InChina,sincetheTD-SCDMAusesasmartantenna,itmakesademandforafinerresearchonthecomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategy,inareassuchasPC,DCA,andHC.Tome,anewstarterinthecompany,itwasarealtheresearchteamwasnew,itlackedengineeringdataandpracticalexperience,althoughtheequipmentofthelabwasquiteadvanced.Itwasonlyaftermuchlibraryresearch,thinking,andconsultationwithexpertsdidIfindaRRMcomputationmethodsuitableforasmartantenna.BecauseasmartantennahasitsadvantagesofamoreaccurateVElocatingandreducedsearchingareas,thiscomputationmethodeffectivelylowersthecomplexityoftheswitchingprocessanditsfailurerate.DuringthetimewhenIworkedfortheproject,Ioftenstayedupseveraldaysinarolltoperfectalabtest.ButIalsoderivedanenormoussenseofsatisfactionandfulfillmentafterovercomingobstacles,whichmorethancompensatedthepainsanddifficultiesthatIhadtogothrough.
Therapiddevelopmentofmobiletelecommunicationtechnologyplacesahighdemandonprofessionalsworkinginthisfield.Toacertainextent,ithastobealaboroflove.Mykeeninterestinmobiletelecommunicationsemanatedfromtheconceptof“personalcommunication.”DuringmyundergraduateyearsattheNorthwestUniversityofIndustry,Ispentmuchofmysparetimebrowsingoverprofessionalpublicationsandjournals,tokeepmyselfabreastofcurrentdevelopments.Theconceptof“personalcommunication”Iencounteredduringthisprocessimpressedmeimmensely.Asystemof“personalcommunication”isonethatallowstheusertocommunicateatanytime,anyplace,toanyone,andinanypaintedsuchabeautifulofpictureofafuturesocietythatIbecamefullyconvincedthatitisasubjectwellworthmylifelongpursuit.ThiswaswhyIchoseMobileTelecommunicationsasmyareaofspecializationinthegraduateprogram.Asagraduatestudent,Icompletedseveralresearchandsuccessfully,including,forinstance,“TurboCodeandtheApplicationofItsCodingConcept.”Inshortframeconditions,theTurboCode,withitsimprovedapplicationinengineering,seemstohaveabrightfutureinreal-timevoice-dataservice(Pleaseseetheattachedarticle).Aftercompletingmygraduatedegree,IenteredDatangGroup,apioneerinChina’ssoftwaredevelopment.HereIdidsoftwaredesignfortheswitchcontroltemplateusedattheRNCequipmentfortheTD-SCDMAsystem,anddevelopedaswitchingcomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategy.IwentthroughtheentireprocessofsoftwaredesignfortheswitchcontroltemplatefortheRNCequipment,fromtopicanalysistotheprojectoutlineandthentoactualprogramwriting.

一、費(fèi)用介紹
首都巴黎的費(fèi)用會(huì)比其他城市貴上很多,宿舍一般收費(fèi)都在300歐左右,而基礎(chǔ)的合租一般也需要400-500歐,有比較好的環(huán)境,安全也會(huì)得到保障,會(huì)成為不少學(xué)生的選擇。

二、學(xué)生宿舍
提供宿舍的學(xué)校不少但是供應(yīng)量比較低,因?yàn)槭艿搅说赜虻南拗疲瑢W(xué)校的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大后,招生變多了難以滿(mǎn)足所有人的需求,而且很多宿舍還比較老舊,并不是所有學(xué)生都愿意住。
不過(guò)價(jià)格是非常劃算的,因?yàn)檫€會(huì)有政府的補(bǔ)貼,雖然在環(huán)境規(guī)模上會(huì)差一些,但是大家的生活會(huì)更便利,至少大家不需要額外進(jìn)行其他的準(zhǔn)備,租金200-300歐。
三、合租公寓
租房建議選擇安全比較有保障的公寓,一般會(huì)有統(tǒng)一的管理,對(duì)出入人員的檢查是比較嚴(yán)格的,而且房屋內(nèi)部有問(wèn)題可以直接找物業(yè),反饋會(huì)比較快,大家基本上不需要擔(dān)心生活的問(wèn)題。
而基礎(chǔ)的配置,也是相對(duì)統(tǒng)一而且齊全的,衛(wèi)浴廚房會(huì)配有,而且會(huì)有單獨(dú)的臥室,入住的人越多越便宜,但是一定要遵守規(guī)定,房租基本也在400-600歐之間。
四、寄宿家庭

CV和Resume是兩回事。維基是這么解釋兩者的關(guān)系的:

而總結(jié)兩者的區(qū)別,則是:

3、CV因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)度長(zhǎng),排版布局的時(shí)候字號(hào)一般都比較大(以11、12為主),行距也較寬,主要是為了讓人看著更輕松。而Resume排版則需緊密,字號(hào)稍微小一點(diǎn),多以9、10、11號(hào)字為主。
二、CV包含哪些部分以及需要注意的點(diǎn)
CV一般包括下面幾個(gè)板塊:
1、個(gè)人信息Personalinformation
包括:姓名、聯(lián)系方式(電話(huà)、郵件、地址)。
這一部分通??梢苑旁陧?yè)眉。需要注意幾點(diǎn):
1)電話(huà)加區(qū)號(hào)是常識(shí)。
2)郵件盡量隨國(guó)外習(xí)慣,注冊(cè)Gmail或Hotmail,不要用QQ之類(lèi)的,另外注意設(shè)置取消屏蔽選項(xiàng),否則收到的回復(fù)郵件有可能會(huì)被系統(tǒng)當(dāng)成垃圾郵件。
3)地址用常用地址。
2、教育背景Educationbackground
包括:學(xué)位、專(zhuān)業(yè)、就讀院校、入學(xué)時(shí)間和畢業(yè)時(shí)間、GPA等信息。
可以遵循亮點(diǎn)突出原則:
如果是985/211乃至C9以上層次的學(xué)校需要重點(diǎn)標(biāo)注;
學(xué)校名字和專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)一定要首字母大寫(xiě),英文名稱(chēng)有官方用語(yǔ)就用官方用語(yǔ);
專(zhuān)業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)比較靠前的話(huà)也可以標(biāo)注;
關(guān)于時(shí)間。按照英文簡(jiǎn)歷的習(xí)慣,將時(shí)間寫(xiě)在事件之后。這樣做的目的是凸顯事件。至于經(jīng)歷的順序,一般是先寫(xiě)最近的,再往前推。比如:

2)有關(guān)GPA的寫(xiě)法。
高GPA可以直接放(比如90/100,或者以上);
低GPA一般建議不放(比如80/100,或者以下);
如果GPA的整體趨勢(shì)是向上的,后期GPA不錯(cuò),可列后期的GPA;
排名高(如10%)可以強(qiáng)調(diào)排名;
轉(zhuǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生可以重點(diǎn)標(biāo)出學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的先修課程;
需要注意的是,一些同學(xué)的GPA低不是因?yàn)槌煽?jī)不好,而是學(xué)校評(píng)分體系嚴(yán)格。這種情況需要大家去學(xué)校的教務(wù)處,讓學(xué)校開(kāi)一份排名證明的文件,連同成績(jī)單一并發(fā)給學(xué)校。
3)關(guān)于課程。一般建議不寫(xiě)課程,因?yàn)槌煽?jī)單上面能看見(jiàn),而且通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)課名稱(chēng),就能大概知道你是否具備相關(guān)的專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。
