活方式,正在逐步成為中國(guó)公眾的新風(fēng)尚和潮流。近年來,在自上而下的政策引導(dǎo)和自下而上的新風(fēng)尚引領(lǐng)下,中國(guó)涌現(xiàn)出一批引導(dǎo)公眾積極參與綠色低碳行動(dòng)的優(yōu)秀解決方案。一些機(jī)構(gòu)特別是先鋒企業(yè)在積極引導(dǎo)公眾參與綠色行動(dòng)方面進(jìn)行了大量卓有成效的探索,涌現(xiàn)出一批有創(chuàng)意、有價(jià)值的解決方案。例如,國(guó)網(wǎng)江西電力聯(lián)合江西省能源局發(fā)起的“智·享節(jié)電”活動(dòng),通過創(chuàng)新機(jī)制引導(dǎo)城市居民節(jié)電,聚沙成塔構(gòu)建起一座“虛擬電廠”;螞蟻集團(tuán)發(fā)起的螞蟻森林項(xiàng)目,以數(shù)字化方式喚醒社會(huì)公眾的環(huán)保意SSVCOP29SDG的中國(guó)行動(dòng)”、全球可旨在通過深度剖析上述創(chuàng)新解決方案,從機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)與創(chuàng)新、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景與成效價(jià)值、經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示與國(guó)際推廣價(jià)值等維度展開研究與分析,為世界貢獻(xiàn)來自中國(guó)的氣候行動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方案啟發(fā)?!把┍罆r(shí)沒有一片雪花是無辜的。”共建美麗清潔世界!特別版點(diǎn)燃綠色星火特別版KindlingtheGreenSparksJoinMeinLow-CarbonActionsZengHongying,DeputyDirectorGeneralofCenterforEnvironmentalEducation&CommunicationsofMinistryofEcologyandEnvironment,ChinaInhisclassicworkExhortationtoLearning,theancientConfuciansageXunziwrote,journeyofonethousandmilescanneverbemadewithouttheaccumulationofeverysinglestep;anoceancanneverbevastwithoutthecontributionofeverysinglestreamandIntheurgentfightagainstclimatechange—abattlethatholdsthefateofhumanityinthebalance—theindividualcontributionmayseeminsignificant.Yet,ifeveryonecommitstoagreen,low-carbonlifestyle,theircollectiveeffortswillgenerateanimmensegreenforceforhumankind.Thegreenlifestyleiscloselyrelatedtothepublic’sdailynecessitiesandholdsgreatsignificance.TheAR6SynthesisReport:ClimateChange2023,releasedbytheIntergovernmentalPanelonClimateChange(IPCC),indicatesthatbehaviorchangesonthedemandside,suchastheadoptionoflow-carbonlifestylesbythepublic,havethepotentialtoreduceglobalcarbonemissionsbyapproximately40%to70%.Thepublicisnotonlythebeneficiaryofenvironmentalprotectionbutalsoakeyactorandmessengerinenvironmentalgovernance.Therefore,theUnitedNationsencourageseveryonetotakeactiontoprotectnature,combatclimatechange,andcareforourplanet.Itadvisesthepublictoenhanceenergyconservation,switchtocleanerhouseholdenergysources,choosesustainabletransportationmode,reduceconsumption,andextendthelifeofconsumergoodsthroughreuse,maintenance,andrecycling.Additionally,itadvocatesforincreasingvegetableintakewhileminimizingfoodwaste.TheChinesegovernmentprioritizesacomprehensivetransitiontoagreen,low-carbonsocietyandeconomy.Inrecentyears,aseriesofpolicydocumentshavebeenreleased,includingtheWorkingGuidanceforCarbonDioxidePeakingandCarbonNeutralityinFullandFaithfulImplementationoftheNewDevelopmentPhilosophy,theActionPlanforCarbonDioxidePeakingBefore2030,theOverallPlanforPromotingGreenLiving,theImplementationPlanforPromotingGreenConsumption,andtheGuidingOpinionsoftheStateCouncilonAcceleratingtheEstablishmentofaSoundEconomicSystemwithGreen,Low-carbonandCircularDevelopment.Theseinitiativesproposethedeepintegrationofgreenprinciplesacrossallconsumptionfields,advocatingforagreenlifestyleandmobilizingsocietytoparticipateinecologicalcivilizationconstruction,thusfosteringasocialatmospherethateveryonevaluesecologicalintegrityandcommitstoagreenlifestyleineveryaspectofeverydaylife.FrugalityhaslongbeenregardedasavirtueinChineseculture.“Whoknewthateachgrainofriceonyourplatecomesfromafarmer’stoil?”Thisline,knowntonearlyeveryChinesepersonfromchildhood,deeplyembedsthevalueoffrugalityinourheartsandintegratesitintoourdailylives.Asweconfrontclimatechange,theChinesepublicdemonstratesastrongwillingnesstotakegreenaction.Reports1indicatethatamongyoungpeopleinChina,approximatelytwooutofthreebelievethatlowcarbonisclosely1WhitePaperonLow-carbonLifeofChineseYouth2023,ChinaConsumptionTrendsReport2023
