3651總則1.0.1為提升北京市城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計工作科技水平和成果質(zhì)量,指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范城鎮(zhèn)雨洪模型應(yīng)用技術(shù)方法,制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1.0.2本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于北京市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)新建、改建、擴建城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計,以及內(nèi)澇積水過程模擬與分析。1.0.3本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計雨洪模型應(yīng)用的基及模型成果編制等相關(guān)工作的指導(dǎo)。1.0.4城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計雨洪模型除應(yīng)符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外,尚應(yīng)符合國家及北京市現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。1總則1.0.1為提升北京市城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計工作科技水平和成果質(zhì)量,指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范城鎮(zhèn)雨洪模型應(yīng)用技術(shù)方法,制定本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。1.0.2本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于北京市行政區(qū)域內(nèi)新建、改建、擴建城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計,以及內(nèi)澇積水過程模擬與分析。1.0.3本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計雨洪模型應(yīng)用的基及模型成果編制等相關(guān)工作的指導(dǎo)。1.0.4城鎮(zhèn)排水防澇系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計雨洪模型除應(yīng)符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外,尚應(yīng)符合國家及北京市現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。12 術(shù) 語城鎮(zhèn)雨洪模型urbanstormwatermodel2.0.1用于城鎮(zhèn)排水(雨水)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、設(shè)計及應(yīng)用的數(shù)學(xué)模型,包括產(chǎn)流模型、匯流模型、管渠(河道)水動力模型及地表漫流模型等。2.0.2產(chǎn)流模型flowgenerationmodel形成地表徑流過程的數(shù)學(xué)模型。2.0.3匯流模型flowroutingmodel過程的數(shù)學(xué)模型。2.0.4河道channel/riverhydrodynamicmodel2 術(shù)
