6.WarrantiesandLiability

PartyAwarrantsthatthesamplessuppliedarefreefromanydefectsordeficiencies.Intheeventofanydefectsordeficiencies,PartyAshall,atitssolediscretion,eitherreplacethedefectivesamplesorrefundthepurchaseprice.

7.Termination

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchterminationisduetoabreachofthisContractbytheotherparty.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.ObligationsofPartyA
