篇3：訪問學(xué)者邀請函一、國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者通過學(xué)習(xí)和工作，接觸和了解本學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)前沿動態(tài)，加深基礎(chǔ)理論，拓寬知識面，提高學(xué)術(shù)水平，為回原單位后發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人或?qū)W術(shù)骨干的作用打下基礎(chǔ)。

二、國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者必須具備堅實的基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識，有較強的獨立從事教學(xué)和科研工作的能力，并具有一定的實踐經(jīng)驗，一般應(yīng)是副教授。

三、接受國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者的單位應(yīng)有博士導(dǎo)師或?qū)W術(shù)造詣較深的教授擔(dān)任指導(dǎo)教師，科研工作開展較好，在實驗設(shè)備、圖書資料等方面有較好的條件，一般應(yīng)是有博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的學(xué)科點或國家投資重點建設(shè)的實驗室。

四、國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下，以參加科研為主，協(xié)助指導(dǎo)研究生、參加編寫教材或其他教學(xué)工作，導(dǎo)師全面負(fù)責(zé)培養(yǎng)工作。期限一般為半年至一年。

五、申請接受訪問學(xué)者的單位，應(yīng)將接受的學(xué)科、條件、課題內(nèi)容、指導(dǎo)教師，以及對接受對象的具體要求等報國家教委教師管理辦公室審核同意后，在《中國教育報》上刊登。在本人申請，單位推薦的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)訪問學(xué)者本人和指導(dǎo)教師協(xié)商之后，由接受學(xué)校確定。

六、接受學(xué)校應(yīng)按不低于博士研究生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供學(xué)習(xí)、工作條件，盡可能地創(chuàng)造良好的'學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。選送單位也要盡可能地給予訪問學(xué)者各方面的支持和幫助。

七、訪問學(xué)者報到后，應(yīng)在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下，根據(jù)選派學(xué)校原定課題方向，迅速制訂學(xué)習(xí)和工作的具體計劃，并切實按照計劃完成預(yù)定任務(wù)。導(dǎo)師應(yīng)按照計劃檢查執(zhí)行情況，并寫出考核意見。

八、訪問學(xué)者在工作學(xué)習(xí)期間要遵守接受單位教師所應(yīng)遵守的規(guī)章制度。訪問學(xué)者參加科學(xué)研究工作所取得的科研成果的有關(guān)問題，接受單位應(yīng)視其所起的作用按照有關(guān)規(guī)定協(xié)商解決。接受單位應(yīng)視訪問學(xué)者擔(dān)負(fù)工作任務(wù)的情況付給適當(dāng)津貼。

九、接受單位要把接受國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者工作列入學(xué)校工作計劃，由一名副校長分管，加強管理工作。選送學(xué)校要根據(jù)本校師資培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃，認(rèn)真做好選送工作，與接受單位密切配合，以保實效。

十、接受國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者的單位，可根據(jù)本《試行辦法》制訂實施細(xì)則。
