前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T23106—2008《家用和類似用途毛發(fā)護(hù)理器具的性能測(cè)試方法》,與GB/T23106—

2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

——增加了風(fēng)量、負(fù)離子干發(fā)器的負(fù)離子濃度、直發(fā)器的拉力、使用壽命試驗(yàn)的測(cè)試方法(見5.5、

5.7、5.8和5.10);

——更改了加熱時(shí)間、溫度、干燥速率、跌落試驗(yàn)等測(cè)試方法(見5.3、5.4、5.6和5.9,2008年版的

6.4、6.5、6.7和6.9)。

本文件等同采用IEC61855:2022《家用和類似用途毛發(fā)護(hù)理器具性能測(cè)試方法》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動(dòng):

——納入IEC61855:2022/COR1:2024技術(shù)勘誤的干燥速率確定的有關(guān)內(nèi)容;

——調(diào)整了5.5的結(jié)構(gòu),增加了條標(biāo)題及公式編號(hào);

——為便于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理解與使用,刪除了不符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的注,增加或更改了部分注;

——?jiǎng)h除了資料性附錄B“供應(yīng)商地址”。
