PAGE1PAGE1上海新國(guó)際博覽中心監(jiān)理實(shí)施細(xì)則(主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程部分)(修訂版)上海市建筑科學(xué)研究院建設(shè)工程咨詢監(jiān)理部2001年1月上海新國(guó)際博覽中心監(jiān)理實(shí)施細(xì)則(主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程部分)第一章總則1—01主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及膜結(jié)構(gòu)的制作、安裝承包商在符合施工合同規(guī)定的情況下,需分包時(shí)(如鋼鑄件的制造),應(yīng)充分考慮分包單位的資質(zhì)、水平和能力,以確保工程施工質(zhì)量,并將分包單位報(bào)請(qǐng)監(jiān)理審查。1—02監(jiān)理單位受建設(shè)單位的委托,依照監(jiān)理合同所規(guī)定的職權(quán)范圍,對(duì)本工程的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)承包商在施工過程中進(jìn)行監(jiān)理。l—03承包商對(duì)監(jiān)理在工程權(quán)限內(nèi)所發(fā)出的指令,應(yīng)遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行,如有異議,可在收到指令后24小時(shí)之內(nèi)提出書面申報(bào)。由于違反監(jiān)理師的指令,使工程質(zhì)量、工期、工程費(fèi)用方面產(chǎn)生的違約、賠償、索賠等,其責(zé)任全部由承包商承擔(dān)。1—04承包商在制作施工中,必須嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、有關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和制作安裝的施工方案組織實(shí)施。對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和制作方案必須事先報(bào)監(jiān)理單位和建設(shè)單位,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)同意后方可實(shí)施。1—05承建單位在施工中,必須嚴(yán)格實(shí)行“三級(jí)”質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收制度。在自查合格的基礎(chǔ)上由專職質(zhì)檢人員向監(jiān)理提請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收。未經(jīng)自查,監(jiān)理將不予驗(yàn)收。下料、劃線、拼裝、吊裝、焊接探傷、拉桿張拉的質(zhì)量控制和完工后的外觀和尺寸驗(yàn)收;4—05對(duì)施工單位的完工資料進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收;4—06根據(jù)建設(shè)單位委托,審查簽認(rèn)施工單位的合格工程量報(bào)表;4—07參與工程質(zhì)量事故的分析處理事宜;4—08參與分項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量的質(zhì)量評(píng)定;工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)監(jiān)理目標(biāo):工期目標(biāo):自2000年8月22日起260天質(zhì)量等級(jí):鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作及安裝質(zhì)量等級(jí)要求“優(yōu)良”;第五章鋼屋蓋質(zhì)量監(jiān)理預(yù)控要求5—01.鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝中所采用的材料的質(zhì)量控制要求。鋼材:所有鋼材必須有完整的質(zhì)量保證書。焊材:焊接中所采用的焊條、焊絲、焊劑、保護(hù)氣體等必須有完整的質(zhì)量保證書。高強(qiáng)螺栓:必須有完整的質(zhì)量保證書。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂裝工程原料:涂料、稀釋劑和固化劑等品種、型號(hào)和質(zhì)量應(yīng)具有質(zhì)量證明書、檢測(cè)報(bào)告和抽驗(yàn)報(bào)告。所有材料的檢查項(xiàng)目、試驗(yàn)數(shù)量和性能,應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和GB50205等國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。所有質(zhì)量證明書或監(jiān)測(cè)、抽驗(yàn)報(bào)告應(yīng)出示原件。如是復(fù)印件應(yīng)有復(fù)印人簽字,單位加蓋公章,并注明每批材料數(shù)量、應(yīng)用部位及原件保存在何處。5—02鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝前要求具備的有關(guān)施工文件。1完善的施工方案,包括施工方法、工藝、施工器具、人員的配備等。2 分包單位的資質(zhì)。2列出工藝流程圖,編制詳細(xì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃。3完整有效的焊接工藝評(píng)定報(bào)告。4焊工及無損探傷(NDT)人員相應(yīng)的資格證書。5預(yù)熱及后熱工藝方案。6提交驗(yàn)收的驗(yàn)收數(shù)據(jù)及記錄表格。7各施工單位自己的檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃、人員配備及質(zhì)保體系。5—03鋼屋蓋工程監(jiān)理人員組成:總監(jiān)理工程師:葛曉敏副總監(jiān):顧軍王泰華監(jiān)理工程師:章宏偉周邦濱朱克行李玉銀曹建章張海鷹 蔣召章高成雙第六章鋼屋蓋施工過程控制要求6—01鋼鑄件制造的控制要求1鋼鑄件的澆注過程應(yīng)在制造單位的質(zhì)檢人員控制之下。2制造單位的質(zhì)檢應(yīng)對(duì)清理、精整后的鑄件進(jìn)行逐個(gè)檢查,使鑄件滿足設(shè)計(jì)認(rèn)可的樣塊的要求。3鋼鑄件的熱處理必須嚴(yán)格按照熱處理工藝進(jìn)行,制造單位必須保證熱處理爐中放置鋼鑄件部位的溫度均勻一致。并有詳細(xì)的熱處理記錄(包括每爐鑄件的編號(hào)、熱處理曲線)。4鋼鑄件的制造單位應(yīng)對(duì)每熔煉爐號(hào)取一個(gè)化學(xué)分析試樣,每批鑄件取一套力學(xué)性能試樣。5鋼鑄件應(yīng)逐件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)要求的無損探傷,并對(duì)每個(gè)鋼鑄件出一份探傷報(bào)告。探傷報(bào)告上應(yīng)有鋼鑄件的示意圖,并標(biāo)明記錄缺陷的位置。6生產(chǎn)前,制作廠應(yīng)向監(jiān)理提供詳細(xì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。完工后將各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)報(bào)告提交監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收。監(jiān)理將對(duì)尺寸.無損探傷等檢查供需進(jìn)行旁站或復(fù)測(cè)。鋼鑄件應(yīng)在監(jiān)理簽字后才可出場(chǎng)。6—02鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作過程中的質(zhì)量控制要求。1下料:鋼材應(yīng)在施工單位質(zhì)檢人員控制下進(jìn)行。2胎架劃線:質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)對(duì)每次胎架劃線進(jìn)行檢查,并記錄實(shí)際劃線尺寸與理論尺寸的誤差值。胎架劃線應(yīng)提交監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收。3拼裝:質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制拼裝質(zhì)量,特別是焊接坡口的角度、清潔度及間隙、錯(cuò)邊等要求。拼裝質(zhì)量應(yīng)作內(nèi)部驗(yàn)收要求,質(zhì)檢人員驗(yàn)收同意后才可以焊接。4焊接:施工單位應(yīng)按評(píng)定合格的工藝進(jìn)行焊接,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜接頭還應(yīng)進(jìn)行模擬焊接試驗(yàn)。質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查焊工的合格證并規(guī)范工人的焊接操作。所用焊材應(yīng)符合工藝要求,不得在雨中施焊,用堿性焊條時(shí)環(huán)境濕度大于90%不得施焊。焊接班組應(yīng)隨時(shí)清理焊渣,自檢焊縫表面質(zhì)量及尺寸是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,施工單位應(yīng)記錄每條焊縫的施焊人員和時(shí)間。5無損探傷(NDT):對(duì)完成的每條焊縫按設(shè)計(jì)及GB50205要求的探傷比例進(jìn)行無損探傷,由質(zhì)檢人員提出探傷申請(qǐng),指定探傷部位,由具備二級(jí)以上相應(yīng)證書的NDT人員進(jìn)行探傷,并出具探傷報(bào)告。探傷報(bào)告必須附鋼構(gòu)件簡(jiǎn)圖并標(biāo)明探傷的具體部位以便跟蹤檢查。6外觀檢查:質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)對(duì)鋼構(gòu)件的制作尺寸進(jìn)行測(cè)量檢查,并填寫檢查驗(yàn)收記錄表格。表格上應(yīng)有理論值、允許誤差值、實(shí)際值及實(shí)際誤差值。按GB50221要求對(duì)焊縫外觀進(jìn)行檢查并填寫質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定表,檢查的具體內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括:胎架尺寸、屋架分段尺寸、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拼裝質(zhì)量、其余物件的質(zhì)量等。7涂裝檢測(cè):涂裝前鋼材表面除銹應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和GB50205等國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定,質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)在涂裝廠技術(shù)人員配合下對(duì)每一批表面處理質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢查,表面處理未達(dá)到要求不得涂裝,涂裝后應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查漆膜表面質(zhì)量及色澤,并按GB50205、GB50221等國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定和設(shè)計(jì)要求測(cè)量漆膜厚度,填寫測(cè)量表格。施工單位應(yīng)把將要進(jìn)行的施工工序提前通知監(jiān)理,監(jiān)理人員根據(jù)施工流程圖選定檢查點(diǎn),并根據(jù)需要對(duì)下料、胎架劃線、拼裝、焊接、熱處理、無損探傷、預(yù)拼裝、拉桿張拉、涂裝前的預(yù)處理及涂裝等工序進(jìn)行檢查或抽查。檢查或抽查應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)文件圖樣及本細(xì)則制作和安裝施工質(zhì)量控制要求進(jìn)行,對(duì)于重要工序,如胎架劃線、涂裝前的預(yù)處理等應(yīng)在監(jiān)理和涂料廠服務(wù)人員檢查同意后才可進(jìn)行下道工序的施工。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作單位在完成鋼柱分段制作、單體桁架拼裝、涂裝并自檢合格后以書面形式向監(jiān)理提請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收,監(jiān)理在檢查構(gòu)件尺寸、焊縫外觀質(zhì)量、涂層厚度及外觀質(zhì)量、無損探傷報(bào)告后認(rèn)為符合驗(yàn)收要求并簽字同意后,才可將桁架脫離胎架。6—03鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝過程中的質(zhì)量控制要求。1安裝前,施工單位應(yīng)對(duì)構(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品合格證、設(shè)計(jì)文件與預(yù)拼裝記錄進(jìn)行檢查,并復(fù)驗(yàn)記錄構(gòu)件的尺寸。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、缺陷超出允許偏差時(shí),應(yīng)進(jìn)行處理。對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的磨擦面,應(yīng)復(fù)驗(yàn)所附試件的抗滑移系數(shù),并符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。高強(qiáng)度螺柱連接件應(yīng)按出廠批號(hào)復(fù)驗(yàn)扭距系數(shù),并出具試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。2對(duì)鋼拉桿應(yīng)檢查合格證和質(zhì)保資料,并對(duì)尺寸進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)。3鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝前,應(yīng)編制詳細(xì)的測(cè)量和矯正工藝,厚鋼板的焊接應(yīng)在焊接安裝前進(jìn)行模擬產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的工藝試驗(yàn),編制相應(yīng)的施工工藝。4拉桿張拉檢查:檢查人員應(yīng)對(duì)照張拉方案跟蹤檢查張拉力、張拉工序、張拉后的懸挑梁尺寸等。5鋼結(jié)構(gòu)吊裝就位后,應(yīng)對(duì)構(gòu)件定位軸線標(biāo)高等設(shè)計(jì)要求控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)量做好標(biāo)記,并對(duì)吊裝對(duì)接接頭質(zhì)量進(jìn)行焊前檢查。6安裝單位應(yīng)按工藝評(píng)定合格的工藝進(jìn)行焊接,質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制焊接規(guī)范及焊材的使用。焊接場(chǎng)地應(yīng)避免風(fēng)、雨、雪的侵襲,施焊堿型焊條時(shí)濕度大于90%不得施焊。焊接班組隨手清理焊渣,自檢焊經(jīng)表面尺寸及質(zhì)量是否達(dá)到施工工藝要求方案規(guī)定的要求,并在焊縫附近注明焊工編號(hào)。7焊縫完成后質(zhì)檢人員及時(shí)按設(shè)計(jì)和GB50205、GB50221等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求進(jìn)行外觀檢查,不合格部分及時(shí)通知焊工返修(返修焊縫工藝也必須是評(píng)定合格的),并填寫質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定表。8對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)及國(guó)家規(guī)范要求探傷的焊縫,應(yīng)對(duì)每條焊縫按比例要求進(jìn)行無損探傷。檢驗(yàn)位置及長(zhǎng)度由質(zhì)檢人員指定并書面通知NDT人員。檢驗(yàn)后NDT人員應(yīng)出具探傷報(bào)告,探傷報(bào)告應(yīng)附構(gòu)件簡(jiǎn)圖并標(biāo)明探傷的具體部位。9焊縫表面應(yīng)及時(shí)清除油、水、銹等,并清潔打磨涂防銹漆。防銹漆應(yīng)與制作時(shí)使用的材料相同。涂層表面不得誤涂、漏涂,無脫皮和返銹,對(duì)涂層表面質(zhì)量進(jìn)行觀察檢查,干漆膜厚度的檢驗(yàn)方法和驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及GB50205等國(guó)家規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定。質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢查涂裝的基層質(zhì)量。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝時(shí),施工單位應(yīng)提交拉桿張拉、每榀構(gòu)件吊裝后的標(biāo)高尺寸、焊接及涂裝分別向監(jiān)理提交驗(yàn)收。監(jiān)理將根據(jù)施工單位提供的施工時(shí)間表,對(duì)拉桿張拉.除銹質(zhì)量.焊縫拼裝質(zhì)量進(jìn)行及時(shí)檢查控制。對(duì)焊縫無損檢驗(yàn)監(jiān)理將進(jìn)行抽查,構(gòu)件安裝尺寸監(jiān)理將進(jìn)行復(fù)測(cè)驗(yàn)收。6—04鋼結(jié)構(gòu)完工后的質(zhì)量檢查要求:鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作或安裝完工后,制作及安裝單位質(zhì)檢部門應(yīng)組織本單位施工人員和質(zhì)檢人員一起對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行一次全面的自查工作,內(nèi)容包括:1)所有設(shè)計(jì)文件、圖樣、設(shè)計(jì)變更單、工程核定單是否齊全,竣工圖是否完成。2)工廠制作構(gòu)件、鋼鑄件和拉桿的所有質(zhì)量檢查評(píng)定記錄,出廠合格證書是否齊全。3)所有鋼構(gòu)件是否都已按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求安裝完畢,是否存在缺件或漏焊部位。4)所有涂料是否全部涂裝到位,涂層厚度是否達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)和國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5)所有材料的質(zhì)保書、復(fù)驗(yàn)報(bào)告、檢查記錄是否齊全。6)其余標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的交工文件是否齊全。7)編寫要求及格式是否滿足業(yè)主對(duì)歸擋資料的要求。6—05鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作項(xiàng)目或分部工程完成后,施工單位在自檢合格的基礎(chǔ)上,首先向監(jiān)理提請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收。監(jiān)理綜合資料、施工質(zhì)量情況,簽署驗(yàn)收意見,并編寫鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作及安裝質(zhì)量評(píng)估報(bào)告。然后由施工單位向質(zhì)監(jiān)站提交驗(yàn)收。DetailedrulesofsupervisionimplementofShanghaiNewInternationalEXPOCenter(Partofmainbodysteelstructureandfabricstructureengineering)(Revision)The1stchapterGeneralprinciples1-01Themanufacturingandinstallingcontractorsofmainbodysteelstructureandfabricstructureshouldconsidersufficientlythequalification,levelandcapacityofsub-contractunitwhentheyhavetosub-contract(suchasproductionofsteelcastings,etc.)inastateofconformingtoprovisionsofconstructioncontractinordertoensurethequalityofengineeringconstruction.Theyshouldreportsub-contractortosupervisorforreview.l—02Supervisionunitisentrustedbybuildunittosupervisesteelstructurecontractorofthisprojectduringconstructionaccordingtoauthorityscopestatedinsupervisioncontract.l—03Contractorsshouldactinaccordancewithinstructionsissuedbysupervisorwithinthejurisdictionofproject.Ifhavingdifferentopinions,contractorscansubmitreportsinwrittenin24hoursafterreceivinginstructions.Duetodisobeyingsupervisor’sinstructionstoproducefellingback,compensating,claimingforcompensation,etc.,ofaspectsofprojectquality,schedule;projectexpenses,itsresponsibilityshouldbeentirelychargedwithcontractors.l—04Contractorsshouldorganizetoimplementstrictlyaccordingtodesigndrawings,relatedcriterionandstandards,constructionplanofmanufacturingandinstallationduringmanufacturingandconstruction.Constructionorganizationdesignandmanufacturingplanshouldbereportedtosupervisionunitandbuildunitbeforehandandcanbecarriedintoexecutionbyapproval.1—05Constructionunitshouldstrictlyconformto“threelevels”qualitycheckandacceptancesystemduringconstruction.CheckandacceptanceshouldputforwardtosupervisorbyfulltimeQCpersonnelonthebasisofqualifiedself-checking.Supervisorwillnotacceptifnotbythewayofself-checking.The2ndchaptProjectSurvey“ShanghaiNewInternationalEXPOCenter”islocatedinHuamuregionofShaghainewarea,overallbuildingacreageisaboutmorethanseventy-threethousandssquaremeters.Mainbuildingsareseventeenexpositionhallsandsouth,north,east,threeentries.ThephaseIprojectincludes4expositionhallsofwesternsectionandasouthentryhall.Theplaneareaofeachexpositionhallof“ShanghaiNewInternationalEXPOcenter”is192m×80m.Buildingsculptshowsseaundulantroof,conciseandexquisiteline,widenheadroomofbigspanexpositionhall,niceexpositionfunction.Structureadoptscombinationspacestructureofmodernstyledsteeltubeandsteelcastingnodes.Bearingstructureofexpositionhallisconstitutedofspacestructureby16uppertrussgirders,heightofreamcolumnis14m,amongcolumnissetupofcrisscrosspre-stresstensionrodsdistanceofcolumnis12m,elevationofcolumntopis14m,elevationofroofculminationisabout17m.Theplaneareaofentryhallis36m×80m;roofisconstitutedof3uppertrussgirders.Frontofbuildingisadoptedofmetalcurtainwall,roofiscoveredbyneotericpolyurethanefilm.Thecenterspanofuppertrussgirdersofspacetrussframeis72mandsettwocantileverends,theirlengthis4m.Sectionoftrussframeisquadrangle,eachangleofquadranglesectionisconnectedwithlongitudinalsteeltube,centralstringofeachgirderistiedtogetherwithlevertensionrods,twoadjacenttrussgirdersareconnectedtogetherby15setsofflashboardandhighstrengthbolts.Betweencentralstringandupperstringinupperplaneissetupinclinedtensionrodstoprovideroofrigidityinplane.Thelargestsectionheightofeachtrussgirderis6m,thebasislengthis80m,thewidthis12m,thelargestweightinessoftrussgirder(sidegirder)isabout97t,andtheweightinessofcentralsectiontrussgirderisabout70t.TheweightinessofsteelstructureofphaseΙengineeringisabout6000t.Steelstructureengineeringofthisprojectistakenonmaterialsprocurement,steelstructurefabrication,steelstructureinstallationengineeringbyBaosteelgroupbiddingconsortiumhittingbid.ThereintoBaosteelnationaltradegrouptakeschargeofprocurementsofrawmaterial,steelcastings,tensionrods,etc.,ShanghaiGuandaergrouptakeschargeofmanufacturingengineeringofsteelstructure,Baosteelmetallurgyconstructioncompanytakeschargeofsplicingandinstallationengineeringofsteelstructureinfield.The3rdchapterBasisofcompilingforthisdetailedrules3—01Constructiondepartmentdocument(88)constructionNo.142”Noticeondevelopingconstructionsupervisionwork”;(89)constructionNo.367”Noticeonprintingandissuing<detailedrulesoftryingoutconstructionsupervision>”andrelatedgovernmentdocuments.3--02“SpecificationforConstructionandAcceptanceofSteelStructure”(GB50205-95)3—03“QualityInspectionandEvaluationStandardofSteelStructureEngineering”(GB50221-95)3—04“WeldingSpecificationforArchitecturalSteelStructure”(JGJ91181-91)3—05Designdrawings,captions(includingdesignchangesheetsandnotices)ofthisprojectandrelatedforeignstandardsapprovedbyshanghaiarchitectureindustrymanagementoffice.3—06Constructionsupervisioncontracts,constructioncontractsofthisproject.The4thchapterScopeandgoalofsupervisionauthoritySupervisor’sauthorityscopeofthisprojectincludesfollowingworkcontentstakenonforcontractorsandsupervision&reviewforallworkcontentsrelatedtoprojectquality.4—01Qualityofmaterialsandpartsadoptedinfabricationandinstallationofsteelstructure,including:steels,steelcastings,tensionrods,highstrengthbolts,weldingmaterials,rawmaterialsofsteelstructurepaintingengineering,etc.;4—02Relatedconstructiondocumentsoffabricationandinstallationofsteelstructure,including:constructiono JiangzhaozhangGaochengshuangThe6thchapterControlrequirementsduringsteelroof6—01controlrequirementsofsteelcastingfabrication1.Pouringprocessofsteelcastingsshallunderthecontrolofqualityinspectionpersonnelofmanufacturingunit.2Qualityinspectionofmanufacturingunitshallcheckcleaned,finishedcastingsonebyonetomakecastingsmeetwithrequirementsofsamplesapprovedbydesign.3.Heattreatmentofsteelcastingsshallperformstrictlyaccordingtoheattreatmentprocess.Manufacturingunitshallassureuniformityandcompatibilityoftemperatureofthepositionsplacedsteelcastingsinheattreatmentfurnace.Manufacturingunitshallhavedetailedheattreatmentlogs(includingnumberofcastingseachfurnace,heattreatmentcurves).4.Manufacturingunitofsteelcastingsshallgetachemistryanalysissampleforeachmeltingfurnacenumber.Asetofsamplesofmechanicspropertyshallbetakenpercastinglot.5SteelcastingsshallbeperformedNDTrequiredbydesignonebyoneandisissuedoneNDTreportforeachsteelcasting.Indetectionreportsshallhavesketchmapofsteelcastingsandindicatepositionsofdefects.6Beforemanufacturingthefabricationfactoryshouldsubmittothesupervisorthedetailedscheme,andaftercompletingsubmitthewholetestreportstothesupervisorforacceptance.Thesupervisorwillcheckbesideormeasureagaintheproceduressuchassize.NDTandsoon.Onlyafterthesupervisorproveandsign.thesteelcastingscouldbecarriedaway.6—02controlrequirementsduringsteelstructurefabrication1puttingintomaterials:Steelsfabricationshallperformundercontrolofqualityinspectionpersonnelofconstructionunit.2.Racklineation:Qualityinspectionpersonnelshallinspecteachracklineationandnotedeviationvaluesbetweenactuallineationsizesandtheoreticalsizes.Racklineationshouldsubmitthethesupervisorforcheckingandaccepting.3.Splicing:qualityinspectionpersonnelshallstrictlycontrolqualityofsplicing,especiallyforrequirementsincludinganglesofweldingslope,cleanliness,clearanceandalternateside.Qualityofsplicingshallbeaskedrequirementsofinternalacceptance.Weldingshouldbeperformedafterapprovedofacceptancebyqualityinspectionpersonnel.4.Welding:constructionunitshallweldaccordingtoassessedqualifiedprocessandshallcarryoutsimulatedweldingtestforjointshavingcomplexstructure.Qualityinspectionpersonnelshallcheckstrictlyqualificationcertificatesofweldersandstandardizewelder’sweldingoperation.Adoptedweldingmaterialsshallconformtoprocessingrequirements.Don’tweldinrain.Don’tweldwhenenvironmenthumidityismorethan90%ifadoptingalkalineweldingrods.Weldinggroupshallcleanweldingslagandself-checkwhethersurfacequality&sizeofweldinglineaccordwithdesignrequirementsatanymoment.Constructionunitshallnoteweldingpersonnelandweldingtimeforeachweldingline.5.EachfinishedweldinglineshallperformNDTtestaccordingtothedetectionratiorequiredbydesignandGB50205.Qualityinspectionpersonnelputsforwarddetectionapplicationandappointsdetectionparts,NDTpersonnelhavingabove2levelcorrespondingcertificateperformsdetectiontestandissuesdetectiontestreports.Detectiontestreportsshallattachstructuralmembersketchandindicatespecificpositionsofdetectiontestinordertotracechecking.6.Appearanceinspection:qualityinspectionpersonnelshallperformmeasuringcheckforfabricationsizeofsteelcomponentsandfilloutacceptancelogform.Informsshallhavetheoreticvalues,permissibledeviationvalues,actualvaluesandactualdeviationvalues.AppearanceofweldinglineshallbecheckedaccordingtoGB50221andbefilledinqualityinspectionassessmentform.Specificcontentsofinspectionshallinclude:racksizes,roomframesectionsize,qualityofsitesplicing,qualityofotherthings,etc.7.Paintinginspection:removingrustofsteelssurfacepriortopaintingshallaccordwithdesignrequirementsandprovisionsofrelatedcurrentnationalimplementstandards,suchasGB50205,etc.Qualityinspectionpersonnelshallinspectsurfacetreatmentqualityperlotincooperationwithtechniciansofpaintingfactory.Don’tpaintifsurfacequalitydoesn’treachtorequirements.Surfacequalityandcolor&lustreofcoatingfilmshallbecheckedcarefullyafterpainting.Coatingfilmshallbemeasuredaccordingtodesignrequirementsandprovisionsofrelatedcurrentnationalimplementstandards,suchasGB50205,GB50221,etc.,andarefilledinmeasurementforms.Constructionunitshallinformconstructionproceduresbeingabouttoperformtosupervisorinadvance.Supervisionpersonnelshallselectinspectionpointsaccordingtoconstructionflowchartandinspectorselectivelyexamineproceduresofputtingintomaterials,racklineation,splicing,welding,heattreatment,NDT,pre-splicing,TENSIONRODSpulling,pretreatmentpriortopaintingandpainting,etc.Inspectionorselectiveexaminationshallbeperformedaccordwithcorrespondingnationalstandards,designdocumentdrawingsandconstructionqualitycontrolrequirementsoffabricationandinstallationinthisdetailedrules.Importantprocedures,suchasracklineation,pre-treatmentpriortopainting,etc.shallbeconstructednextprocedureafterapprovedofcheckingandacceptancebysupervisorandservicepersonnelofpaintingfactory.Fabricationunitofsteelstructureshallrequiredsupervisortocheckandacceptinwrittenafterfabricationunitofsteelstructurefinishesfabricationofsteelcolumn,splicing&paintingofmonocasetrussframeandqualifiedself-checking.Trussf
