及監(jiān)測(cè)接口Ithastherecordfunctionofkeydataandkeymotionsoperations,itisalsoequippedwithmonitoringinterface.可靠性和安全性ReliabilityandSafety按照信號(hào)故障導(dǎo)向安全原則進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)Systemdesignshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththefailure-safetyprinciple.采用冗余結(jié)構(gòu)Redundantstructurehasbeenadopted.滿足電磁兼容性相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ComplianttorelevantstandardsofEMC(ElectroMagneticCompatibility).4.3CTCS體系結(jié)構(gòu)ArchitectureofCTCSCTCS的體系結(jié)構(gòu)按鐵路運(yùn)輸管理層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層、地面設(shè)備層和車載設(shè)備層配置ThearchitectureofCTCSisallocatedwithtrafficmanagementlayer,networktransmissionlayer,groundequipmentwaysideequipmentlayerandon-boardequipmentlayer.鐵路運(yùn)輸管理層TrafficManagementLayer網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層NetworkTransmissionLayer地面設(shè)備層GroundEquipmentWaysideequipmentLayer車載設(shè)備層On-boardEquipmentLayer4.3.1 鐵路運(yùn)輸管理層TrafficManagementLayer鐵路運(yùn)輸管理系統(tǒng)是行車指揮中心,以CTCS為行車安全保障基礎(chǔ),通過通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)列車運(yùn)行的控制和管理。Thetrafficmanagementsystemworksasanoperationcontrolcenter.WithCTCSasthesafeoperationbasis,thesystemcancontrolandmanagetheoperationoftrainsthroughcommunicationnetwork.4.3.2 網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層NetworkTransmissionLayerCTCS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分布在系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)層面,通過有線和無線通信方式實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸CTCSnetworkisdistributedonalllayersofthesystemanditrealizesdatatransmissionthroughwireandwirelesscommunication.4.3.3 地面設(shè)備層GroundEquipmentWaysideequipmentLayer地面設(shè)備層主要包括列控中心、軌道電路和點(diǎn)式設(shè)備、接口單元、無線通信模塊等。列控中心是地面設(shè)備的核心,根據(jù)行車命令、列車進(jìn)路、列車運(yùn)行狀況和設(shè)備狀態(tài),通過安全邏輯運(yùn)算,產(chǎn)生控車命令,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)運(yùn)行列車的控制。Thegroundequipmentwaysideequipmentlayermainlyincludestraincontrolcenter,trackcircuit,intermittentequipment,interfaceunit,wirelessradiocommunicationmodule,etc.Thetraincontrolcenteristhecoreofgroundwaysideequipments,whichgeneratestraincontrolcommandthroughsafetylogicaloperationinaccordanceoperationcommand,trainroute,trainrunningconditionandequipmentstatussoastorealizethecontrolovertorunningtrains.4.3.4 車載設(shè)備層On-boardEquipmentLayer車載設(shè)備層是對(duì)列車進(jìn)行操縱和控制的主體,具有多種控制模式,并能夠適應(yīng)軌道電路、點(diǎn)式傳輸和無線傳輸方式。車載設(shè)備層主要包括車載安全計(jì)算機(jī)、連續(xù)信息接收模塊、點(diǎn)式信息接收模塊、無線通信模塊、測(cè)速模塊、人機(jī)界面和記錄單元等。Theon-boardequipmentlayeristhemainbodyparttooperateandcontroltrains,whichhasmanycontrolmodesandisabletomeettheneedsofadapttotrackcircuit,intermittenttransmissionandwirelessradiotransmissionmode.Theon-boardequipmentlayerincludeson-boardsafecomputer,continuousinformationacceptancereceivingmodule,Intermittentinformationacceptancereceivingmodule,wirelessradiocommunicationmodule,speedmeasurementmodule,man-machineinterface,recordingunit,etc.4.4系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成SystemComposition4.4系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成SystemArchitecture4.4.1CTCS的構(gòu)建原則ConstructionPrincipleofCTCS參照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合國(guó)情,從需求出發(fā),按系統(tǒng)條件和功能劃分等級(jí)。CTCS體系的構(gòu)建原則是以地面設(shè)備為基礎(chǔ),車載與地面設(shè)備統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示。Withreferencetotheinternationalstandards,aswellasconsideringtheactualconditionofChina,WeshouldclassifytheCTCSbysystemconditionsandfunctionsbasedonthepracticalrequirements.TheconstructionprincipleofCTCSisthattheon-boardandwaysideequipmentsshouldhaveaunifieddesigningonthebasisofwaysideequipments.Thesystemstructureisshownasrelevantfigure.LocomotiveCrewInputModuleOutputModuleMan-machineInterfaceOperationManagementRecordUnitSpeedMeasurementModuleOn-boardSafeComputerEquipmentMaintenanceRecordUnitIntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleContinuousLocomotiveCrewInputModuleOutputModuleMan-machineInterfaceOperationManagementRecordUnitSpeedMeasurementModuleOn-boardSafeComputerEquipmentMaintenanceRecordUnitIntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleContinuousInformationAcceptanceReceivingModuleWirelessCommunicationModuleOn-boardEquipmentTrainIntermittentEquipmentTrackCircuitWirelessCommunicationModuleGSM-RTrainControlCenterAdjacentTrainControlCenterMaintenanceManagementCenterGroundEquipmentInterlockingEquipmentCentralizedTrafficControlSystem5.CTCS分級(jí)CTCSClassification列車運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)包括地面設(shè)備和車載設(shè)備,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)配置按功能劃分為5級(jí)Thetrainoperationcontrolsystemincludesgroundwaysideandon-boardequipments.Itisclassifiedintofivelevelsintermoffunctionaccordingtothesystemconfiguration.5.1 CTCS0級(jí)CTCSLevel0CTCS0級(jí)為既有線的現(xiàn)狀,由通用機(jī)車信號(hào)和運(yùn)行監(jiān)控記錄裝置構(gòu)成CTCSlevel0referstothepresentstatusofexistinglines,whichiscomposedofgeneral-purposetrainUniversalcabsignalingsystemandoperationOperationmonitoringandrecordingdevices.5.2 CTCS1級(jí)CTCSLevel15.2.1 總體描述GeneralDescription由主體機(jī)車信號(hào)+安全型運(yùn)行監(jiān)控記錄裝置組成。面向160km/h以下的區(qū)段,在既有設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上強(qiáng)化改造,達(dá)到機(jī)車信號(hào)主體化要求,增加點(diǎn)式設(shè)備,實(shí)現(xiàn)列車運(yùn)行安全監(jiān)控功能。Itiscomposedofmainlocomotivevalidcabsignalandreinforcedoperationmonitoringandrecordingdevices.Itisusedforsectionswiththespeedoflessthanupto160km/h.Itshallcarryoutreinforcementandreconstructiononthebasisofexistingequipmentssoastoreachtherequirementsofusingmainlocomotivevalidcabsignal.Intermittentequipmentsshallbeaddedtorealizethetrainoperationsafemonitorfunction.5.2.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.2.2.1 軌道電路TrackCircuit完成列車占用檢測(cè)及列車完整性檢查,連續(xù)向列車傳送控制信息Itisusedtocarryouttrainoccupancytrackvacancydetectionandtrainintegritycheckandtransmitinformationtotrainscontinuously.車站正線采用與區(qū)間同制式的軌道電路,側(cè)線采用與區(qū)間同制式的疊加電碼化設(shè)備。MStationmainlinetrackinstationsshalladopttrackcircuitthathasthesamesystemwiththesection.SideSidingtrackshalladoptoverlappedcodeequipmentthathavethesamesystemwiththesection.5.2.2.2 點(diǎn)式設(shè)備IntermittentInformationEquipment宜設(shè)置在車站附近,主要用于向車載設(shè)備傳輸定位信息Itshouldbettertobesetnearstations.Itismainlyusedtotransmitpositionlocationinformationtoon-boardequipments.5.2.3 車載子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofOn-boardSubsystems5.2.3.1 主體機(jī)車信號(hào)MainlocomotiveValidcabSignal完成軌道電路信息的接收與處理Toreceiveandhandletrackcircuitinformation.5.2.3.2 點(diǎn)式信息接收模塊IntermittentInformationAcceptanceReceivingModule完成點(diǎn)式信息的接收與處理Toreceiveandhandleintermittentinformation.5.2.3.3 安全型運(yùn)行監(jiān)控記錄裝置ReinforcedOperationMonitoringandRecordingDevice實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)列車運(yùn)行速度,對(duì)列車運(yùn)行控制信息進(jìn)行綜合處理,控制列車按命令運(yùn)行Tocarryoutrealtimecheckonthetrainrunningspeed.Toprocesstrainoperationcontrolinformationsoastocontrolthetraintorunningunderthecommand.5.3 CTCS2級(jí)CTCSLevel25.3.1 總體描述GeneralDescriptionCTCS2級(jí)是基于軌道傳輸信息的列車運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)。CTCSlevel2referstothetrainoperationcontrolsystemonthebasisoftrackinformationtransmissioninformation.CTCS2級(jí)面向提速干線和高速新線,采用車-地一體化設(shè)計(jì)。CTCSlevel2isapplicabletospeed-increasemainlinesandhigh-speednewlines.Itadoptstrain-groundwaysideintegratingdesign.CTCS2級(jí)適用于各種限速區(qū)段,地面可不設(shè)通過信號(hào)機(jī),機(jī)車乘務(wù)員憑車載信號(hào)行車。CTCSlevel2appliestoallspeedrestrictivesections.ThoughsignalLine-sidesignalmaynotbesetonthegroundnecessary,locomotivecrewoperatetrainsaccordingtotheon-boardsignal.5.3.2 地面子系統(tǒng)組成CompositionofGroundWaysideSubsystems5.3.2.1 列控中心TrainControlCenter根據(jù)列車占用情況及進(jìn)路狀態(tài)計(jì)算行車許可及靜態(tài)列車速度曲線并傳送給列車Itisabletocountcalculateoperationpermissionmovementauthorityandstatictrainspeedcurveandthensendthemtotrainsinaccordancewithtrainoccupancytrackvacancyconditionandroutestatus.5.3.2.2 軌道電路TrackCircuit完成列車占用檢測(cè)及列車完整性檢查,連續(xù)向列車傳送控制信息。Tocarryouttrainoccupancytrackvacancydetectionandtrainintegritycheckandtransmitcontrolinformationtotrainscontinuously.車站與區(qū)間采用同制式的軌道電路。Thestationsandsectionsadopttrackcircuitofthesamesystem.5.3.2.3 總體描述GeneralDescriptionCTCS3級(jí)是基于無線傳輸信息并采用軌道電路等方式檢查列車占用的列車運(yùn)行控制系統(tǒng)。CTCSlevel3referstoradiotransmissionbasedthetrainoperationcontrolsystemthatdetectstrainoccupancytrackvacancyinsuchmannersastrackcircuit,etconthebasisofwirelesstransmissioninformation..CTCS3級(jí)面向提速干線、高速新線或特殊線路,基于無線通信的固定閉塞或虛擬自動(dòng)閉塞。CTCSlevel3shouldbeusedforspeed-increasemainlines,high-speednewtracksorspeciallines.Itshouldbebasedonthefixedblockorthesimulatedvirtualautomaticblockofwirelessradiocommunication.CTCS3級(jí)適用于各種限速區(qū)段,地面可不設(shè)通過信號(hào)機(jī),機(jī)車乘務(wù)員憑車載信號(hào)行車。CTCSlevel3appliestoallspeedrestrictivesections.Throughsignalmaynotbesetonthegroundnecessary,thelocomotivecrewoperatetrainsaccordingtotheon-boardsignal.5.4.2
