Pipelineconveyingbothhypertoxicandcombustiblemediumshallbetreatedashigh-levelpipelineintheSpecification.4.3輸送混合介質(zhì)的管道,應(yīng)以主導(dǎo)介質(zhì)作為管道分級的依據(jù)。4.3 Pipelineconveyingmixedmediumshalltakedominantmediumasgradingreference.管道組成件檢查Inspectionofconstituentelementsofpipeline5.1一般規(guī)定Generalspecifications5.1.1有毒、可燃介質(zhì)管道工程使用的管道組成件,應(yīng)符合設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定及本規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定。5.1.1 ConstituentelementsofpipelineforHypertoxicandCombustibleMediumPipingEngineeringshallmeettherequirementsindesigndocumentandtheSpecification.5.1.2管道組成件(管子、閥門、管件、法蘭、補償器、安全保護裝置等)的制造單位,當所在地質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督行政部門有規(guī)定期,應(yīng)取得《壓力管道元件制造單位安全注冊證書》。5.1.2 Manufacturerofconstituentelementsofpipeline(pipe,valve,pipefittings,flange,compensator,safetyprotectiondevice,etc.)shallhaveRegisteredCertificateofManufacturerforSafetyProductionofElementsofPressurePipeifitisrequiredbylocalexecutiveofquality&technologysupervision.5.1.3管道組成件必須具有質(zhì)量證明文獻,無質(zhì)量證明文獻的產(chǎn)品不得使用。5.1.3Constituentelementsofpipelinemusthavecertificateofqualification.Producthavingnothecertificatecan’tbeadopted.產(chǎn)品在使用前,應(yīng)對質(zhì)量證明文獻進行審查,并與實物核對。若到貨的管道組成件實物標記不清或與質(zhì)量證明文獻不符或?qū)Ξa(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文獻中的特性數(shù)據(jù)或檢查結(jié)果有異議,供貨方應(yīng)按相應(yīng)標準作驗證性檢查或追溯到產(chǎn)品制造單位。異議未解決前,該批產(chǎn)品不得使用。Certificateofqualificationofproductsshallbecheckedbeforeuse.Ifmarksoftheconstituentelementsareunclear,ornotconformtocertificateofqualification,orthereisobjectionaboutperformancedataorinspectionresultincertificateofqualification,theSuppliershallcarryoutexperimentalverificationbaseduponrelatedstandardortrackbacktothemanufacture.Beforesettlementofobjection,theproductscan’tbeused.5.1.4管道組成件在使用前應(yīng)進行外觀檢查,其表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品標準的規(guī)定,不合格者不得使用。5.1.4 Appearanceinspectionofconstituentelementsofpipelineshallbecarriedoutbeforeuse.Qualityoftheirsurfacesshallmeetthespecificationincorrespondingstandard.Unqualifiedproductcan’tbeused.5.1.5合金鋼管道組成件主體的關(guān)鍵合金成分,應(yīng)根據(jù)本規(guī)范規(guī)定的比例采用光譜分析或其他方法進行半定量分析復(fù)查,并作好標記。5.1.5 Certainproportion(specifiedintheSpecification)ofalloyedsteelpipeline’smainbody,alloyingcomponent,shallbecheckedwithspectralanalysismethodorothermethods.Marksshallbemade.5.1.6設(shè)計文獻有低溫沖擊值規(guī)定的材料,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文獻應(yīng)有低溫沖擊韌性實驗值,否則應(yīng)按GB4159的規(guī)定進行補項實驗。5.1.6Iftherearerequirementsforlowtemperatureimpactvalueofamaterialindesigndocument,certificateofqualificationofthematerialshallhavelowtemperatureimpacttoughnesstestvalue;otherwise,additionaltestshallbedoneaccordingtoGB4159.5.1.7凡按規(guī)定作抽樣檢查或檢查的樣品中,若有一件不合格,必須按原規(guī)定數(shù)加倍抽檢,若仍有不合格,則該批管道組成件不得使用,并應(yīng)作好標記和隔離。5.1.7Ifoneofsamplesisunqualifiedduringsamplinginspection,certainamount(specifiedintheSpecification)ofproductsshallbeinspected.Iftherestillisunqualifiedproduct,thebatchofproductscan’tbeused.Andtheyshallbemarkedandseparatedwithotherproducts.5.1.8管道組成件應(yīng)分區(qū)存放,且不銹鋼管道組成件不得與非合金鋼、低合金鋼接觸。5.1.8Constituentelementsofpipelineshallbestackedbyareas.Constituentelementsofstainlesssteelpipelinecan’tcontactnon-alloyedsteelandlowalloysteel.5.2管子檢查
Inspectionofpipe5.2.1輸送有毒、可燃介質(zhì)的管子,使用前應(yīng)按設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定核對管子的規(guī)格、數(shù)量和標記。5.2.1Specification,quantityandmarkofpipeconveyinghypertoxicandcombustiblemediumshallbecheckedaccordingtothedesigndocument.5.2.2管子的質(zhì)量證明文獻應(yīng)涉及以下內(nèi)容:5.2.2 CertificateofQualificationofpipeshallcontainfollowingcontents:a)產(chǎn)品標準號;a)Productstandardnumberofproduct;b)鋼的牌號;b)Brandofsteel;c)爐罐號、批號、交貨狀態(tài)、重量和件數(shù);c)Stovenumber,lotnumber,deliverystate,weightandnumberofpackages;d)品種名稱、規(guī)格及質(zhì)量等級;d)Name,specificationandqualitylevelofvariety;e)產(chǎn)品標準和訂貨協(xié)議中規(guī)定的各項檢查結(jié)果;e)Resultsofallinspectionsspecifiedinproductstandardandcontract;f)制造廠檢查印記。f)Inspectionstampofmanufacturer.5.2.3若到貨管子鋼的牌號、爐罐號、批號、交貨狀態(tài)與質(zhì)量證明文獻不符,該批管子不得使用。5.2.3Ifbrand,stovenumber,lotnumberanddeliverystateofpipesteeldon’tconformtocertificateofqualification,thebatchofpipescan’tbeused.5.2.4有耐晶間腐蝕規(guī)定的材料,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文獻應(yīng)注明晶間腐蝕實驗結(jié)果,否則應(yīng)按GB/T4334.1~6中的有關(guān)規(guī)定,進行補項檢查。5.2.4Ifthematerialisrequiredtoresistintercrystallinecorrosion,resultofintercrystallinecorrosiontestshallbewritteninthecertificateofqualification;otherwise,additionaltestshallbedoneaccordingtoGB/T4334.1~6.5.2.5輸送毒性限度為極度危害和高度危害介質(zhì)管子的質(zhì)量證明文獻中應(yīng)有超聲波檢測結(jié)果,否則應(yīng)按GB5777的規(guī)定,逐根進行檢查。5.2.5Ultrasonicdetectionresultforpipeconveyingutmosthazardorhighhazardmediumshallbewrittenincertificateofqualification;otherwise,eachpipeshallbedetectedaccordingtoGB5777.5.2.6鋼管的表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:5.2.6 Surfacequalityofsteelpipeshallmeetfollowingspecifications:a)鋼管內(nèi)、外表面不得有裂紋、折疊、發(fā)紋、扎折、離層、結(jié)疤等缺陷;a)Thereshallbenocrack,fold,hairlinecrack,wrinkle,separationlayerorscaboninnerorexteriorsurfaceofsteelpipe.b)鋼管表面的銹蝕、凹陷、劃痕及其他機械損傷的深度,不應(yīng)超過相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品標準允許的壁厚負偏差;b)Depthofrust,hollow,scratchandothermechanicaldamagescan’texceedthepermissiblevariationofwallthickness.c)鋼管端部螺紋、坡口的加工精度及粗糙度應(yīng)達成設(shè)計文獻或制造標準的規(guī)定;c)Workingaccuracyandroughnessofthreadandgrooveatendofsteelpipeshallmeettherequirementsindesigndocumentofmanufacturestandard.d)有符合產(chǎn)品標準規(guī)定的標記。Havemarksmeetingstandard.5.2.7SHA級管道中,設(shè)計壓力等于或大于10MPa管子,外表面應(yīng)按下列方法逐根進行無損檢測,檢測方法和缺陷評估應(yīng)符合JB4730的規(guī)定,檢查結(jié)果以I級為合格:5.2.7Nondestructivetestshallbedoneforsurfaceofeachpipewhosedesignpressure≧10MPaamongSHAlevelpipelines.TestmethodsandevaluationofdefectshallmeetspecificationsofJB4730.GradeⅠwillbequalified.a)外徑大于12mm的導(dǎo)磁性鋼管,應(yīng)采用磁粉檢測;a)Magnetic-particleinspectionshallbecarriedoutformagneticpermeablesteelpipewithexternaldiameterlargerthan12mm.b)非導(dǎo)磁性鋼管,應(yīng)采用滲透檢測。b)Penetrationtestshallbedoneformagneticimpermeablesteelpipe.5.2.8SHA級管道中,設(shè)計壓力小于10MPa的輸送極度危害介質(zhì)(苯除外)的管子,每批(指同批號、同爐罐號、同材質(zhì)、同規(guī)格)應(yīng)抽5%且不少于一根,按本規(guī)范5.2.7條規(guī)定的方法和評估標準進行外表面磁粉檢測或滲透檢測,檢查結(jié)果以II級為合格。抽樣檢查不合格時,應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定解決。5.2.8Exteriorsurfacemagnetic-particleinspectionorpenetrationtestshallbedonefor5%(atleastonepiece)ofeachbatch(ofthesamelotnumber,stovenumber,materialandspecification)ofpipesconveyingutmosthazardmedium(exceptbenzene)withdesignpressurelessthan10MPaaccordingtomethodsandcriteriaforevaluationinClause5.2.7.GradeⅡwillbequalified.Ifitisunqualified,thepipesshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.5.2.9管子經(jīng)磁粉檢測或滲透檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)的表面缺陷允許修磨,修磨后的實際壁厚不得小于管子公稱壁厚的90%,且不得小于設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定的最小壁厚。5.2.9Surfacedefectfoundbymagnetic-particleinspectionorpenetrationtestcanbegrinded.Butthewallthicknessaftergrindingcan’tbelessthan90%ofnominalthicknessofthepipeandmin.thicknessspecifiedindesigndocument.5.3閥門檢查Inspectionofvalve5.3.1設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定做低溫密封實驗的閥門,應(yīng)有制造單位的低溫密封性實驗合格證明書。5.3.1Ifcryogenicsealtestforvalveisrequiredindesigndocument,certificateofqualificationforcryogenicsealtestshallbeprovidedbythemanufacturer.5.3.2用于SHA級管道的通用閥門,其焊縫或閥體、閥蓋的鑄鋼件,應(yīng)有符合SH3064規(guī)定的無損檢測合格證明書。5.3.2Certificateofqualification(meetSH3064)fornondestructivetestofweldjointandsteelcastingofbodyandcoverofuniversalvalveforSHAlevelpipelineshallbeprovided.5.3.3閥門安裝前,應(yīng)按設(shè)計文獻中的“閥門規(guī)格書”,對閥門的閥體、密封面及有特殊規(guī)定的墊片和填料的材質(zhì)進行抽檢,每批至少抽查一件;合金鋼閥門的閥體應(yīng)逐件進行光譜分析。若不符合規(guī)定,該批閥門不得使用。5.3.3 Beforeinstallationofvalve,samplinginspectionshallbedoneformaterialsofvalvebody,sealingface,gasketandfillerhavingspecialrequirement.Atleastoneofeachbatchshallbeinspected.Spectralanalysisshallbedoneforvalvebodyofeachalloysteelvalve.Ifitisunqualified,thebatchofvalvescan’tbeused.5.3.4閥門的外觀質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標準的規(guī)定,不得有裂紋、氧化皮、粘砂、疏松等影響強度的缺陷。5.3.4 Appearancequalityofvalveshallmeetrequirementinproductstandard.Thereshallbenocrack,scale,sandfusion,looseandotherdefectsthatcanimpactstrengthofvalve.5.3.5閥門在安裝前,應(yīng)逐個對閥體進行液體壓力實驗,實驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍,停壓5min,無泄漏為合格。5.3.5Beforeinstallation,hydraulictestshallbedoneforeachvalvebody.Maintainthetestpressureat1.5timesofnominalpressurefor5min.ifthevalveisnotleaky,itisqualified.5.3.6具有上密封結(jié)構(gòu)的閥門,應(yīng)逐個對上密封進行實驗,實驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍。實驗時應(yīng)關(guān)閉上密封面,并松開填料壓蓋,停壓4min,無滲漏為合格。5.3.6 Ifthevalvehasuppersealstructure,eachuppersealshallbetested.Uppersealfaceshallbeclosedandcoveroffillershallbeloosened.Maintainthetestpressureat1.1timesofnominalpressurefor4min.Ifthevalveisnotleaky,itisqualified.5.3.7閥門液體壓力實驗和上密封實驗應(yīng)以潔凈水為介質(zhì)。不銹鋼閥門液體壓力實驗時,水中的氯離子含量不得超過100mg/L,實驗合格后應(yīng)立即將水漬清除干凈。5.3.7Cleanwatershallbeusedasmediumforhydraulictestanduppersealtest.Whenhydraulictestisdoneforstainlesssteelvalve,contentofchlorideioninwatercan’texceed100mg/L.Aftertest,waterspotshallberemoved.5.3.8閥門的閥座密封面應(yīng)按SH3064的規(guī)定進行密封性實驗。5.3.8 LeakagetestforsealingsurfaceofvalveseatshallbedoneaccordingtoSH3064.5.3.9凡按SH3064或API標準制造并有相應(yīng)認證標志,且用戶到制造廠監(jiān)造和驗收的閥門,每批可按5%且不少于一個進行抽檢,若有不合格,應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定解決。5.3.9IfvalvesaremanufacturedaccordingtoSH306orAPIstandard,havecertificationmarksandaresupervisedandinspectedbytheuserinthemanufacturer’splant,5%ofeachbatch(atleast1piece)willbechecked.Ifthereisunqualifiedvalve,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.5.3.10安全閥應(yīng)按設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定的啟動壓力進行調(diào)試。調(diào)壓時壓力應(yīng)平穩(wěn),啟閉實驗不得少于3次。調(diào)試合格后,應(yīng)及時進行鉛封。5.3.10 Commissioningofsafetyvalveshallbecarriedoutwithcrackingpressurespecifiedindesigndocument.Thepressureshallbestable.Atleastthreetimesofstart-stoptestshallbedone.Qualifiedsafetyvalveshallbesealedwithleadaftercommissioning.5.3.11檢查、實驗合格的閥門,應(yīng)作出標記,并填寫閥門檢查、實驗記錄。5.3.11 Qualifiedvalvesshallbemarked,andinspectionandtestrecordsshallbemade.5.4其他管道組成件檢查
Inspectionofconstituentelementsofotherpipes5.4.1對其他管道組成件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明文獻,應(yīng)進行核對,且下列項目應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標準的規(guī)定:a)化學(xué)成分及力學(xué)性能;b)合金鋼鍛件的金相分析結(jié)果;c)熱解決結(jié)果及焊縫無損檢測報告。5.4.1 Certificateofqualificationofconstituentelementsofotherpipesshallbechecked.Followingitemsshallmeettherequirementsinproductstandard.Chemicalconstitutionandmechanicalproperty.MetallographicanalysisresultofalloysteelforgingHeattreatmentresultandnondestructivetestreportofweldjoint.5.4.2管件外表面應(yīng)有制造廠代號(商標)、規(guī)格、材料牌號和批號等標記,并與質(zhì)量證明文獻相符,否則不得使用。5.4.2 Exteriorsurfaceofelementsshallhavecodename(trademark),specificationandbrandandlotnumberofmaterialthatareconformtocertificateofqualification.Otherwise,itcan’tbeused.5.4.3管件的表面不得有裂紋,外觀應(yīng)光滑、無氧化皮,表面的其他缺陷不得超過產(chǎn)品標準規(guī)定的允許深度。坡口、螺紋加工精度應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品標準的規(guī)定。焊接管件的焊縫應(yīng)成形良好,且與母材圓滑過渡,不得有裂紋、未熔合、未焊透、咬邊等缺陷。5.4.3 Surfaceofelementsshallbesmoothwithoutcrackandscale.Otherdefectsonsurfacecan’texceedthepermissibledepthspecifiedinproductstandard.Workingaccuracythreadandgrooveatendshallmeettherequirementsinproductstandard.Weldjointofpipesshallbesmoothandwelljoinwiththepipe.Thereshallbenocrack,stick-outweld,faultyfusionandundercut.5.4.4SHA級管道的管件應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.2.7條、5.2.8條的規(guī)定進行表面無損檢測。5.4.4 NondestructivetestforsurfaceofelementsofSHAlevelpipelineshallbecarriedoutaccordingtoClause5.2.7and5.2.8oftheSpecification.5.4.5螺栓、螺母的螺紋應(yīng)完整,無劃痕、毛刺等缺陷,加工精度符合產(chǎn)品標準的規(guī)定。螺栓、螺母應(yīng)配合良好,無松動或卡澀現(xiàn)象。5.4.5 Threadsofboltandnutshallbecompletewithoutscratchorburr.Workingaccuracyshallmeettheproductstandard.Boltandnutshallfitwitheachotherwithoutlooseorlock.5.4.6設(shè)計壓力等于或大于10MPa管道用的合金鋼螺栓、螺母,應(yīng)逐件進行快速光譜分析,每批應(yīng)抽兩件進行硬度檢查,若有不合格,按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定解決。5.4.6 Quickspectralanalysistestofeachalloysteelboltandnutforpipelinewithdesignpressure≧10MPashallbedone.Hardnessinspectionoftwoelementseachbatchshallbetested.Ifitisunqualified,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.5.4.7設(shè)計溫度低于-29℃的低溫管道合金鋼螺栓、螺母,應(yīng)逐件進行快速光譜分析檢查,每批應(yīng)抽兩根螺栓進行低溫沖擊性能檢查。若有不合格,應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定進行解決。5.4.7Quickspectralanalysistestofeachalloysteelboltandnutforpipelinewithdesigntemperaturelowerthan-29℃shallbedone.Lowtemperatureimpactperformancetestoftwoboltseachbatchshallbedone.Ifitisunqualified,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.5.4.8其他合金鋼管道組成件的快速光譜分析,每批應(yīng)抽檢5%,且不少于一件。若有不合格,應(yīng)按本規(guī)范5.1.7條的規(guī)定解決。5.4.85%(atleastonepiece)ofeachbatchofalloysteelelementsforotherpipelinesshallbetestedwithquickspectralanalysis.Ifitisunqualified,itshallbetreatedaccordingtoClause5.1.7.5.4.9密封墊片應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品標準進行抽樣檢查驗收,每批不得少于一件。纏繞墊片不得有松散、翹曲現(xiàn)象,表表面不得有影響密封性能的傷痕、空隙、凹凸不平及銹斑等缺陷。金屬墊片、石棉橡膠板墊片的邊沿應(yīng)切割整齊,表面應(yīng)平整光滑,不得有氣泡、分層、折皺、劃痕等缺陷。5.4.9Samplinginspection(atleastonepieceperbatch)ofgasketsealshallbecarriedoutaccordingtotheproductstandard.Thegasketcan’tbelooseorwarped.Thereshallbenoscar,gap,sag,crestandrustystainthatmayimpactsealingpropertyonsurface.Edgeofmetallicgasketandrubberslatgasketshallbesmooth.Thesurfaceshallbesmoothandevenwithoutbubble,separationlayer,foldorscratch.5.4.10現(xiàn)場制作石棉橡膠板墊片,不得在低于15℃的環(huán)境中進行,且自板材制成之日起,耐油石棉橡膠板儲存期限不得超過一年半,普通石棉橡膠板儲存期限不得超過兩年。5.4.10Temperatureofworkshopforproductionofasbestos-packinggasketcan’tbelessthan15℃.Storagelifeofoil-proofasbestospackingsheetcan’texceedoneandhalfyear,andthatofcommonasbestospackingsheetcan’texceedtwoyears.5.4.11法蘭密封面不得有徑向劃痕等缺陷。5.4.11 Flangeshallbesealedwithoutradialscratch.6管道預(yù)制及安裝

Prefabricationofpipeline6.1.1管道預(yù)制加工應(yīng)按現(xiàn)場審查確認的設(shè)計單線圖或依據(jù)管道平、剖面圖繪制的單線圖進行,預(yù)制加工圖上應(yīng)標注管線編號、現(xiàn)場組焊位置和調(diào)節(jié)裕量。6.1.1Prefabricationofpipelineshallbecarriedoutaccordingtodesignedsinglelinediagram,orsinglelinediagramdrawnbaseduponplaneandsectionofpipelinethatareapprovedonsite.Numberofpipeline,positionofgangweldingandovermeasureshallbeindicatedintheworkingdiagram.6.1.2管道預(yù)制過程中的每一道工序,均應(yīng)核對管子的標記,并做好標記的移植。不銹鋼管道、低溫鋼管道,不得使用鋼印作標記。6.1.2Duringeachsequenceofprefabrication,marksofpipelineshallbechecked.Transferofmarksshallbedonewell.Steelmarkcan’tbeusedforstainlesssteelpipeandlowtemperaturesteelpipe.彎管最小彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定,當設(shè)計文獻未規(guī)定期,應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定。6.1.3 Min.bendingradiusofelbowpipeshallmeettherequirementindesigndocument.Ifitisnotspecifiedinthedesigndocument,itshallmeetthespecificationintable2.表2彎管最小彎曲半徑Table2Min.BendingRadiusofElbowPipe管道設(shè)計壓力DesignpressureofpipeMPa彎管制作方式Fabricationmode最小彎曲半徑Min.bendingradius<10熱彎Hotbending3.5D0冷彎Coldbending4.0D0≥10冷、熱彎Coldandhotbending5.0D0注:D0為管子外徑。Notes:Dnisexteriordiameterofpipeline6.1.4當設(shè)計允許用焊接鋼管彎制彎管時,焊縫應(yīng)避開受拉或受壓區(qū)。6.1.4Ifitisallowablethatelbowpipecanbefabricatedbyweldingofpipes,theweldjointcan’tbeintensileorcompressiveregion.6.1.5彎管制作后,彎管處的最小壁厚不得小于管子公稱壁厚的90%,且不得小于設(shè)計文獻規(guī)定的最小壁厚。彎管處的最大外徑與最小外徑之差,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:6.1.5Afterfabricationofelbowpipe,min.wallthicknessatelbowcan’tbelessthan90%ofthenominalthicknessandmin.thicknessspecifiedinthedesigndocument.Differencebetweenmax.exteriordiameterandmin.exteriordiameteratelbowshallmeetthefollowingspecifications:a)SHA級管道應(yīng)小于彎制前管子外徑的5%;a)ForSHAlevelpipeline,thedifferenceshallbelessthan5%ofexteriordiameterofpipebeforefabrication.b)SHB、SHC及SHD級管道應(yīng)小于彎制前管子外徑的8%。b)ForSHB,SHCandSHDlevelpipelines,itshallbelessthan8%ofexteriordiameterofpipebeforefabrication.6.1.6彎管制作后,直管段中心線偏差△不得大于1.5mm/m,且不得大于5mm。6.1.6 Afterfabricationofelbowpipe,deviationofcentrallineofstraightsection△can’tbelargerthan1.5mm/mand5mm.圖1彎管中心偏差Fig1.Centraldeviationofelbowpipe6.1.7鋼管熱彎或冷彎后的熱解決,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:6.1.7 Afterhotorcoolbending,heattreatmentofsteelpipeshallmeetfollowingspecifications:a)
鋼管的熱彎溫度與彎后熱解決應(yīng)按表3的規(guī)定進行,表中未列入的鋼號,按該材料供貨狀態(tài)的規(guī)定進行;a)Hotbendingtemperatureandheattreatmentofsteelpipeshallmeettable3.Steelpipenotlistedinshallmeettherequirementindeliverystateofthematerial.b)
鋼管冷彎后的熱解決應(yīng)按表4的規(guī)定進行;b)Aftercoldbending,heattreatmentofsteelpipeshallbecarriedoutaccordingtotable4.c)公稱直徑大于100mm或壁厚大于13mm的鐵素體合金鋼管彎制后,應(yīng)進行消除應(yīng)力的熱解決;c)Afterbendingofferriticalloysteelpipewhosenominaldiameterislargerthan100mmorwallthicknessislargerthan13mm,heattreatmentforstressreliefshallbecarriedout.d)有應(yīng)力腐蝕的冷彎彎管,應(yīng)作消除應(yīng)力的熱解決;d)Heattreatmentforrelievingofstressshallbedoneforcoldbendingelbowpipehavingstresscorrosion.e)熱解決時的加熱速度、恒溫時間、冷卻速度應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范7.4.9條的規(guī)定。e)Heatingrate,timeofconstanttemperature,coolingrateforheattreatmentshallmeetClause7.4.9intheSpecification.表3鋼管熱彎溫度及熱解決Table3HotBendingTemperatureandHeatTreatmentofSteelPipe鋼種或鋼號Steeltypeorgrade熱彎溫度Hotbendingtemperature℃熱解決規(guī)定Requirementforheattreatment10,20750~1050終彎溫度小于900℃,且壁厚大于等于19mm時,進行600℃~650℃回火。16Mn900~105012CrMo15CrMo800~1050900
