引言

直流輸電是實現(xiàn)高電壓、大容量、遠距離送電的重要手段,受制于電源位置、環(huán)境等因素,部分站點

建于高原區(qū)域,具有高海拔、高電壓等級特征,與低海拔同型電氣設(shè)備相比,在結(jié)構(gòu)、高度、長度、質(zhì)量方

面有明顯差異,體現(xiàn)為更高、更長、更重、更柔,對高地震烈度區(qū)設(shè)備的抗震性能提出更嚴苛的要求。為

使該類換流站電氣設(shè)備的抗震設(shè)計、建模計算、試驗及評估有所遵循,特制定GB/T42558《高原用換流

站電氣設(shè)備抗震技術(shù)》。

GB/T42558擬由六個部分構(gòu)成。

——第1部分:抗震試驗及評價導(dǎo)則。目的在于確立適用于高原用高地震烈度區(qū)域換流站內(nèi)電氣

設(shè)備抗震試驗的總體要求及評價原則。

——第2部分:抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范。目的在于規(guī)定高原用換流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備抗震設(shè)計總體要求、電氣

設(shè)備的抗震設(shè)計、設(shè)備耦聯(lián)連接的抗震設(shè)計、設(shè)備抗震構(gòu)造措施。

——第3部分:減隔震設(shè)計規(guī)范。目的在于規(guī)定高原用換流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備的減震和隔震設(shè)計計算

方法、減震和隔震裝置選擇、構(gòu)造要求。

——第4部分:設(shè)備選型規(guī)范。目的在于指導(dǎo)高原用換流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備的選型,提升電氣設(shè)備的

抗震性能。

——第5部分:設(shè)備運維導(dǎo)則。目的在于為運行人員更好地開展高原用換流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備的監(jiān)

測、巡視、評價、檢修運維等工作提供標準依據(jù)。

——第6部分:地震監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)范。目的在于規(guī)定高原地震監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的適用范圍、監(jiān)測對象

與布設(shè)、監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的組成與技術(shù)要求、監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的測試、安裝與驗收、監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的管理與維護、

監(jiān)測記錄的存儲與處理要求。

第3部分:減隔震設(shè)計規(guī)范

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了高原地區(qū)新建、改建和擴建換流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備減震和隔震設(shè)計要求,描述了相應(yīng)驗

證方法。

本文件適用于±400kV及以上電壓等級,海拔1000m~5000m,抗震設(shè)防烈度6度~9度地區(qū)換

流站內(nèi)電氣設(shè)備減震和隔震設(shè)計和驗證。

其他變電站/換流站工程的電氣設(shè)備減震和隔震設(shè)計參照使用。
