四、重點批一批

摒除傳統(tǒng)的由教師課后全批的評改方式，評改作文可以采用很多種科學有效的方法，如全批、面批、學生自批互批、課堂即做即批、重點范例引批等等。其中我認為最重要的是面批，葉圣陶先生指出：“給學生改作文，最有效的辦法是面批”。面批可以是一對一、也可以是一對幾，抓住機會對學生本次作文或者*時作文時出現(xiàn)的問題進行指導，比如字體潦草、詞匯出錯、語法混亂、態(tài)度不端正等等，這樣面對面的評改不僅能體現(xiàn)因材施教的教學原則，還能增強師生之間的情感交流，有效地激發(fā)學生的寫作動機。
