That's

why

the

is

banning(禁止)them——in

government

has

announced

that

from

January

1,2024,students

will

not

be

allowed

to

use

their

mobile

in

classrooms,

unless

they

are

is

the

ministerof

the

Netherlands.He

said

that

although

mobile

are

a

of

our

there

is

no

them

“Students

We

said.

The

ban

has

come

about

through

an

agreement

between

the

government

education

department,schools,

and

relevant

organizations.

At

first,

it

will

be

left

up

the

ban

doesn’t

work,

legislation

and

binding(約束)

before

the

“We

this

decision

works,”Robbert

said.“Because,

of

course,there

could

always

be

a
