the9postgraduateswereactuallyonthe4thdayoftheirorientationprogrammeincfsg,theyareabouttograduatewithmasterdegreefromtopuniversitiesarounddifferentplaces,passed3levelsofinterviews,finallytheywereconsideredascandidateswiththeopportunityof2months’orientationprogramme.candidateswere
takencarebythe4staffsinthecfsg,whoarethetrainersfromthehumanresourcedepartment.afteranhours’driving,theteamarriveddafushanparkinthesouthofguangzhou.iwasoneofthecandidates.thenwehiredbicyclesandrideeitherinpairsorindividuallyinthepark.althoughitwasinwinter,theweatherwasperfectlyfine,sunnyandwarm.theskywasrrrwmblue,thesunshinewasnice,andwindwasgentle.after20minutes’riding,wearrivedaplacebyalake;therewereflowersnearby;colourslikered,greenandyellowunfoldedabeautifulnature.
despiteenjoyingsuchfascinatingviews,westartedthe1stpartoftheteamworklearning:efficientmunication.thegroupweredividedinto5pairs,2membersineachpair,oneineachpairwasrequiredtocoverhis/hereyeswithaneyepatch,andtheotherhadthetaskofguidinghis/herpartnerwithvoiceandbodymunication.thenlisawhoisoneofthetrainerswalkedrandomly,eachpairwasrequiredtofollowlisa’sstepinroundone.however,inroundtwoeachpairmemberchangedtheirposition,.rrrwmfollowingallthesamerulesbutwithouttheaidofbodytouch.allpairsperformed
wellinroundone;whileinroundtwo,somefelldownandsomefinishedthetaskquitesatisfactorily.wediscussedourown
understandingthroughtheexperiment,andweconcludedtheimportanceofefficientmunicationintermsofachievingoverallteamobjective.whenplayingasaleader,correctandimmediate
informationshouldbeprovidedinaccordanceofspecificconditions.whenbeingleaded,mutualtrustaswellasacceptingtheinformationwhattheleaderprovidedshouldbeputaheadofeverything.basedonsuchconcept,theonewhoisbeingleadedcan,fromsomeextentmakemoreformaldecision.however,paredtoroundonewiththeassistanceofbodymunication;inroundtwo,whenthereisnoguiderbeside,cooperationbecamequitetough,leadersaresuggestedtothinkaboutthepositionoftheonebeingleaded.

plex,andevencaninfluencethegoaloftheteam.coordinatedworksinvolvesincooperationandevensacrifice.
