Wearethrilledtohaveyouexpressinterestinbecomingafranchiseeof[YourCompanyName].Webelievethatyourcommitmentanddedicationwillbeagreatadditiontoourgrowingfamilyofsuccessfulfranchisees.

1.GrantofFranchise

2.TermofAgreement

YouagreetousetheCompany'strademarks,tradenames,andservicemarksintheoperationoftheFranchisedBusiness,andtocomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsregardingtheuseofsuchintellectualproperty.

7.QualityControlandStandards

Youagreetomaintainthehigheststandardsofquality,cleanliness,andserviceintheoperationoftheFranchisedBusiness,andtocomplywithalloperationalproceduresandstandardsestablishedbytheCompany.

8.Termination

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticeoftermination,intheeventofamaterialbreachofanyprovisionofthisAgreementbytheotherparty,orintheeventofbankruptcyorinsolvencyofeitherparty.

9.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof[State],withoutregardtoitsconflictoflawsprinciples.

10.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireunderstandingbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterhereof.
