前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T15688—2008《動(dòng)植物油脂不溶性雜質(zhì)含量的測定》,與GB/T15688—2008相比,

除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容變化如下:

a)增加了不適用范圍(見第1章)。

本文件等同采用ISO663:2017《動(dòng)植物油脂不溶性雜質(zhì)含量的測定》。

請(qǐng)注意本文件的某些內(nèi)容可能涉及專利。本文件的發(fā)布機(jī)構(gòu)不承擔(dān)識(shí)別專利的責(zé)任。

1范圍

本文件描述了動(dòng)植物油脂中不溶性雜質(zhì)含量的測定方法。

本文件適用于動(dòng)植物油脂。如果皂類(特別是鈣皂)或氧化脂肪酸不作為不溶性雜質(zhì)含量進(jìn)行計(jì)

算,采用不同的溶劑和操作方法,使不溶性雜質(zhì)含量的測定符合相關(guān)要求。

本文件不適用于乳及乳制品(指從乳及乳制品中提煉的油脂)。

3術(shù)語和定義

下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

不溶性雜質(zhì)含量insolubleimpuritiescontent

在本文件規(guī)定的條件下不溶于正己烷或石油醚的物質(zhì)及外來雜質(zhì)的量。

注1:含量用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)表示。

注2:這些雜質(zhì)包括機(jī)械雜質(zhì)、礦物質(zhì)、碳水化合物、含氮化合物、各種樹脂、鈣皂、氧化脂肪酸、脂肪酸內(nèi)酯和

(部分)堿皂、羥基脂肪酸及其甘油酯等。

4原理

用過量正己烷或石油醚溶解試樣,對(duì)所得溶液進(jìn)行過濾。再用同樣的溶劑沖洗殘留物和濾紙,使其

在103℃下干燥至恒重。

5試劑

警示─應(yīng)采用處理危險(xiǎn)品的操作規(guī)則,遵循各種技術(shù)、組織及個(gè)人的安全措施。
