2.違約行為：pledgor未能履行其在協(xié)議項(xiàng)下的任何其他義務(wù)。

3.違約行為：pledgor未能維持足夠的保險(xiǎn)覆蓋。

4.違約行為：pledgor未能遵守相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)或規(guī)章制度。

5.違約行為：pledgor未能維護(hù)其對(duì)公司pledgedshares的所有權(quán)，出現(xiàn)liens、encumbrances或claims。三、法律名詞及解釋：1.質(zhì)押（Pledge）：債務(wù)人或第三方將其財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)利轉(zhuǎn)移給債權(quán)人作為債務(wù)的擔(dān)保。
