1.2編制范圍

本方案適用于新建鄭州至濟(jì)南鐵路山東段站前工程ZJTLSG-2標(biāo)茌平特大橋(左線)

G段跨S706(40+56+40)m連續(xù)梁施工。

2工程概況

2.1工程概況

新建鄭州至濟(jì)南鐵路山東段站前工程ZJTLSG-2標(biāo)段五分部位于山東省聊城市東昌

府區(qū)境內(nèi),線路自北向南依次經(jīng)過閆寺街道、道口鋪街道、侯營(yíng)鎮(zhèn)等地區(qū)。正線里程

DK109+179.16(茌平特大橋左線905#橋墩)~DK119+508.91(跨316特大橋左線濟(jì)南

臺(tái)),正線線路長(zhǎng)度9.94公里。

茌平特大橋(左線)在第1009#、1010#墩跨越S706,交叉處鐵路里程為

DK112+573.91,線路與S706夾角為56°12′,1008#~1011#墩間設(shè)計(jì)采用1聯(lián)

(40+56+40)m連續(xù)梁進(jìn)行跨越,連續(xù)梁主墩位于河道邊坡,主墩基坑防護(hù)為鋼板樁防護(hù)。

1009#、1010#主墩墩身高度均為8m,墩柱結(jié)構(gòu)為坡比50:1,墩頂無托盤實(shí)體墩身。連

續(xù)梁梁面寬度為7.4m,底板寬度為4.4m。按照要求采用懸臂連續(xù)梁掛籃施工,主梁采

用C50高性能混凝土。

2.2工程施工條件

交通運(yùn)輸情況

本分部路所經(jīng)區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交錯(cuò),交通運(yùn)輸便利,線路經(jīng)過地區(qū)國(guó)道、省道四通八達(dá),

各縣鄉(xiāng)均有公路相通,村村通公路工程在各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)開展,村級(jí)公路大幅增加,并且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有

所提高,已形成由高速公路、國(guó)道、省道、縣級(jí)公路構(gòu)成的縱橫交錯(cuò)、多層次的公路網(wǎng)

絡(luò),為本分部材料運(yùn)輸提供了便利條件。

區(qū)域內(nèi)主要國(guó)道、省道有G309、S706、S804、S316、S258、S254;高速公路有

S706、德商高速公路;縣鄉(xiāng)、市政道路有X044、鳳凰路、閆梁路、聊鄭路、湖南路等。

省道路面寬度為約20m,縣鄉(xiāng)道路面寬度為7~14m,大部分道路為瀝青路面,部分土

質(zhì)鄉(xiāng)間路寬度在4~5m之間,經(jīng)過拓寬、整修后可以作為臨時(shí)便道加以利用。

1施工用水

施工用水采用灑水車運(yùn)送。

2施工用電

在DK112+100安裝500kVA變壓器1臺(tái)以滿足施工用電,施工用電從地方引入。

連續(xù)梁施工用電從DK112+100變壓器接出一個(gè)I級(jí)配電箱,電纜線路采用地埋方式,

電纜過路處需要穿鋼管保護(hù),埋設(shè)深度要符合要求避免出現(xiàn)電纜壓壞而導(dǎo)致短路、漏電。

3油燃料

施工所需油燃料可由當(dāng)?shù)厥凸竟?yīng)。

通信設(shè)施情況

區(qū)域內(nèi)通訊信號(hào)覆蓋良好。施工時(shí)可就近接設(shè)有線通信設(shè)施和并網(wǎng)當(dāng)?shù)責(zé)o線通信網(wǎng)

絡(luò)。

其他說明情況

1本分部沿線目前無典型的地方流行病,地方各級(jí)衛(wèi)生防疫系統(tǒng)健全,防治措施

行之有效。但由于流動(dòng)人口眾多,流感、甲肝、乙肝、等常見傳染病仍然存在,施工時(shí)

應(yīng)注意保持生活和生產(chǎn)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生,堅(jiān)持殺蟲滅鼠,注射流感、甲肝、乙肝等相應(yīng)疫苗。

2本分部沿線村莊密集,居民較多,該地區(qū)保留著較多的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化和傳統(tǒng)民

俗,施工期間應(yīng)尊重當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)俗習(xí)慣,遵守鄉(xiāng)規(guī)民約,處理好與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦年P(guān)系。

2.2.5工程地質(zhì)條件

橋址區(qū)地層為第四系全新統(tǒng)沖積層(Q4)黏土、粉質(zhì)黏土、粉土、粉砂、細(xì)砂,

第四系上更新統(tǒng)沖積層(Q3)黏土、粉質(zhì)黏土、粉土、粉砂,局部表覆第四系全新統(tǒng)

人工堆積層(Q4)素填土。

2.2.6水文地質(zhì)特征

地下水類型主要為第四系孔隙潛水,穩(wěn)定水位埋深為2.60~7.70m(高程為25.25~

29.57m),主要受大氣降水及地下水側(cè)向徑流補(bǔ)給,以蒸發(fā)、地下水側(cè)向徑流補(bǔ)給、下

層地下水入滲、淺層地下水人工等方式排泄。水位季節(jié)變化幅度1-3m,局部地段受人

工抽水影響,水位變幅大于3m。
