CCQI-9要求對(duì)安裝在經(jīng)過(guò)鑒定的工作區(qū)內(nèi)的控溫傳感器(CTS)進(jìn)行比較性檢查，以下兩種方法任選一：（1）經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn)的測(cè)試溫度傳感器(CTTS)和（2）內(nèi)置的熱電偶(R-T/C)。

(1)CTS在工作溫度范圍區(qū)內(nèi)相對(duì)于CTTS的最大允許誤差為±5℃（±10F），且應(yīng)每月檢查一次。

另外，在±760℃（±1400F）或更高溫下工作的設(shè)備，其K型和N型熱電偶應(yīng)每月檢查一次。在±760℃（±1400F）以下工作的設(shè)備，其K型和N型熱電偶應(yīng)至少每季檢查一次，而且至少每?jī)赡旮鼡Q一次。

在±760℃（±1400F）或更高溫下工作的設(shè)備，其R型和S型熱電偶應(yīng)每月檢查一次,并且至少每?jī)赡旮鼡Q一次。
