訂貨信是商業(yè)交往中最常用的一種方式,通??梢詫懡o廠商、批發(fā)商、或零售商。根據(jù)訂貨數(shù)量的大小,公司通常用印好的訂單訂貨,而不是寫信。印好的表格比信更有效,花費(fèi)也少。訂貨的人要注意訂單要包括盡可能詳細(xì)的信息。
訂貨可以以信函的格式,也可以通過寄訂單表的方式。寫信時(shí)盡可能簡潔、全面、具體地說明信息。首先應(yīng)該讓讀者了解你是在訂貨而不是在詢價(jià)。例如,如果你訂貨數(shù)量多時(shí),用列表列出來。應(yīng)該盡可能具體地寫出訂貨信的內(nèi)容,比如數(shù)量,價(jià)格,訂單號,以及總金額,等等。還應(yīng)該解釋清楚你想以什么方式付款。提供的信息越全面,越不容易出錯。
