5.ForceMajeure

Intheeventofanycausebeyondthereasonablecontrolofeitherparty,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,labordisputes,governmentregulations,andotherunforeseenevents,thepartyaffectedshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwritingandshallbeexcusedfromperformingitsobligationsunderthisContracttotheextentoftheeffectofsuchcause.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
