與到活動(dòng)中來(lái),有更多

的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)說(shuō)英語(yǔ),減少他們的恐懼感,通過(guò)學(xué)生間的合作學(xué)習(xí),降低他們的學(xué)習(xí)

難度,使他們體驗(yàn)到成功的喜悅。同時(shí)讓學(xué)生有機(jī)會(huì)在實(shí)際運(yùn)用和表達(dá)中實(shí)踐所

學(xué)的知識(shí),從而提高他們綜合運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力,使各層次的學(xué)生都有所收獲。

同時(shí),初中學(xué)生的抽象思維能力較低,形象思維能力強(qiáng),但注意力容易分散。

我們要選用各種有趣的圖片,學(xué)生喜歡的人物和視頻動(dòng)畫(huà)等形式展示,并配以豐

富的色彩,從而增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的興趣和注意力。教育心理學(xué)的有關(guān)研究表明,如果學(xué)

生對(duì)于一件事物有極大的興趣,他們就會(huì)排除主觀和客觀的種種消極因素,盡量

全身心地投入到知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中去。

三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

《新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中關(guān)于基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課程的總體目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)

言運(yùn)用能力,而這種語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的形式是建立在語(yǔ)言知識(shí)、語(yǔ)言技能、情感態(tài)

度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)的整體發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上的。通過(guò)本單元的學(xué)習(xí),我們要讓學(xué)

生掌握所學(xué)目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言;學(xué)會(huì)日期(年、月、日)的表達(dá)法;在互動(dòng)的交流中理

解生日更多的含義并學(xué)會(huì)談?wù)撟约?、同學(xué)以及父母家人的生日:學(xué)會(huì)自己安排作

息時(shí)間。根據(jù)本以上教學(xué)內(nèi)容和學(xué)生知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)及認(rèn)知特點(diǎn),本單元的教學(xué)目標(biāo)確

定為:

①詞匯:掌握J(rèn)anUary-December的表達(dá);序數(shù)詞ISt—31st.

②日常交際用語(yǔ)、:Whenisyourbirthday?Mybirthdayis….

在一系列的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)活動(dòng)中,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的邏輯思維,快速反應(yīng)能力和實(shí)踐能

四、重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)

本單元是在前一單元學(xué)習(xí)了基數(shù)詞10-31的基礎(chǔ)上,馬上提升到讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)

日期(月份、序數(shù)詞lst-31st)的表達(dá)法。詞匯量大、跨度大、難度也較大。

如何使學(xué)生用這些難讀,難記、又單調(diào)的詞匯進(jìn)行交流與交際,將是本單元的一

大挑戰(zhàn)。止匕外,學(xué)生在前面幾單元的學(xué)習(xí)中雖然接觸過(guò)名詞所有格,但在意識(shí)上

讓他們懂得這一概念,并能熟練而準(zhǔn)確地運(yùn)用他們還是相當(dāng)有難度的。

五、教法運(yùn)用

(3)制作個(gè)人信息卡;

(4)近期個(gè)人活動(dòng)安排日歷;

2、情景教學(xué)法

課堂教學(xué)以情景交際教學(xué)法為主,盡量給學(xué)生以足夠的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀的機(jī)會(huì),

聯(lián)系課文實(shí)際,創(chuàng)設(shè)情景,引入討論主題,在交際中學(xué)英語(yǔ)。情景的設(shè)計(jì)注意銜

接的自然性,主題的設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)的漸進(jìn)性和討論的可行性,并注意情感體驗(yàn)和

概括、推理思維的培養(yǎng)。

3、交際教學(xué)法

語(yǔ)言最重要且首先是一種交際體系.語(yǔ)言教學(xué)的目的是目標(biāo)語(yǔ)的交際能力。

學(xué)生有規(guī)律地在小組或者倆倆活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行信息差意義傳遞活動(dòng),學(xué)生經(jīng)常從事角

色或者課本劇表演,以便使自己的目標(biāo)語(yǔ)使用適宜于不同的社會(huì)語(yǔ)境。課堂材料

和課堂活動(dòng)常常是真實(shí)可信的,以反映現(xiàn)實(shí)情景和生活需要。技能一開(kāi)始就應(yīng)該

是綜合的;特定的活動(dòng)可能涉及讀、說(shuō)、聽(tīng),也許還有寫(xiě)。老師的任務(wù)主要是促

進(jìn)交際,其次才是改正錯(cuò)誤.老師應(yīng)該能流利地和恰當(dāng)?shù)厥褂媚繕?biāo)語(yǔ)。
