aninclusiveandrespectfulcampusculture,enhancestudents'awarenessofgenderequalityandeliminategenderdiscriminationbyorganizingmulticulturalactivitiesandsettingupgenderequalitypublicityboards.05ChallengeandcountermeasuresCulturalandtraditionalresistanceCulturalResistancetoGenderEqualityCulturaltraditionsoftenshowaresistancetogenderequality,whichusuallyoriginatesfromthedeepsocialstructureandhistoricalbackground.Forexample,insomesocieties,male-dominatededucationalmodelsandcareerchoicesaretakenforgranted,whilewomen'sparticipationintheseareasisquestionedandhindered.EducationalInstitutions'ResistancetoChangeFamilyandCommunityResistanceEducationalinstitutionsthemselvesmaybeconservativeabouttheadvancementofgenderequality.Someschoolsandteachersmayresistnewteachingmethodsandpoliciesforfearthatchangingtheexistingeducationmodelwillaffectacademicachievementorstudentwell-being.Thisinternalresistanceneedstobeovercomegraduallybyprovidingtrainingandsupport.Familyandcommunityattitudesarealsoimportantfactorsinfluencinggenderchange.Manyparentsandcommunitymembersmayholdprejudicesagainstgirls'participationinhighereducationorincertainprofessionsbasedontraditionalbeliefsorculturalpractices,therebyhinderingtheirdevelopmentopportunities.010203Unevendistributionofresources010203ResourceAllocationGapGlobally,thereisasignificantimbalanceinthedistributionofeducationalresources.Thereisahugegapbetweenrichcountriesandpoorregionsintheinvestmentofeducationalresources,whichleadstotheinequalityofeducationalopportunitiesandquality,andaffectsstudents'academicachievementsanddevelopmentopportunities.TheimpactofgenderdifferencesUnequaldistributionofresourceshasadirectimpactongenderdifferences.Girlstypicallyunderperforminsubjectssuchaslanguagesandmathematics,whichmaybedueinparttotheirlowerexposuretoscienceandtechnology-relatededucationalresources.Thisinequalitylimitstheirlearningopportunitiesandcareerdevelopment.EconomicBurdenandEducationalOpportunityThehighcostofeducationisanimportantfactorintheunequaldistributionofresources.Insomecountries,tuitionfeesareahugeburdenforstudentswithpoorfamilyeconomicconditions,whichdirectlylimitstheiropportunitiestoreceivehighereducationandintensifiessocialclasssolidification.06FutureoutlookandrecommendationsContinuousmonitoringandevaluationInternationalcooperationhasbeenstrengthenedInternationalEducationCooperationPlatformBybuildingaplatformforin
