1.1AssistanceinselectingsuitableoverseaseducationinstitutionsbasedonPartyB'sacademicbackground,interests,andcareergoals;

1.2Guidanceontheapplicationprocessforoverseaseducationinstitutions,includingpreparationofapplicationmaterials,submissionofapplications,andfollow-upcommunicationwithinstitutions;

1.3Assistanceinobtainingnecessarydocumentationandvisasforstudyingabroad;

1.4Ongoingsupportandcounselingthroughouttheeducationprocess.

2.FeesandPaymentTerms

2.1TheContractorshallchargePartyBafeeof[Amount]fortheservicesprovidedunderthisContract.Thefeeshallbepaidinaccordancewiththefollowingterms:
