2.COMMISSION

b.PartyAshallpromptlyrespondtoanyinquiriesorrequestsmadebyPartyBinconnectionwiththepromotionandsaleoftheGoods/Services.

c.PartyAshallensurethattheGoods/ServicesareofgoodqualityandconformtothespecificationsprovidedtoPartyB.

4.OBLIGATIONSOFPARTYB

a.PartyBshallusereasonableeffortstopromoteandselltheGoods/Services.

b.PartyBshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationobtainedfromPartyAtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.

c.PartyBshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmaycauseharmtothereputationorinterestsofPartyA.

5.TERMANDTERMINATION

7.DISPUTERESOLUTION
