PREFACE前言

商務(wù)英語(yǔ)是一個(gè)很大的概念,包括了在各個(gè)行業(yè)中的英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用,服裝業(yè)、酒店業(yè)、

機(jī)械制造業(yè)、建材業(yè),電氣工業(yè)等都有自己特定的術(shù)語(yǔ)。但是作為一個(gè)整體,商務(wù)英語(yǔ)

首先是指和同事、老板、客戶之間的溝通技巧,要學(xué)會(huì)在不同的場(chǎng)合使用不同的語(yǔ)言,

并選擇準(zhǔn)確、合適的措詞。比如,中國(guó)人在要求別人做一件事情的時(shí)候會(huì)說“please”,

覺得這已經(jīng)很客氣了,但是在外國(guó)人看來,這仍然是相當(dāng)生硬的,用“Wouldyouplease..?

才適合商務(wù)場(chǎng)合的氛圍。再比如在一個(gè)很正式的場(chǎng)合你不能說“Hello,nicetomeet

you.”"Longtimenosee.”這樣的話,而應(yīng)說“It'sapleasuretomeetyou”這樣盡量嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)恼Z(yǔ)

言。這些細(xì)節(jié)需要在進(jìn)一步的培訓(xùn)中學(xué)習(xí)。

另外,商務(wù)英語(yǔ)還包括文本的規(guī)范用法,報(bào)告書、介紹信(LettersofIntroduction)>

約定(Appointments)、通知與確認(rèn)(Acknowledgments&Confirmations)等的寫法在商務(wù)環(huán)

境里都有特定的要求。比如道歉與解釋信(Appology&Explanation)不是簡(jiǎn)單的一句m

sorry”就可以解決的,而是應(yīng)該用叮hefaultisentirelymineandIdeeplyregretthatit

shouldhaveoccurred.”這樣十分規(guī)范、正規(guī)和專業(yè)的語(yǔ)言。

本教程立足于對(duì)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,結(jié)合聽、說、讀、寫訓(xùn)練,以簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)

詢盤是由買方向賣方就某項(xiàng)商品的交易條件提出詢問.政盤屬于一般性的業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系,目的在于邀請(qǐng)對(duì)方發(fā)盤,對(duì)交易

雙方都沒有法律上的約束力.詢盤可以采用信函,電傳,傳真等書面方式,也可以采用口頭方式,還可采用發(fā)詢盤單或

訂單的方式.采用詢盤單或訂單的方式,買方有時(shí)會(huì)提出交易條件.這種情況下,如果賣方接受買方的交易條件,并以
