Ifthemodulesarerequiredtobestoredtemporarily,theyshouldbestoredunderdryandventilatedconditions;如果需要暫時(shí)存放組件，則應(yīng)將組件存儲(chǔ)在干燥通風(fēng)的環(huán)境中；Unpackingmustbecarriedoutbytwoormorepersonsatthesametime.Itisforbiddentopullthewiresorjunctionboxesofthemodulestocarrythemodules.Handlingthemodulesrequirestwoormorepeoplewithnon-slipgloves;doNOThandlethemodulesinanoverheadwayorstackthemodules;拆包時(shí)，必須由2個(gè)或2個(gè)以上人員同時(shí)操作，禁止拉扯組件的導(dǎo)線或接線盒來(lái)搬運(yùn)組件，搬運(yùn)組件時(shí)應(yīng)由2個(gè)人以上帶防滑手套同時(shí)手持組件搬運(yùn)；禁止頭頂組件搬運(yùn)；禁止堆疊組件；DoNOTputthemodulesinaplacethatisnotsupportedorfixed;禁止將組件置于無(wú)可靠支撐或未固定的環(huán)境下；DoNOTallowthemodulestocomeincontactwithsharp-pointedobjectivestopreventthemfromscratches,avoidingadirectimpactonthesafetyofmodules.禁止組件與尖銳物接觸，劃痕，以免直接影響組件的安全性；MAKERSONOUTERPACKAGING包裝標(biāo)示說(shuō)明3.1.1DoNOTdiscardthemodulesatwill;specialrecyclingisrequired禁止組件隨意丟棄，需要專門回收3.1.2Modulesshallbekeptdry,notexposingtotherainormoisture禁止組件淋雨或者受潮3.1.3Modulesincartonarefragile,whichshallbehandledwithcare紙箱中的組件為易碎物品，搬運(yùn)時(shí)應(yīng)小心輕放3.1.4Thepackagingshallbetransportedupright包裝在運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)豎直向上3.1.5DoNOTsteponthepackageandmodule禁止在包裝箱和組件上面踩踏3.1.6Thecartoncanberecycled紙箱可循環(huán)再利用3.1.7Modulesshallbestackedasrequired,notexceedingthemaximumnumberoflayersprintedontheouterpackaging.(n=2meansnomorethantwolayersandn=3meansnomorethanthreelayers)堆疊組件時(shí)請(qǐng)勿超過(guò)外包裝箱上印刷標(biāo)志的最高層數(shù)限制，（n=2時(shí)，最多堆碼2層；n=3時(shí)，最多堆碼3層）3.1.8Onemoduleshallbehandledbytwopersonstogether一塊組件需由2個(gè)人同時(shí)搬運(yùn)UNLOADINGWARNNING卸貨注意事項(xiàng)3.2.1Usethecorrect(aspicture)liftingfixturetohandle,nomorethan2palletsforonetimelifting.Beforelifting,pleaseconfirmwhetherthetrayandthecartonaredamagedandthehoistingropeisfirmandsolidornot.Beforeliftingtouchdown,twopersonsshallsupportattwosidesoftherightingcartongentlytoputitonarelativelyflatplace.使用合理的吊裝治具，吊裝一次性最多允許2托組件。吊裝前應(yīng)確認(rèn)托盤和紙箱是否有破損及吊裝的繩索是否結(jié)實(shí)、牢固。吊裝快著地時(shí)，兩人一人一邊扶正紙箱輕3.2.2Iftheconditionpermits,useaforklifttoremovethemodulefromthetruck請(qǐng)使用叉車將組件從貨車上卸下來(lái)Putthemoduleonthelevelground輕放在項(xiàng)目地相對(duì)平坦的位置上。將組件放置于水平地面上.3.2.3Storethemoduleinadryandventilatedplace將組件放置在通風(fēng)干燥處3.2.4Nostackingthemodulesattheprojectsite.禁止在項(xiàng)目地將組件堆碼.3.2.5Coverthemodulewithwaterproofclothtopreventitfrommoisture使用遮雨布蓋住組件，防止組件受潮SECONDARYTRANSPORTWARNNING二次運(yùn)輸及注意事項(xiàng)3.3.1DoNOTremovetheoriginalpackagingifthemodulesrequirelong-distancetransportorlong-termstorage.如果組件需要長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸或長(zhǎng)期存儲(chǔ)，請(qǐng)不要拆除原包裝。3.3.2Thefinishedpackagecanbetransportedbyland,seaorair.Duringtransport,makesurethatthepackageisfixedtotheshippingplatformwithoutmoving.包裝的成品可以通過(guò)陸運(yùn)、海運(yùn)、或空運(yùn)進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸。在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中：請(qǐng)將包裝箱固定在運(yùn)輸平臺(tái)上，確保包裝不會(huì)翻滾。（以陸運(yùn)為例）3.3.3Transport:stackingnomorethantwolayersbytrucknormally;運(yùn)輸：正常卡車運(yùn)輸時(shí)，最多2層疊加后運(yùn)輸；3.3.4Onelayerstackingfortransportisonlyallowedatprojectsite項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)托運(yùn)，只允許1層運(yùn)輸。3.3.5Notransportorhandlingbypedi-cabasbelow;禁止三輪車轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)；3.3.6Nohandlingthemodulewithrope禁止用繩子背組件3.3.7Nocarryingthemodulesonthebackofoneperson;禁止單人背組件；STORAGE存儲(chǔ)DoNOTexposethemodulestorainormoisture.Storethefinishedproductinaventilated,waterproofanddryplace.禁止淋雨或者受潮，請(qǐng)將包裝的成品置于通風(fēng)、防雨和干燥的地方。DoNOTremovetheoriginalpackagingifthemodulerequireslong-distancetransportorlong-termstorage.如果組件需要長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸或長(zhǎng)期存儲(chǔ)，請(qǐng)不要拆除包裝。60-cellmoduleand72–cellmodulesStackingnomorethan2layers(moisture＜85%,temperatureintherangefrom-20°Cto+50°C)60片組件和72片最多堆碼2層（濕度＜85%；溫度：-20°C~+50°C）UNPACKINGINTRODUCTION拆包說(shuō)明UNPACKINGSAFETY拆包安全：Asforoutdoorsunpacking,itisprohibitedtooperateinrainyconditions.Becausethecartonwillbecomesoftanddamagedafteritgetswetintherain.ThePVmodules(hereinafterreferredtoas"modules")insidethepalletwillrelease,whichmaycausedamageorinjurytopersonnel.在戶外拆箱時(shí)，禁止在下雨的條件下作業(yè)。因?yàn)榧埾淞苡旰髸?huì)變軟散開，里面的光伏組件（下文簡(jiǎn)稱“組件”）會(huì)脫出造成損壞或者砸傷人員。Ifthereiswindatsite,itisnecessarytopayspecialattentiontosafety;especiallyinhighwindconditions,itisNOTrecommendedtotransportthemodules,andtheunpackedmodulesshallbefixedproperly.如果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有風(fēng)，需要特別注意安全，尤其是大風(fēng)的情況下，建議不要搬運(yùn)組件，并且妥善固定好已拆開包裝的組件。Theworksurfaceisrequiredtobeleveltoensurethatthepackagecanbeplacedstably,avoidingdumping.作業(yè)地面需要保證包裝箱能夠水平穩(wěn)定的放置，避免傾倒。Wearprotectiveglovesduringunpackingtoavoidhandinjuryandfingerprintsontheglasssurface.拆箱過(guò)程中請(qǐng)佩戴保護(hù)手套，避免傷手和在玻璃面留下指印。Moduleinformationandunpackinginstructionscanbefoundontheouterpackage.Pleasereadtheinstructionsbeforeunpacking.外包裝可查詢組件信息和拆包作業(yè)指導(dǎo)，請(qǐng)?jiān)诓鸢霸敿?xì)閱讀拆包說(shuō)明。Eachmoduleshallbehandledbytwopersons.Itisforbiddentopullthewiresorjunctionboxesofthemodulestocarrythemodule.Nopullingthelongsidetotakeoutthemodule.每塊組件需要2個(gè)人抬，抬組件時(shí)，禁止拉扯接線盒；禁止抓住長(zhǎng)邊取出組件UNPACKINGSTEP拆包步驟：4.2.1Beforeunpacking,pleasechecktheproductname,serialnumberandrelatedsuggestionsontheA4paper.Pleasereadtheunpackinginstructionscar
