6.ForceMajeure

Intheeventofanyunforeseeableandirresistiblecircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheparties,includingbutnotlimitedtowar,fire,flood,earthquake,orgovernmentactions,whichpreventeitherpartyfromfulfillingitsobligationsunderthisContract,theaffectedpartyshallnotifytheotherpartyimmediatelyandshallbeexcusedfromfulfillingitsobligationsforthedurationoftheunforeseeableandirresistiblecircumstances.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
