1.PositionandResponsibilities

7.Confidentiality
Duringthecourseofyouremployment,youmayhaveaccesstosensitiveinformation.Youarerequiredtomaintainstrictconfidentialityandnotdiscloseanyinformationthatcouldharm[YourClubName]oritsmembers.
8.Non-CompeteClause
Duringyouremploymentwith[YourClubName]andforaperiodof[numberofmonths/years]aftertermination,youagreenottoengageinanycompetitivebusinessthatcouldharm[YourClubName]'sinterests.
9.Indemnification
Youagreetoindemnifyandhold[YourClubName]harmlessfromanyclaims,damages,orlegalfeesarisingfromyouractionsoromissionswhileperformingyourdutiesunderthiscontract.
10.EntireAgreement
Thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetween[YourClubName]and[Employee'sName],supersedinganyprioragreements,whetherwrittenororal.
